Claims (25)
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung (10) für Lasten, insbesondere für ein um eine Rollenwelle (40) gewickeltes Material, wie ein Rollo, umfassend:ein Gehäuse (12) mit einer seitlichen Öffnung (22);eine Rolle (14), die in dem Gehäuse (12) drehbar gelagert und mit der Rollenwelle (40) kuppelbar ist sowie zwei sich im Abstand gegenüberliegende Flanschen (42, 44) aufweist, deren Innenflächen Flanken (46, 48) einer Umfangsrille (50) bilden, wobei die Rolle (14) mit einem Teil ihres Umfangs von der Gehäusewand (26) in geringem Abstand umgeben ist und mit einem anderen Teil ihres Umfangs der Öffnung (22) im Abstand frei gegenüberliegt;ein flexibles Zugorgan (18), das in der Umfangsrille (50) die Rolle (14) teilweise umschlingt und dessen beiden Trume (18a, 18b) durch die Öffnung (22) nach außen geführt sind, wobeiein fester Bestandteil des Zugorgans (18) Rotationskörper bildende Zugglieder (16) gleicher Größe sind, die in gleichen Abständen voneinander angeordnet sind; und wobeidie Umfangsrille (50) der Rolle (14) mit radial nach außen offenen Kammern (52) für eine Aufnahme der Zugglieder (16) ausgebildet ist, derart, daß bei freigegebenem Zugtrum (18a, 18b) des Zugorgans (18) in jeweils einer Drehrichtung (x, y) der Rolle (14) ein in einer der Kammern (52) der Rolle (14) gehaltenes Zugglied (16) des Leertrums (18a, 18b) gegen das erste, freie Zugglied (16) des über die Rolle (14) nachgezogenen Trumes (18a, 18b) des Zugorgans (18) sperrend gedrückt wird,ein klemmender Eingriff jedes Zuggliedes (16) des Zugorgans (18) in jeweils eine Kammer (52) der Umfangsrille (50) der Rolle (14) mit Schnappwirkung vorgesehen ist.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Flansch (42, 44) der Rolle (14) quer zu seiner Hauptebene elastisch ausgebildet ist.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Flansch (42, 44) der Rolle (14) wenigstens teilweise aus elastischem Kunststoff besteht.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Flanschen (42, 44) der Rolle (14) elastisch ausgebildet sind.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Flansch (42, 44) gegenüber dem anderen Flansch (42, 44) der Rolle (14) entgegen der Wirkung einer elastischen Vorspannkraft im Sinne einer Vergrößerung der Rillenbreite der Rolle (14) axial verschiebbar, aber relativ unverdrehbar gelagert ist.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flanken (46, 48) der Umfangsrille (50) im Bereich jeder Kammer (52) einen spitzen Winkel bilden, der in Richtung der in beiden Umfangsrichtungen (x, y) liegenden Enden jeder Kammer (52) zunehmend verringert ist.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flanken (46, 48) der Rolle (14) im Bereich der Kammern (52) an ihrem Außenrand mit im Abstand gegeneinander gerichteten, im Umfangsrichtung schmalen Wulstrippen (54, 56) versehen sind.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sich in der Mitte der Umfangslänge jeder Kammer (52) gegenüberliegenden Abschnitte der Flanken (46, 48) der Kontur der Zugglieder (16) angepaßt sind.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flanken (46, 48) der Umfangsrille (50) auf den zwischen den Kammern (52) liegenden Umfangsabschnitten (58) sich in einem Abstand gegenüberliegen, der dem Querschnitt des Zugorgans (18) angepaßt ist.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der sich gegenüberliegenden Flanken (46, 48) zwischen den in Umfangsrichtung benachbarten Kammern (52) etwa dem 1 1/2-fachen Durchmesser des flexiblen Zugorgans (18) entspricht.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flanken (46, 48) zwischen den Kammern (52) etwa parallel und senkrecht zur Rollenachse (33) angeordnet sind.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach mindetens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugglieder (16) mindestens teilweise aus Kunststoff bestehen.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugglieder (16) mindestens teilweise aus Metall hergestellt sind.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach mindestens einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zugorgan (18) aus geflochtenem Material hergestellt ist.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das geflochtene Material mindestens teilweise textiles Material ist.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das geflochtene Material mindestens teilweise aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das geflochtene Material mindestens teilweise aus Metall besteht.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach mindestens einem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (22) des Gehäuses (12) kleiner als der dreifache Durchmesser des Querschnitts der Zugglieder (16) bemessen ist.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach mindestens einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (12) sich längs seiner Hauptebene erstreckt und einen Boden (24) sowie eine Gehäusewand (26) aufweist, die von dem Außenrand des Gehäusebodens (24) etwa senkrecht vorsteht und an einem Ende (13) des Gehäuses (12) mit einer teilzylindrischen Innenfläche (30) versehen ist, welche den Außenumfang der Rolle (14) an der der Öffnung (22) gegenüberliegenden Seite in geringem Abstand abdeckt.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die teilzylindrische Innenfläche (30) der Gehäusewand (26) sich über etwa 240° des Rollenumfangs erstreckt, wobei die Enden der den Rollenumfang umgebenden, teilzylindrischen Innenfläche (30) durch im Abstand gegeneinander gerichtete Vorsprünge der Gehäusewand (26) gebildet sind.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den freiliegenden Teil der Rolle (14) begrenzenden Enden der teilzylindrischen Innenfläche (30) der Gehäusewand (26) einen sich in Richtung der Öffnung (22) trichterartig verjüngenden Führungskanal (36) für die beiden Trume (18a, 18b) des Zugorgans (18) bilden.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Führungskanal (36) am Ende der teilzylindrischen Innenfläche (30) der Gehäusewand (26) unter Bildung von je einer Anschlagfläche für die Zugglieder (16) des Zugorgans (18) stufenartig erweitert ist.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Anschlagflächen sich etwa radial zur Rollenachse (33) erstrecken.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Reibvorrichtung zwischen die Rolle (14) und das Gehäuse (12) geschaltet ist.
- Hub- und Senkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reibvorrichtung aus einer ringförmigen, elastomeren Reibscheibe (62) besteht.
