Abstract
Description
Das in der erfindungsgemäßen Durchlauf-Polieranlage durchzuführende Verfahren besteht darin, daß mittels Bürsten und Automaten die Polierpaste aufgetragen und das Material mit verschiedenen Scheiben und Walzen unter genau gesteuerten Druckverhältnissen poliert wird.
In der beiliegenden Figur 1 ist die erfindungsgemäße Durchlauf-Polieranlage dargestellt.
Über ein Aufgabeband laufen die Flaschen in eine Führung, sie werden eingefädelt, gespannt, um die eigene Achse gedreht und an schrägliegenden Polierwalzen vorbeigeführt.
Es werden feste und flüssige Wachse aufgetragen, die dem Poliervorgang dienen.
Claims (8)
- Durchlauf-Polieranlage für Kunststoffbehälter,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einem Kettenband (3) besteht an dem Polierscheiben angeordnet sind. - Durchlauf-Polieranlage für Kunststoffbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als Durchlauf-Polierautomat ausgebildet ist.
- Durchlauf-Polieranlage nach mindestens der vorangegangenen Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein Aufgabeband und/oder eine Flaschenführung und/oder Einfädelungsvorrichtung und/oder eine Spannvorrichtung und/oder eine Vorrichtung zum Drehen der Flaschen um die eigene Achse aufweist.
- Durchlauf-Polieranlage für Kunststoffbehälter nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie schrägliegende Polierwalzen aufweist.
- Durchlauf-Polieranlage für Kunststoffflaschen nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Einrichtung zur Messung und Steuerung der Druckverhältnisse bezüglich der Polierscheiben und/oder Polierwalzen, die auf die Kunststoffoberflächen drücken, aufweist.
- Durchlauf-Polieranlage für Kunststoffbehälter nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Antriebsmotoren für die Polieraggregate angeordnet sind, die senkrecht und /oder waagrecht stehen.
- Durchlauf-Polieranlage für Kunststoffbehälter nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit einer vollautomatisch arbeitenden Anlage zum Abstellen der behandelten Flaschen in Kisten kombiniert ist.
- Durchlauf-Polieranlage für Kunststoffbehälter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Puffer (6) zum Aufsetzen und/oder Puffer (7) zum Absetzen der Kunststoffbehälter aufweist.
