Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Effektgarnes (1'') aus einem endlosen, synthetischen Filamentgarn (1), welches Abschnitte unterschiedlicher Dicke und/oder Orientierung aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch
Nachrecken des nicht voll ausgereckte Abschnitte aufweisenden Filamentgarns (1') mit einem Reckgrad, durch welchen die nicht voll ausgereckten Abschnitte zumindest annähernd voll ausgereckt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Abschnitte unterschiedlicher Dicke und/oder Orientierung durch unvollständiges Recken des nicht voll orientierten Filamentgarns (1'), durch wiederholtes Unterbrechen des Reckvorganges oder durch Erhöhen des Widerstandes gegen das Recken erzeugt werden. - Vorrichtung zum Herstellen eines Effektgarnes aus einem endlosen, synthetischen Filamentgarn, welches Abschnitte unterschiedlicher Dicke und/oder Orientierung aufweist, mit einem Reckfeld zum Erzeugen der Abschnitte,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an das Reckfeld (I) ein Nachreckfeld (II) anschließt zum zumindest Nachrecken der im Reckfeld (I) erzeugten Abschnitte. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß dem Reckfeld (I) ein Vorreckfeld (I.1) vorgeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an das Nachreckfeld (II) eine Set-Zone (III) anschließt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der Set-Zone (III) eine Heizplatte (10) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine von zwei die Set-Zone (III) begrenzenden Galetten (40, 40.1) beheizbar ausgebildet ist.
