Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Schleifen der Messer (3.3) eines Zerspaners, wobei die Messer (3.3) während des Schleifens im Messerkorb (2) verbleiben und der Messerkorb (2) aus dem Zerspaner herausgenommen und in einen Messerkorbträger (1) eingesetzt wird, in welchem er drehbar gelagert ist,
gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Verfahrensschritte:1.1 der Messerkorb (2) wird gegen Verdrehen gesichert;1.2 es wird eine Scheifeinrichtung (4) mit einem oder mehreren Schleifwerkzeugen in eine zur Messerkorbachse parallele Richtung entlang eines ersten Messers oder entlang einer ersten Gruppe von Messern zum Zwecke des Schleifens verfahren, wobei die Schleifeinrichtung (4) und der Messerkorb (2) relativ zueinander drehfest sind;1.3 nach dem Scheifen des ersten Messers oder der ersten Gruppe von Messern (3.3) wird die Verdrehsicherung aufgehoben und ein Verdrehen von Schleifwerkzeugen (4) und Messerkorb (2) relativ zueinander vorgenommen, so daß das Schleifwerkzeug (4) in eine neue Arbeitsposition gelangt, um ein weiteres Messer oder eine weitere Gruppe von Messern (3.3) zu schleifen;1.4 der Zyklus des Aufhebens der Verdrehsicherung sowie des Verdrehens von Schleifwerkzeug (4) und Messerkorb (2) relativ zueinander wird so lange fortgesetzt, bis alle Meser (3.3) geschliffen sind;1.5 der Messerkorb (2) wird sodann wieder in den Zerspaner eingesetzt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Schleifen der Messer (3.3) die Arbeitsfläche des oder der einzelnen Schleifwerkzeuge (4) relativ zu den Schneiden der Messer (3.3) in eine solche Position verbracht wird, daß ein Freiwinkel angeschliffen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Schleifwerkzeug der Schleifeinrichtung (4) eine oder mehrere Schleifscheiben eingesetzt werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Schleifen der Messer (3.3) eines Zerspaners, wobei die Messer (3.3) während des Schleifens im Messerkorb (2) verbleiben, mit einem Messerkorbträger (1), in den der Messerkorbträger (3) nach seiner Herausnahme aus dem Zerspaner einsetzbar und drehbar lagerbar ist;
gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:4.1 eine Vorrichtung zum Sichern des Messerkorbes (2) gegen Verdrehungen um seine eigene Achse;4.2 eine Schleifeinrichtung (4) mit einem oder mehreren Schleifwerkzeugen;4.3 das Schleifwerkzeug (4) ist in einer zur Messerkorbachse parallelen Richtung entlang der Messer (3.3) zum Zwecke des Schleifens hin- und hergehend verfahrbar;4.4 Schleifwerkzeug (4) und Messerkorb (2) sind relativ zueinander taktweise verdrehbar, um das Schleifwerkzeug (4) nach dem Schleifen eines Messers oder einer Gruppe von Messern (3.3) in eine neue Arbeitsposition zu bringen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitsfläche des oder der Schleifwerkzeuge relativ zu den Schneiden der Messer (3.3) in eine solche Position verbringbar ist, daß ein Freiwinkel angeschliffen wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleifeinrichtung als Schleifwerkzeuge eine Mehrzahl von Schleifscheiben (4.1) aufweist, deren jede einem Messer (3.3) zugeordnet ist und im Arbeitszustand mit seiner Arbeitsfläche an dem entsprechenden Messer (3.3) anliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Schleifscheiben (4.1) auf einer einzigen Antriebswelle (4.2) sitzen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Schleifscheibe (4.1) ihre eigene Antriebswelle hat.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Schleifscheibe in einer Radialebene angeordnet ist.
