Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA AMOLAR AS FACAS DE UMA MáQUINA DE CORTE"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para amolar as facas (3.3) de uma máquina de corte, no qual as facas (3.3) permanecem no cesto de facas (2) durante o ato de amolar e o cesto de facas (2) é retirado da máquina de corte e instalado em um suporte de cesto de facas (1), no qual é posicionado de maneira rotativa. A invenção é caracterizada pelas seguintes etapas de processo: O cesto de facas (2) é seguro contra rotação; Um arranjo para amolar (4) com uma ou mais ferramentas de amolar procede ao longo de uma direção paralela ao eixo de cesto de faca de uma primeira faca ou ao longo de um primeiro grupo de facas a fim de amolá-las, onde o arranjo para amolar (4) e o cesto de facas (2) são reciprocamente firmes contra rotação; Após o ato de amolar da primeira faca ou do primeiro grupo de facas (3.3) se suspende a fixação contra rotação e acontece uma rotação recíproca das ferramentas para amolar (4) e do cesto de facas (2), de tal forma que a ferramenta para amolar (4) atinge uma nova posição de trabalho, para amolar uma outra faca ou um outro grupo de facas (3.3); O ciclo de suspensão da fixação contra rotação bem como a rotação recíproca da ferramenta de amolar (4) e do cesto para facas (2) é levada à cabo durante o tempo necessário para amolar todas asa facas (3.3); O cesto para facas (2) é então instalado novamente na máquina de corte.
