Definitions

  • the invention relates to seating, in particular a Office swivel chair, with a reclining backrest, one reclining seat positively coupled to the backrest, and a column located under the seat, the seat in its front area rotatable in a first, unchangeable in height, on one itself below the Front edge of the seat extending arm of the pedestal arranged bearing is stored at the upper end of Stand column a second camp is provided, in which a Handlebar mount is rotatably mounted, which is eccentric has third bearing, and being in the third bearing Handlebar is mounted, which is rigid at an angle with the Backrest is connected, and that between his Connection with the backrest and its articulation on the Handlebar mount has a fourth bearing in which the seat is stored in its rear area.
  • Such seating is for example from EP 0559185A1, DE 3530188A1, or DE 440123A1 known.
  • the tilt mechanism is based on the basic idea, that the backrest support below its linkage to the Seat support eccentrically on the rigid extension rotatable handlebar mount is articulated.
  • This will a quite advantageous seat and backrest tilt mechanism achieved, however, the specific embodiments for Printing units, e.g. Gas springs between the seat and Backrest, designed what is technical, ergonomic and also restrictions disadvantageous in terms of user comfort results.
  • a seat is known in which the Seat is hinged in the front of a housing that rests in its center on the upper end of the pillar.
  • the backrest support points into this housing extending bracket on which in the housing in Bearing arranged near the column support is pivotable.
  • a similar piece of seating furniture is known from EP-B 0489961: There, too, the seat is in a fixed height Bearing stored, and an angular backrest bracket swivels about an axis of rotation in the area of the upper end of the pedestal inside a housing.
  • the two known seating furniture have the advantage that the Front edge of the reclining seat remains unchanged in height, and thus the undesirable lifting of the thighs of the Avoided by the user when reluctant. Furthermore, by the arrangement of the axis of rotation is achieved below the seat, that the relative movement occurring when the backrest is tilted between the back and the back of the user leading to the unwanted "shirt pull-out effect" leads, is reduced.
  • both seating furniture have the disadvantage that Integration of the backrest support into the Mechanical housing the constructive free space too narrow is so that the complex body movement of the user when Tilting the seat and backrest is by no means optimal can be worn.
  • the essence of the invention is that the axis of rotation of the lower angled backrest support eccentrically on the rotating Handlebar mount is provided, and this with one around same bearing rotatable pulley is firmly connected to the via a rope and tension springs on the front edge of the boom the column is anchored. It doesn't just make one complex body movements that are particularly adaptable to body movement Backrest movement achieved, but the inclination elements for the The backrest can also be arranged outside the mechanical housing be, so that a maximum of constructive freedom arises. On top of that, this allows elegant aesthetic Achieve effects, and the effort for production and assembly can be remarkably reduced.
  • FIG. 1 shows a backrest 1 and a seat 2 of an office swivel chair shown.
  • the chair is through the pedestal 14 worn to which seat 2 with backrest in a known manner are rotatable.
  • the standing column 14 has one up to below the front edge of the seat 2 extending boom 3, which at its Front edge 15 carries the first bearing A. At this camp A the seat 2 is pivotally mounted.
  • This bearing D is usually rotatable disc-shaped handlebar mount 4 mounted, the eccentrically has a third bearing C.
  • the handlebar 8 is rotatably mounted on this third bearing C. This is V-shaped, with the bearing C on the top of the V-angle.
  • the handlebar 8 is with his lower leg rigid with the backrest 1 connected. He wears it at the end of his upper thigh fourth bearing B, on which the seat 2 in its rear Area is stored.
  • the seat 2 is not tilted due to the fixed position of bearing A, the knees are raised or the thigh of a user.
  • the buttocks of the user by the inclination of the seat 2 one Support and does not slide forward.
  • the backrest 1 on the other hand, performs a free movement on the handlebar 8 around the bearing C on the handlebar mount 4.
  • suitable Design of the handlebar 8 and arrangement of the eccentric Camp C succeeds in moving the backrest 1 to the complex movement of the body, especially the back of the Adapt optimally to the user.
  • the boom 3 is advantageously a housing trained, preferably made of die-cast aluminum. It can then the spring mechanism required for the furniture record while handlebar mount 4 and handlebar 8 outside of the housing can be provided.
  • the actuation of the locking bolt 9 via the leg spring 11 has the effect that the bolt 9 cannot then be moved, if its persistence is greater than the power of Leg spring 11. This is particularly the case if the Bolt 9 is engaged in a locking hole 10, and no User sits on the seating because then the power of Springs 7 act on the engaged bolts 9. This will achieved that an unintentional loosening of the locking mechanism not possible when the seating furniture is not in use is.
  • FIGS. 4 and 5 The mechanism not shown in Fig. 3 for actuating the Lever 13 from the outside is shown in FIGS. 4 and 5:
  • Clip 18 and knob 19 are preferably made of spring steel, and act on suitable recesses in lever 13.
  • the construction according to the invention is not only technical Advantages, but also offers an original and elegant aesthetic appearance.
