Definitions
- the invention is based on a permanent magnet for the magnetic circuit of a preferably in a residual current circuit breaker (FI switch) magnetic trigger.
- a permanent magnet feeds magnetic flux into one of two yokes formed magnetically insulated from each other of the magnetic circuit.
- the yoke is generally U-shaped educated. The ends of the U are in the closed state of the magnetic circuit is bridged by a hinged anchor.
- a trigger variable such as a fault current
- This signal generates in the trip coil a magnetic flux which is that of permanent magnets generated permanent magnetic flux weakens at the location of the armature.
- Anchors loaded by a prestressed spring are used in the Weakening of the permanent magnetic flux from the yoke and pivoted about a bearing axis. Here he loosens a pestle mechanical actuation of a device. At an FI switch this plunger acts on a key switch, which is opening arranges a contact arrangement of the FI switch.
- the invention takes on a prior art of permanent magnets for the magnetic circuit of a magnetic release cover, as published in EP-B1-0 228 345, for example.
- Permanent magnets described in the publication are cylindrical or cuboid. They are each between two each a coupling point and by a magnetic poorly conductive diaphragm magnetically isolated from each other Sheets of a yoke arranged.
- the yoke is part of the magnetic circuit of one used in a RCD Magnetic release.
- the positioning of these magnets on the Coupling points are relatively complex. Because here also Air gaps cannot be excluded with certainty Magnets are generally oversized in manufacturing.
- the invention as set out in the claims the task is based on a permanent magnet of the beginning to create mentioned type, which is easy in the Yoke can be positioned and which is also a particularly good one Feeding the magnetic flux into the yoke of the magnetic Circle enables.
- the permanent magnet according to the invention is characterized in that that because of its inclined, level planes Pole faces easily at the coupling points of the two yoke plates can be customized.
- the coupling points are corresponding to the angle of inclination of the pole faces against each other angled and also level.
- the permanent magnet then positions itself automatically after its installation in the yoke, since it is guided by the action of the magnetic circuit Continuous flow with its two inclined towards each other arranged, flat pole faces to the complementary inclined, flat coupling points of the yoke is pressed. Not too avoiding air gaps between the pole faces of the magnet and the associated contact surfaces of the coupling points of the yoke are significantly reduced. Therefore, the coupling of the permanent magnetic flux in the yoke significantly improved.
- the unwanted magnetic leakage flux becomes utterly kept low.
- a fixation of the permanent magnet as well elaborate adjustment work is not necessary because the magnet automatically in the right position.
- it is now Preferred direction of the magnet can be easily recognized and the Magnet is also designed to be isotropic or anisotropic.
- Magnetic release has a trough-shaped bottom 1 and a cover 2 existing insulating housing.
- a cylindrical plunger 4 is used in the lid 2 in the lid 2 in the lid 2 .
- the plunger 4 has thickened lower end, which on a cuboid trained armature 5 of a magnetic circuit.
- the upward end of the plunger 4 does not work Switch lock shown on a contact arrangement of a not FI switch shown.
- the magnetic circuit also has a sheet metal 7, 8 containing U-shaped yoke 9.
- the two yoke sheets are made with a non-magnetic material, for example a nickel alloy, existing bolt 10 approximately Welding at a distance of typically 50 to 100 ⁇ m fixed to each other. Through additional magnetically non-conductive Welding, soldering or gluing points can reduce mechanical stability of the yoke 9 can be increased.
- the one formed by the distance Air gap usually takes over the function of one used, membrane-shaped diaphragm.
- the two yoke plates 7, 8 are each angled such that the yoke 9 has a V-profile in the region of the bend. Between the two newly formed legs 7b, 8a of the V-profile an obelisk-shaped permanent magnet 11 with planes Pole surfaces 11a, 11b arranged.
- the two pole faces 11a, 11b each lie on one of the two legs 8a, 7b of the yoke 9 on.
- the obelisk forming the permanent magnet 11 has in addition to the two pole faces 11a and 11b two on the two pole faces adjoining, trapezoidal side surfaces and two parallel mutually aligned, rectangular surfaces, one of which smaller the top surface and a larger the base of the Represents obelisk.
- the two trapezoidal side faces are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the base and top surface aligned.
- the pole faces 11a, 11b are therefore each rectangular or square.
- This intermediate floor has two on its top webs 13, 14 running parallel to one another. Between both webs is an unmarked opening and one also not designated material recess provided, which carries out the end sections of the yoke 9 containing U serve.
- a yoke plate 7 formed Leg 15 of the U is one of an electrical signal excitable trigger coil 16 inserted. This trigger coil is with With the help of two power connections 17 led through the floor 1 supplied with electrical power, which occurs when a Residual current is formed in a summation current transformer.
- This spring element 18 is designed as a double spring Designated spring element.
- This spring element 18 contains two cylindrical, mirror-symmetrically arranged coil springs 19, 20 with typically up to 10 turns each.
- Each spring 19 or 20 is stored in a material recess 21 or 22, which is molded into the web 13 or 14.
- the spring element 18 loads the armature 5 with before triggering the magnetic release a preload.
- the armature 5 is on the trigger before the magnetic release Ends of the U on.
- the armature 5 is then through the spring element 18th loaded with a preload.
- the magnetic circle is closed and the permanent magnetic flux is from the permanent magnet 11 over the yoke plate with its as a coupling point acting leg 7b and its leg 15, the armature 5 and that Yoke plate 8 with its leg acting as a coupling point 8a led back to the permanent magnet.
- a Residual current weakens the magnetic field in the trip coil 16 fed current signal the field of magnetic Circle in the area of anchor 5.
- the anchor 5 is under the Effect of the spring element 18 tilted and leads - as from Fig.2 is visible - the plunger upwards, which then through Open the key switch, not shown Switching off the RCCB causes.
- the permanent magnetic flux is particularly good and without essential Spreading losses coupled into the yoke 9. This is a result of two pole faces arranged inclined to each other.
- the permanent magnet 11 positions itself automatically and without additional aids in the right position.
- the permanent magnet is designed as an obelisk and has two trapezoidal side surfaces, since the permanent magnet can then be easily inserted into the V-profile.
- the permanent magnet 11 therefore does not have to necessarily be designed as an obelisk or wedge, but can also be a prismatoid with two angled, flat pole faces 11a and 11b.
- the trapezoidal side surfaces of the obelisk or the triangular side surfaces of the Wedges can be made with isosceles or unequal legs and optionally arranged inclined to the base be. For manufacturing reasons and for reasons of one good feeding of the magnetic flux into the yoke is recommended it is, however, a regularly trained obelisk or Wedge with trapezoidal or triangular side surfaces.
- the angle between the two pole faces 11 should not be too be blunt, because then it is no longer easy to position is guaranteed. On the other hand, the angle is also not allowed be chosen too pointed, because the energy density of the magnet 11 is then too low and accordingly too little energy in the magnetic circuit is fed. An angle is recommended between 60 ° and 120 °.
- the two yoke plates 7, 8 do not necessarily have to be V-shaped be angled. It is sufficient if the yoke is flat and the other yoke plate is angled. The important thing is that the so formed when joining the two yoke plates Angle between the two sheets between the angle of inclination corresponds to the two pole faces of the permanent magnet.
