- the shapes of the blade 10 are obtained by cutting, folding and stamping on a single piece. This part is assembled to the pallet of the relay by a laser welding process. In normal operation, the pallet is held against the polar surfaces of the armature by the permanent magnet. When an electrical fault occurs in the electrical circuit in which the trigger is integrated, the coil is traversed by a current that opposes the attraction of the magnet. The pallet is then returned to a position remote from the frame by the return spring.
- An electromagnetic actuator of simple design has thus been realized by means of the invention, comprising a device for preventing deformation of the pallet during resetting of the relay via the stud, this device producing with a single piece the functions of spring clip, articulation, abutment, lateral positioning, longitudinal positioning, limitation of the opening angle, damper, force distributor on the magnetic poles.
