Claims (11)

  1. Elektromagnetischer Auslöser, der ein U-förmiges Rückschlusseisen, dessen Enden zwei Polflächen bilden, einen bezüglich des Rückschlusseisens schwenkbaren Klappanker, der gegen die Polflächen geführt werden kann, um den vom Rückschlusseisen und vom Anker gebildeten Magnetkreis zu schließen, einen Permanentmagneten zur Polarisation des Magnetkreises, eine den Magnetkreis umgebende Auslösespule, die geeignet ist, der Kraft des Magneten entgegenzuwirken, um dadurch den Anker zu verlagern, einen Spannzapfen zum Wiederspannen des Ankers, eine auf dem Anker befestigte Lamelle, die dazu bestimmt ist, die Wirkung der Rückstellkräfte zu dämpfen, und eine Rückholfeder des Ankers umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oben genannte Lamelle (10) zwei Laschen (17, 18) aufweist, die sich beiderseits des Ankers (1) erstrecken und Gelenkpunkte (24, 25) zum Schwenken des Ankers (1) bezüglich des Rückschlusseisens A aufweisen, wobei die Laschen und die Zapfen stoffschlüssig mit der Lamelle (10) verbunden sind und wobei die Laschen in einem Aufnahmeraum (31) aufgenommen sind, der am Ende des einen (6) der Schenkel (5, 6) des Rückschlusseisens A vorgesehen ist.
  2. Auslöser nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Laschen (17, 18) in Ebenen erstrecken, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Hauptebene der Lamelle (10) sind.
  3. Auslöser nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oben genannten Gelenkpunkte (24, 25) von Winkelteilen gebildet werden, die an den Laschen (17, 18) ausgebildet sind und mit einer Innenwand (32) zusammenwirken, die sich in dem oben genannten Aufnahmeraum (31) befindet.
  4. Auslöser nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (35) der oben genannten Winkelteile (24, 25) derart gewählt ist, dass er das Öffnen des Ankers (1) während der Montage des Auslösers D begrenzt.
  5. Auslöser nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lamelle (10) einen hakenförmigen Teil (30) aufweist, der geeignet ist, das Einhängen einer Feder (9) zu ermöglichen, die das Rückholen des Ankers (1) entgegen der Kraft des Permanentmagneten in eine von den Polflächen (7, 8) des Ankers A entfernte Position sicherstellt.
  6. Auslöser nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lamelle (10) einen Anschlag zur Begrenzung (28) der Bewegung des Ankers (1) zu der zu dem Gelenk (24, 25, 32) entgegengesetzten Seite hin aufweist.
  7. Auslöser nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oben genannte Anschlag (28) aus zwei Rändern (26, 27) der Lamelle (10) besteht, die zu jeweils einer von zwei Aussparungen (19, 20) gehören, die beiderseits der Lamelle (10) vorgesehen sind und dazu bestimmt sind, jeweils einen von zwei Fortsätzen (23) aufzunehmen, die sich am Ende des einen (6) der Schenkel (5, 6) des Rückschlusseisens A befinden, in Bezug auf den der Anker (10) ausschwenkbar ist.
  8. Auslöser nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lamelle (10) eine Form eines Kreisbogens aufweist, dessen Radius derart definiert ist, dass der Anker (1) beim Wiederspannen über den Spannzapfen (15) an seinem hinteren Klappanschlag (24, 25, 32) polarisiert wird.
  9. Auslöser nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oben genannten Laschen (17, 18) jeweils einen von zwei Vorsprüngen (29, 34) aufweisen, die einander gegenüberliegen, sich auf der Innenseite jeweils einer der Laschen (17, 18) befinden und in den oben genannten Aussparungen (19, 20) aufgenommen sind, wobei die Vorsprünge (29, 34) dazu bestimmt sind, die seitliche Positionierung des Ankers (1) und der Lamelle (10) bezüglich des Rückschlusseisens A sicherzustellen.
  10. Elektrisches Schaltgerät, welches einen Auslöser nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
  11. Fehlerstrom-Schutzschalter, welcher einen Auslöser nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
