L'un 26,27 des bords de chaque évidemment 19,20, situé du côté de l'articulation, constitue une butée arrière 28 apte à limiter le déplacement de la palette 1 vers l'avant, c'est à dire vers le côté opposé à l'articulation. Ainsi est garanti un positionnement optimum de la palette 1 sur son articulation et par rapport aux surfaces polaires 7,8.
Les pattes 17,18 comportent également chacune, sur leur face intérieure, un bossage 29,34 s'étendant en direction de l'axe central de la lame 10 et assurant le positionnement latéral de ladite lame 10.
Ainsi, le positionnement latéral est réalisé par des points sur une surface plate, hors surface polaires et sans entraîner de bavure de découpe.
Cette lame 10 est également prolongée par une partie de forme spécifique 30 destinée à permettre l'accrochage du ressort de rappel précité 9. Cette lame 10 est réalisée dans un matériau choisi pour ses propriétés élastiques, amagnétiques, non corrosives, et soudables au laser.

An electromagnetic actuator of simple design has thus been realized by means of the invention, comprising a device for preventing deformation of the pallet during resetting of the relay via the stud, this device producing with a single piece the functions of spring clip, articulation, abutment, lateral positioning, longitudinal positioning, limitation of the opening angle, damper, force distributor on the magnetic poles.

Claims (11)

  1. Electromagnetic trip switch comprising a U-shaped armature whose ends form two pole surfaces, a palette pivoting with respect to the armature, able to be brought onto the said pole surfaces so as to close the magnetic circuit consisting of the armature and the palette, a permanent magnet for polarizing the magnetic circuit, a trip coil surrounding the magnetic circuit able to counteract the force of the magnet so as to displace the palette, a reset pin for rearming the palette, a blade fixed on the palette intended to damp the impact of the reset loads and a return spring for the palette, characterized in that the aforementioned blade (10) comprises two lugs (17,18) extending on either side of the palette (1) and comprising hinge pivots (24,25) for articulating the palette (1) with respect to the armature A, the lugs and the pivots being integral with the blade (10), and the said lugs being housed in a housing (31) provided at the end of one (6) of the wings (5,6) of the armature A.
  2. Trip switch according to Claim 1, characterized in that the lugs (17,18) extend in planes substantially perpendicular to the main plane of the blade (10).
  3. Trip switch according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the aforementioned pivots (24,25) are formed by angular parts formed on the lugs (17,18) and cooperating with an interior wall (32) situated in the aforementioned housing (31).
  4. Trip switch according to Claim 3, characterized in that the angle (35) of the aforementioned angular parts (24,25) is chosen so as to limit the opening of the palette (1) when mounting the trip switch D.
  5. Trip switch according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the blade (10) comprises a hook-shaped part (30) able to allow the attachment of a spring (9) ensuring the return of the palette (1) far from the pole surfaces (7,8) of the armature A, counter to the force of the permanent magnet.
  6. Trip switch according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the blade (10) comprises a limitation abutment (28) for limiting the displacement of the palette (1) towards the side opposite to the articulation (24,25,32).
  7. Trip switch according to Claim 6, characterized in that the aforementioned abutment (28) consists of two edges (26,27) of the blade (10) belonging respectively to two recesses (19,20) provided on either side of the blade (10) and intended to receive respectively two branches (23) situated at the end of one (6) of the wings (5,6) of the armature A with respect to which the said palette (10) is articulated.
  8. Trip switch according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the blade (10) exhibits a circular arc shape whose radius is defined so as to bias the palette (1) onto its rear articulation abutment (24,25,32) during resetting via the pin (15).
  9. Trip switch according to Claim 7, characterized in that the aforementioned lugs (17,18) comprise respectively two bosses (29,34) opposite one another, situated respectively on the internal face of the said lugs (17,18) and housed in the aforementioned recesses (19,20), the said bosses (29,34) being intended to ensure the lateral positioning of the palette (1) and of the blade (10) with respect to the armature A.
  10. Electrical isolating apparatus comprising a trip switch according to any one of the preceding claims.
  11. Differential circuit breaker comprising a trip switch according to any one of the preceding claims.
