Description
Claims (14)
- Brennofen insb. für keramische Erzeugnisse, bei dem das zu brennende Gut (15) mittels einer Transporteinrichtung durch eine kanalartige Brennkammer (1) hindurchbewegt wird, wobei die Transporteinrichtung das Gut aufnehmende Stäbe (7) aufweist, die quer zur Förderrichtung der Transporteinrichtung verlaufen, Schlitze (8) in den Seitenwänden (2) der Brennkammer und die Brennkammer selbst durchsetzen und beidendig von untereinander verbundenen, schienengeführten Halterungen (9) getragen sind, die im Schlitzbereich an einander anschließend angeordnet sind und dabei die Schlitze abdichten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterungen (9) mit den Stäben (7) im Endbereich der Brennkammer (1) nacheinander entfernbar, mit vergrösserter Geschwindigkeit zum Eingangsbereich der Brennkammer bewegbar und dort mit den im Arbeitstrum (13) befindlichen Halterungen (9) verbindbar sind.
- Brennofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterungen (9) im Bereich der Brennkammer (1) schrittweise bewegbar sind.
- Brennofen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schrittlänge der Länge einer Halterung (9) entspricht.
- Brennofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beförderung der Halterungen (9) mit vergrösserter Geschwindigkeit durch einen Schleppförderer z.B einen umlaufenden Kettenförder erfolgt.
- Brennofen nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beförderung schrittweise erfolgt.
- Brennofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterungen (9) durch eine Haken- oder Zapfenverbindung gekuppelt sind.
- Brennofen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haken (16) so ausgebildet sind, dass ein Ein- bzw. Auskuppeln der Hakenverbindung durch im Winkel zueinander anstehende Halterungen (9) durchführbar ist.
- Brennofen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haken (22) um eine Querachse (20) schwenkbar sind und die Schwenkstellung durch Auflaufen auf einen ortsfesten Nocken (23) erreichbar ist.
- Brennofen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zapfenverbindung quer zur Bewegungsrichtung der Halterungen (9) verlaufende Zapfen (25) aufweist und die Halterungen durch eine Querbewegung voneinander lösbar sind.
- Brennofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Stäbe (7) auf dem Wege vom Endbereich zum Eingangsbereich der Brennkammer (1) oberhalb des die Halterungen (9) aufnehmenden wagenartigen Gestells (10) befinden.
- Brennofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Halterung (9) zwei Trägerpaare zugeordnet sind.
- Brennofen nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterungen (9) zum Ein- und Auskuppeln unter Winkeln von etwa 20 - 40° zueinander anstehen.
- Brennofen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schrittlänge der Länge eines Rasters der auf den Halterungen (9) befindlichen Stäbe (7) entspricht.
- Brennofen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schrittlänge dem Raster des Brenngutes (15) auf den Stäben (7) entspricht.
