Claims (10)
- Bremseinrichtung für ein bewegliches Bauteil eines Möbelelementes, insbesondere eines Polstermöbelelementes, das ein Traggestell (1) aufweist,mit einer am beweglichen Bauteil (3) oder am Traggestell (1) anzubringenden, vorzugsweise aus Metall bestehenden Gleitschiene (7) undmit einem am Traggestell (1) oder am beweglichen Bauteil (3) anzubringenden Bremslagerblock (8),
wobei, vorzugsweise, am Bremslagerblock (8) eine Einstelleinrichtung (9) zur Einstellung der vom Bremslagerblock (8) auf die Gleitschiene (7) ausgeübten Bremskraft vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Bremslagerblock (8) zwei an einander gegenüberliegenden Bremsflächen (10) der Gleitschiene (7) abrollende Bremsrollen (11) aufweist. - Bremseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremsrollen (11) die Gleitschiene (7) zwischen sich führen.
- Bremseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremsrollen (11) als Keilrollen mit keilförmigem, U-förmigem oder anderweit eingesenktem Umfang ausgeführt sind, die an der entsprechend im Querschnitt geformten Gleitschiene (7) abrollen.
- Bremseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gleitschiene (7) U-förmig gestaltet ist und die Bremsrollen (11) von innen an die U-Schenkel anstellbar sind.
- Bremseirrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremsrollen (11) im Bremslagerblock (8) kugelgelagert sind und/oder daß die Bremsrollen (11) mit einer Elastomerschicht beschichtet oder aus Elastomermaterial, insbesondere als Vollgummirollen ausgeführt sind und/oder daß die Vorspannung der Bremsrollen (11) bezüglich der Gleitschiene (7) einstellbar ist.
- Bremseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremsrollen (11) im Bremslagerblock (8) bezüglich der Gleitschiene (7) verstellbar sind und/oder daß der Rollwiderstand der Bremsrollen (11) einstellbar ist und/oder daß nur eine Bremsrolle (11) im Bremslagerblock (8) verstellbar bzw. einstellbar, die andere Bremsrolle (11) hingegen feststehend angeordnet ist.
- Bremseinrichtung für ein bewegliches Bauteil eines Möbelelementes, insbesondere eines Polstermöbelelementes, das ein Traggestell (1) aufweist,mit einer am Traggestell (1) oder am beweglichen Bauteil (3) anzubringenden, als Hohlprofil bzw. als Rohr ausgeführten Quertraverse (6),mit einer am beweglichen Bauteil (3) oder am Traggestell (1) anzubringenden, vorzugsweise aus Metall bestehenden Gleitschiene (7),mit einem am Traggestell (1) oder am beweglichen Bauteil (3) anzubringenden Bremslagerblock (8) undmit vorzugsweise, am Bremslagerblock (8) eine Einstelleinrichtung (9) zur Einstellung der vom Bremslagerblock (8) auf die Gleitschiene (7) ausgeübten Bremskraft vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Quertraverse (6) Durchtrittsöffnungen (12) für die Gleitschiene (7) aufweist, die so die Quertraverse (6) durchsetzt,daß der Bremslagerblock (8) in die Quertraverse (6) integriert, nämlich in der Quertraverse (6) angeordnet ist und bis in den Bereich der Durchtrittsöffnungen (12) für die Gleitschiene (7) reicht unddaß die Einstelleinrichtung (9) ebenfalls an der Quertraverse (6) angeordnet ist und zum Einstellen der Bremskraft den Bremslagerblock (8) im Inneren der Quertraverse (6) an die Gleitschiene (7) herandrückt. - Bremseinrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der vom Bremslagerblock (8) abgewandten Seite der Gleitschiene (7) in der Quertraverse (6) ein Gegenlagerblock (13) fest angeordnet ist, gegen die die Gleitschiene (7) vom Bremslagerblock (8) drückbar ist.
- Bremseinrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gleitschiene (7) als Flachschiene ausgeführt und mit ihrer Ebene parallel zur Längsachse der Quertraverse (6) angeordnet ist, so daß der Bremslagerblock (8) und ggf. der Gegenlagerblock (13) an den Schmalseiten der Gleitschiene (7) angreift.
- Bremseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstelleinrichtung (9) in der Quertraverse (6) ein mit dem Bremslagerblock (8) gekuppeltes Keilgetriebe (14) aufweist, das mit einem außen an der Quertraverse (6) angebrachten Betätigungsknebel (15) betätigt wird und/oder daß bei zwei Gleitschienen (7) und Bremslagerblöcken (8) nur eine Einstelleinrich-tung (9) am Querrohr (6) angeordnet ist, von der aus beide Bremslagerblöcke (8) be-tätigt werden.
