Definitions
- the invention relates to a mobile removable liquid protection wall according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a removable shut-off device for flood protection known from DE-A-3 420 405, their seals However, they are designed to be frictional and therefore higher for upcoming Water pressure can cause problems. Furthermore, at this known solution the load is insufficient between the individual Profile elements or elements of the shut-off device, in particular between the lower element closest to the floor and the Floor distributed. To support the shut-off device in longer cases This patent sees the application of additional lateral spans Post in front. These are embedded in quivers in the underground, whereby these quivers in advance through more complex construction measures are creating.
- a mobile protective wall is known with rectangular Sheets stiffened by a frame along their edges. in the Channels are formed underground, into which the protective walls are inserted become.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a mobile, that is everywhere Easily insertable, removable protective wall to protect against liquids to create the resulting from the liquid present Pressure with high tightness as evenly as possible on the entire wall distributed without this too expensive construction measures in advance of the Construction of the protective wall is necessary, but at the same time it is possible it is also necessary to cover larger distances with such a wall.
- These elements preferably engage at their two longitudinal ends an L-profile arranged perpendicular to the profile elements for the purpose the attachment.
- the individual profile elements lie with your the side facing away from the liquid on the side running parallel to them Flange of the L-profile.
- To tilt the profile elements to the liquid to prevent the facing side there is another smaller L-profile Design which with oblique oblong holes with one side on the side of the L-profile, which is transverse to the liquid protection wall lies, is attached. This makes it possible to easily put the profile elements in manageable way into the gap which by the side of the large L-profile, which lies along the liquid protection wall, and one side of the small L-profile is formed.
- the insertion is done by that the smaller L-profile in the oblong holes obliquely upwards is moved, the profile elements are inserted and after insertion the smaller L-profile again with the help of the elongated holes to the profile elements is moved there.
- the profile elements run over the between you and the small L-profile as well as the large L-shaped gap from the side Liquid full as soon as it starts to rise on the wall. This ensures also good wall stability. If the liquid falls, run the elements are empty again accordingly.
- the individual Profile elements to the side i.e. to the side fastening profile with e.g. Felt, gauze, a net or an end plate closed in such a way that water can get in and out, but not Mud, dirt or similar contaminants.
- the profile can be used for lateral attachment of the liquid protection wall forming profile elements also different, e.g. in the form of a solid, one-piece U-profile.
- the profile elements are arranged one above the other and lying horizontally trained S-shaped shapes on their top and bottom interlocking. So they give one part each, namely approx. 50% of the load caused by the pressure of the liquid present, that can act on them to their respective neighboring profile elements.
- One embodiment of the present invention provides an end piece to the top edge of the liquid protection wall without gearing in front.
- the lower one, ie Profile element lying closest to the floor is toothed in a base piece and thus also gives a part of those acting on this profile element Load from the bottom piece onto the ground.
- the bottom piece is with provided with a seal, each on the edges of the bottom piece Piece overlaps and below the bottom piece the entire width of the Occupies the bottom piece.
- the bottom piece with seal is in an underground fixed support device, e.g. a double T-beam used and closes tightly here. This takes their sealing property with increasing pressure more and more.
- the support device is cast in a channel located below the ground.
- the underground embedded support device e.g. a double-T beam or the like covered by means of a plate or sheet or the like can be.
- this cover plate or the like is included on the upper edges of the support device, e.g. Double T-beam or similar, on.
- the respective top and bottom of the profile elements positive Seals attached, the in when liquid pressure acts on them the, due to the horizontal S-shaped shape of the teeth resulting gap angle pressed between two adjacent profiles and so their sealing properties continue to increase with increasing pressure improve.
- the Liquid protection wall to maintain stability in certain, distances dependent on the expected fluid pressure, using mobile Supports on the side facing away from the liquid present, so that the forces acting on the liquid protection wall the underground are derived.
- These mobile supports are preferably made of elements in the form of e.g. right triangles.
- the distance at which an attachment then this mobile prop is required varies between 4.10 m with an existing liquid of 0.40 m height on the wall and 2.43 m at a liquid height of 2.00 m. It is always ensured that the wall at no point has the maximum permissible deflection according to DIN 4113 of 1 / 300th.
- An advantage of the liquid protection wall according to the present invention lies in the ease of assembly and disassembly of the device without that this involved complex construction measures in advance of the erection of the wall would be required. Due to the chosen positive seals, which will press into the gap angle of the horizontal S-toothing a high tightness of the entire wall is achieved without the seals would be exposed to excessive stress. Through the horizontally trained S-shaped toothing of the profile elements becomes even Load distribution across the entire wall achieved.
- a support device e.g. Double-T beams
- the bottom piece can also be used in an embodiment of the present invention an immediate one Partial load delivery to the underground can be achieved. Longer Spans between the individual vertical U-shaped profiles Fastenings can be achieved using the mobile supports.
- FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention with the toothing 101 of the lower profile element 102 to the base piece 103 with simultaneous S-shaped toothing 104 to the profile element 105 lying above it.
- the sealing profiles 106 and 107 engage here in the gap angles 108 and 109 between the two adjacent profile elements 102 and 105 , which result from the horizontally lying S-shaped shape of the toothing 104 .
- Fig. 2 is an embodiment of the end piece 201 of a profile element for sludge defense from the side, that is to the side fastening profile.
- This end piece 201 allows water to enter or exit, but not sludge or similar contaminants, so that the profile does not become dirty from the inside.
- FIG. 3 shows an embodiment of the floor fastening device 301 without seals.
- the lower profile element can engage with its toothed shape between a profile boundary 302 and a ridge 303 .
- Fig. 4 shows an embodiment of a sealing profile 401 , as it is preferably attached for positive sealing in the gap between the profile elements.
- FIG. 5 shows an embodiment of a sealing profile 501 for sealing a floor fastening device according to the present invention.
- FIG. 6 shows an embodiment of a single stackable profile element 601 with a horizontal S-shaped shape of the toothing on the top 602 and a horizontal S-shaped shape of the toothing on the bottom 603 according to the present invention.
- the teeth of superimposed elements are mutually offset and mutually mesh.
- FIG. 7 shows an embodiment of a mobile support made of elements in the form of a right-angled triangle.
- the support is formed from a thicker sloping, preferably seamless steel tube 701 and a thinner horizontal, preferably also seamless steel tube 702 , which support the protective wall 703.
- FIG. 8 shows an embodiment of a support device 802 embedded in the ground 801 and covered by means of a sheet or the like 803 .
- FIG. 9 shows an embodiment of an unsupported support device 902 embedded in the base 901 .
- FIG. 10 shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which a lower profile element 1005 and a base piece 1004 with seal 1003 are inserted into a support device 1002 embedded in the base 1001 .
- Fig.ll is a cross section of an embodiment of the side profile for fastening the profile elements forming the liquid protection wall can be seen.
- the L-profile 1101 has a strip 1105 on the side parallel to the liquid protection wall, which holds a sealing profile 1103 .
- This sealing profile 1103 ensures that no liquid can penetrate into the space behind the wall via the side fastening profile of the liquid protection wall.
- a smaller L-profile 1102 prevents the wall from tipping over in this direction.
- the profile elements 1104 run through the gap formed between you and the small L-profile 1102 and the large L-profile 1101 with liquid from the side as soon as it begins to rise on the wall. This also ensures good wall stability. If the liquid falls, the elements run empty again.
- FIG. 12 shows a view of the profile for fastening according to FIG. 11 in the direction of view parallel to the liquid protection wall from the inside.
- the smaller L-profile 1202 is fastened on the larger L-profile 1203 by means of screws or bolts located in elongated holes 1205 of the smaller profile 1202 . Because of this fastening method, the smaller profile 1202 can be moved back and forth in relation to the larger profile 1203 in the direction of care 1201 . Here it can be seen in the closed state, ie closer to the side surface of the larger profile 1203 parallel to the liquid protection wall.
- FIG. 13 shows a view of the profile for fastening according to FIG. 11 in the direction of view parallel to the liquid protection wall from the inside.
- the smaller L-profile 1302 is fastened to the larger L-profile 1303 by means of screws or bolts located in elongated holes 1305 of the smaller profile 1302 . Because of this type of fastening, the smaller profile 1302 can be moved back and forth in relation to the larger profile 1303 in the direction of care 1301.
