Claims (8)
- Einrichtung zum Breithalten von fortlaufend transportierten nassen Warenbahnen, insbesondere von empfindlichen textilen Warenbahnen (2) in einer Naßbehandlungsmaschine (4), enthaltend wenigstens eine sich über die maximale Behandlungsbreite der Einrichtung (1) erstreckende Ausbreitwalze (7), die auf ihrer Außenumfangsseite vom Bereich der vertikalen Längsmittelebene (1a) der Einrichtung nach beiden Seiten verlaufende, entgegengesetzt gerichtete Ausbreitgewinde (7a', 7b') aufweist, sowie eine Mittenführungseinrichtung (10) für die Warenbahn (2), mit Kantenfühlern (19, 20) zur Ermittlung der Warenbahnlage, wobei diese Mittenführungseinrichtung mit der Ausbreitwalze in Steuerverbindung steht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Ausbreitwalze (7) in bezug auf die Warenbahn-Transportrichtung (3) wenigstens eine sich ebenfalls über die maximale Behandlungsbreite der Einrichtung (1) erstreckende Ausbreitdüse (8, 9) vorgeordnet ist, die mit einem unter Druck stehenden Medium beaufschlagbar und die mit einer Vielzahl von über die Warenbahnbreite verteilten Düsenaustrittsöffnungen (8a, 8b, 9a, 9b) versehen ist, die ausgehend von der vertikalen Längsmittelebene (1a) der Einrichtung - etwa je zur Hälfte im wesentlichen gegen die beiden Warenbahnkanten (2a, 2b) ausgerichtet sind. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die (jede) Ausbreitdüse (8, 9) in Form eines Düsenrohres ausgeführt ist und die Düsenaustrittsöffnungen (8a, 8b, 9a, 9b) jeweils schräg nach außen gegen die entsprechende Warenbahnkante (2a, 2b) ausgerichtet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei im wesentlichen gleichartig ausgeführte Ausbreitdüsen (8, 9) in Warenbahn-Transportrichtung (3) mit Abstand hintereinander angeordnet, jedoch den beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Warenbahnseiten zugeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Ausbreitdüse (8, 9) mit Flüssigkeit, vorzugsweise mit Behandlungsflotte aus der zugehörigen Naßbehandlungsmaschine beaufschlagbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in wenigstens einer Flüssigkeitszuleitung (14, 15) zu jeder Ausbreitdüse (8, 9) Mittel (16, 17) zur Steuerung des Flüssigkeitsdruckes und/oder der Flüssigkeitsmenge angeordnet sind und diese Steuerungsmittel mit der Mittenführungseinrichtung (10) für die Warenbahn (2) in Steuerverbindung stehen.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausbreitwalze (7) in Form einer geteilten Breitstreckwalze mit zwei im wesentlichen gleich großen, etwa axial hintereinanderliegenden konischen Walzenabschnitten (7a, 7b) ausgeführt ist, die mit gesonderten Antrieben (11, 12) und mit den einander entgegengesetzt gerichteten Ausbreitgewinden (7a', 7b') versehen sind, wobei jeweils die Walzenenden mit dem kleinen Durchmesser einander benachbart im Bereich der vertikalen Längsmittelebene (1a) der Einrichtung (1) angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebe (11, 12) der konischen Walzenabschnitte (7a, 7b) in ihrer Abtriebsdrehzahl unabhängig voneinander sowie im Sinne einer Mittensteuerung der Warenbahn (2) regelbar sind, wobei die Mindestdrehzahl dieser Walzenabschnitte derart steuerbar ist, daß die Walzenumfangsgeschwindigkeit im Bereich der kleinen Walzendurchmesser wenigstens so groß ist wie die Transportgeschwindigkeit der Warenbahn.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittenführungseinrichtung (10) eine elektrische Mittenmessung sowie elektronische Kantenfühler (19, 20) enthält und mit den Antrieben (11, 12) der beiden konischen Walzenabschnitte (7a, 7b) in Steuerverbindung steht.
