Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Führen eines Bogens im Bereich der Bogenzuführung einer bogenverarbeitenden Maschine mit oberhalb eines Bogenführungstisches angeordneten Leitelementen
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Bereich vor Vordermarken (2) eine starre eine Saugtraverse (6, 8) über die ganze Breite des Bogenführungstisches (1) angeordnet ist, daß die Saugtraverse (6, 8) als Hohlkörper ausgeführt und an ihrer Unterseite mit im wesentlichen gegen die Führungsfläche des Bogenführungstisches (1) gerichteten Öffnungen (7, 9) versehen ist und daß die Saugtraverse (6, 8) mit einem Saug- oder Blasluftanschluß (13) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Saugtraverse (6, 8) ein rechteckiger Hohlkörper ist, dessen eine untere Kante als Gleitfläche (14) angeschrägt und im wesentlichen über die ganze Breite mit Öffnungen (7, 9) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Saugtraverse (6, 8) geneigt angeordnet ist und ihre untere Fläche als gegen die Bogenlaufrichtung ansteigende Bogenführungsfäche (10) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Gleitfläche (14) der angeschrägten Kante im wesentlichen parallel zum Bogenführungstisch (1) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Traverse ein dreieckiger Hohlkörper ist, dessen untere Seite als Bogenführungsfläche (10) ausgebildet und mit Öffnungen (9) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Saugtraverse (6, 8) in ihrer Höhenlage einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Saugtraverse (6, 8) mit Saugluft oder umschaltbar mit Blasluft versorgt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Saugtraverse (6, 8) mit Blasluft versorgt wird und die Öffnungen (7, 9) als schräg gegen die Bogenlaufrichtung blasende Blas-Sog-Düsen ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Saugtraverse (6, 8) mit Saugluft betrieben wird und in Takten zwischen zu fördernden Bogen (B) mit einem Druckluftstoß versehen wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Saugtraverse (6, 8) als Staubsaugerbürste ausgeführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Saugtraverse (6, 8) im Takt der Bogenansaugung parallel oder um einen kleinen Winkel von dem Bogenführungstisch (1) weg bewegbar ist.
