Claims (9)
- Abstandhalter für Schalungen mit einer Abdeckung, umfassend ein in der Betonwand verbleibendes Distanzrohr (1) mit mindestens an der äusseren Sichtseite einer Betonwand an der Schalung zum Anliegen kommendem Auflagekonus (2) und einer Abdeckung (5) zum Verschliessen einer Oeffnung (3) in der Betonwand (B), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auflagekonus (2) mit dem Distanzrohr(1) lösbar verbunden ist und als aus der Betonwand herausnehmbares Formstück ausgestaltet ist, dessen Aussendurchmesser mindestens dem Aussendurchmesser eines in das Distanzrohr (1) nach Entfernung des Auflagekonuses (2) einsetzbaren Zapfens (4) entspricht, an dem mittel- oder unmittelbar die Abdeckung (5) gehalten ist, und dass der einsetzbare Zapfen (4) und das damit verbundene Mittel (50) zur Halterung der Abdeckung (5) einstückig aus Kunststoff gefertigt sind.
- Abstandhalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auflagekonus (2) mit der für die Erstellung der Betonwand benötigten Schalung verbindbar ist.
- Abstandhalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auflagekonus (2) einen form-und/oder kraftschlüssig in das Distanzrohr passenden Zapfen (23) aufweist.
- Abstandhalter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auflagekonus (2) einen auf der Schalung zur Erstellung der Betonwand (B) aufliegenden ringförmigen Kragen (21) aufweist.
- Abstandhalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in das Distanzrohr einschiebbare Zapfen (4) mit radial verlaufenden Rückhalterippen (45) versehen ist.
- Abstandhalter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der einsetzbare Zapfen (4) mit einer Aufnahme (50) zur Halterung der Abdeckung (5) versehen ist.
- Abstandhalter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (50) einstückig mit dem einsetzbaren Zapfen (4) verbunden ist und mindestens eine nach innen ragende, zur Halterung der Abdeckung (5) dienende Haltelippe (54) aufweist.
- Abstandhalter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (50) ein mit dem einsetzbaren Zapfen (4) einstückig verbundener Teller (51) mit aufstehendem Rand (52) ist, der die darin einlegbare Abdeckung (5) aufnimmt und mit einem über den aufstehenden Rand (52) stülpbaren Haltering (55) fixierbar ist.
- Abstandhalter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (50) tellerförmig (51) ist und an der Rückseite eine umlaufende Dichtlippe (58) aufweist.
