Claims (22)
- Haltevorrichtung (1, 21) für monolithisch ausgekleidete Ofenwände (2, 22), umfassend
einen keramischen Ankerstein (3, 23, 40, 50, 60) zur Verankerung einer monolithischen Auskleidung (10, 30) und
ein Befestigungsmittel (4, 5, 11, 12, 24, 25, 31, 32, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 75') zur Befestigung des keramischen Ankersteins (3, 23, 40, 50, 60) an einer Ofenwand (6, 26),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Ankerstein (3, 23, 40, 50, 60) auf hydraulischen Hochdruckpressen gefertigt ist. - Haltevorrichtung (1, 21) nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
sich der Ankerstein (3, 23, 40, 50, 60) in Richtung der Ofenwand (6, 26) konusartig verjüngt. - Haltevorrichtung (1, 21) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Ankerstein (3, 23, 40, 50, 60) mit mindestens einer Nut (43, 43', 53, 53',63) und/oder Rille (44, 54, 64, 64') ausgestaltet ist. - Haltevorrichtung (1, 21) nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine oder mehrere Nuten (43, 43', 53, 53', 63) und/oder eine oder mehrere Rillen (44, 54, 64, 64') versetzt zueinander, umlaufend angeordnet sind. - Haltevorrichtung (1, 21) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Befestigungsmittel (4, 5, 11, 12, 24, 25, 31, 32, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 75') metallisch ist. - Haltevorrichtung (1, 21) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Befestigungsmittel (4, 5, 11, 12, 24, 25, 31, 32, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 75') eine Klaue (4, 24) umfaßt, die an den Ankerstein (3, 23, 40, 50, 60) angreift. - Haltevorrichtung (1, 21) nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Ankerstein (3, 23, 40, 50, 60) in seinem Kopfbereich, benachbart zu der Ofenwand (6, 26), zwei von der Klaue (4, 24) umgreifbare Schultern (42, 52, 62) aufweist. - Haltevorrichtung (1, 21) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Befestigungsmittel (4, 5, 11, 12, 24, 25, 31, 32, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 75') einen Bügel (5, 25) aufweist, der einerseits mit der Klaue (4, 24) und andererseits mit der Ofenwand (6, 26) verbunden ist. - Haltevorrichtung (1, 21) nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Bügel (5, 25) an die Klaue (4, 24) angeschraubt ist. - Haltevorrichtung (1, 21) nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Ofenwand (6, 26) metallisch ist, und der Bügel (5, 25) an die Ofenwand (6, 26) angeschweißt ist. - Haltevorrichtung (1, 21) für monolithisch ausgekleidete Ofenwände (2, 22), umfassend
einen keramischen Ankerstein (3, 23, 40, 50, 60) zur Verankerung einer monolithischen Auskleidung (10, 30) und ein Befestigungsmittel (4, 5, 11, 12, 24, 25, 31, 32, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 75') zur Befestigung des keramischen Ankersteins (3, 23, 40, 50, 60) an einer Ofenwand (6, 26), insbesondere nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Befestigungsmittel (4, 5, 11, 12, 24, 25, 31, 32, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 75') eine Feder, vorzugsweise in Form eines Federblechs (11, 31, 72), umfaßt. - Haltevorrichtung (1, 21) nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Feder (11, 31, 72) den Ankerstein (3, 23, 40, 50, 60) physisch kontaktiert. - Haltevorrichtung (1, 21) nach Anspruch 11 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Feder (11, 31, 72) an den Bügel (5, 25) und/oder die Klaue (4, 24) angeschraubt ist. - Haltevorrichtung (1, 21) nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine Schraube (12, 32), vorzugsweise eine Sechskantschraube (74) inklusive Sechskantmutter (73), für die Verbindung zwischen der Klaue (4, 24), dem Bügel (5, 25) und dem Federblech (11, 31, 72) eingeschraubt ist. - Haltevorrichtung (1, 21) nach Anspruch 13 oder 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
mindestens ein elastischer Dichtring, vorzugsweise ein gummiartiger O-Ring (75, 75'), in der Schraubverbindung des Befestigungsmittels (4, 5, 11, 12, 24, 25, 31, 32, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 75') angeordnet ist. - Haltevorrichtung (1, 21) nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwei elastische Dichtringe (75, 75') vorgesehen sind, einer zwischen dem Kopf einer Schraube (12, 32, 74) und einer Seite des Befestigungsmittels (4, 5, 11, 12, 24, 25, 31, 32, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 75') und ein anderer zwischen der anderen Seite des Befestigungsmittels (4, 5, 11, 12, 24, 25, 31, 32, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 75') und einer Schraubenmutter (73). - Haltevorrichtung (1, 21) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Ankerstein (3, 23, 40, 50, 60) in seinem Kopfbereich eine Ausnehnung (41, 51, 61) aufweist. - Haltevorrichtung (1, 21) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Klaue (4, 24) aus hitzebeständigem, ferritischem oder aus austenitischem Flachmaterial, vorzugsweise Flachstahl, durch Umformen hergestellt ist. - Haltevorrichtung (1, 21) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Bügel (5, 25) aus hitzebeständigem, ferritischem oder aus austenitischem Flachmaterial, vorzugsweise Flachstahl, durch Umformen hergestellt ist. - Haltevorrichtung (1, 21) nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Federblech (11, 31, 72) aus Federstahl besteht. - Haltevorrichtung (1, 21) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Klaue (4, 24) mit einer Isoliermatte ( 7, 27) umwikkelt ist. - Haltevorrichtung (1, 21) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zumindest ein Teil des Befestigungsmittels (4, 5, 11, 12, 24, 25, 31, 32, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 75') und ein Teil des Ankersteins (3, 23, 40, 50, 60) mit einer Isoliermatte (7, 27) und/oder einer Isolierwolle (9, 29) und/oder einer Isolierung (8, 28), zwischen der Ofenwand (6, 26) und der monolithischen Auskleidung (19, 30), umgeben ist.
