Claims (9)
- Sperrventil, das für einen Verbraucherkanal eines mit einem Längsschieber (30) ausgestatteten Wegeventils (10) vorgesehen ist, das in eine Rückströmrichtung (9) sperrt und in dessen Sperrventilkörper (41) ein ebenfalls in Rückströmrichtung sperrendes Hilfssperrventil (60) sitzt, das zur Einleitung der verbraucherseitigen Verbraucherkanalentlastung über einen vom Längsschieber (30) betätigbaren Stößel (65) entsperrbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in oder am Sperrventilkörper (41) ein Druckbegrenzungsventil (70) angeordnet ist, das in Rückströmrichtung (9) öffnet. - Sperrventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckbegrenzungsventil (70) innerhalb des Sperrventilkörpers (41) parallel neben dem Hilfssperrventil (60) angeordnet ist.
- Sperrventil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckbegrenzungsventil (70) innerhalb des Sperrventilkörpers (41) als zusätzliche Bauteile mindestens einen Ventilkörper (71), ein mechanisches Federelement (75) und eine dieses vorspannende Einstellschraube (77) umfaßt.
- Sperrventil nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstellschraube (77) gegen Verdrehen fixierbar ist.
- Sperrventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es als Sitzventil ausgebildet ist.
- Sperrventil nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sperrventilkörper (41) einen auf einen Sperrventilsitz (22) aufsetzbaren Ventilkegel aufweist, an dem radial zur Längsachse des Sperrventilkörpers (41) verlaufende Führungsstege (52, 53, 54) angeordnet sind.
- Sperrventil nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer der Führungsstege (52) - in Umfangsrichtung gesehen - breiter als die anderen Führungsstege (53, 54) ausgebildet ist und die Ventilbohrung (45) für das Druckbegrenzungsventil (70) aufweist.
- Sperrventil nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sitzbohrung (46) des Druckbegrenzungsventils (70) im Sperrventilkörper (41) liegt.
- Wegerentil, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innerhalb des Wegeventilgehäuses (11) im Bereich eines Verbraucheranschlusses (25) ein Sperrventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche angeordnet ist.
