Claims (5)
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung geeignet zum Bearbeiten der beiden Enden (30) eines Drahtstückes (10), bei der ein über elektromotorisch gesteuerte Rollen (11, 14) geförderter Draht auf eine vorbestimmte Länge geschnitten wird und die beiden so erzeugten Drahtenden (39) einem Bearbeitungsvorgang unterzogen werden, mit einem Führungsblock (12)mit einer Mehrzahl von Drahtführungen (12a, 12b, 12c), die in unterschiedlichen Ebenen des Führungsblocks (12) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass drei unterschiedliche Drahtführungen (12a, 12b, 12c) in drei unterschiedlichen Ebenen vorgesehen sind, wobei eine Drahtführung eine gradlinige Förderbahn aufweist, durch die der Draht in Vorschubrichtung führbar ist und die anderen Drahtführungen eine gekrümmte Führungsbahn aufweisen, durch die der Draht senkrecht zur Vorschubrichtung führbar ist, und dass der Führungsblock (12) zum Einstellen einer in einer bestimmten Ebene angeordneten vorherbestimmten Drahtführung (12a, 12b, 12c) in seiner Höhenlage verstellbar gelagert ist.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung geeignet zum Bearbeiten der beiden Enden (30) eines Drahtstückes (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine der beiden Drahtführungen, die ein Fördern des Drahtes in eine Richtung senkrecht zur Vorschubrichtung der elektromotorisch gesteuerten Rollen (11, 14) erlauben, so ausgelegt ist, dass sie eine Führung des vorwärts geförderten Drahtes bewirkt und die andere dieser beiden Drahtführungen eine Führung des rückwärtig geförderten Drahtes bewirkt.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung geeignet zum Bearbeiten der beiden Enden (30) eines Drahtstückes (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhenlage des Führungsblocks (12) elektromotorisch steuerbar ist.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung geeignet zum Bearbeiten der beiden Enden (30) eines Drahtstückes (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Bearbeitung der Drahtenden (39) eine Einrichtung zum Abisolieren von Drahtenden umfassen.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung geeignet zum Bearbeiten der beiden Enden (30) eines Drahtstückes (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Bearbeitung der Drahtenden (30) eine Einrichtung zum Anschlagen von Aderendhülsen (17, 18) umfassen.
