Claims (11)
- Abnehmbare Luftweiche für Sprudelmatten, bei welcher die Verteilung der Druckluft durch einen Drehschieber (2) erfolgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie über zumindest zwei Konusaufnahmen (3a, 3c) an ihrer Unterseite verfügt, in welche die Druckluft über den Weichendruckraum (1e) im Innern der Luftweiche wahlweise strömen kann und die auf entsprechend angeordneten Stutzen (4, 5), die in die Sprudelmatte (6) eingearbeitet sind, passen.
- Abnehmbare Luftweiche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an ihrer Oberseite eine weitere Aufnahme (la) für den Schlauchanschluß eines Gebläses eingearbeitet ist, die mit dem Weichendruckraum (1e) in Verbindung steht und in der zweckmäßigerweise ein die Einstecktiefe des Schlauchanschlusses begrenzender Anschlag (1d) vorgesehen ist.
- Abnehmbare Luftweiche nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einem Oberteil (1) und einem Unterteil (3) aufgebaut ist, die über eine waagrecht verlaufende Nutverbindung (3e) mit durchgehender Dichtung gegeneinander verspannt sind.
- Abnehmbare Luftweiche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einem Oberteil (1) und einem Unterteil (3) aufgebaut ist, die mittels einer lösbaren Schraubverbindung (3f) miteinander verspannt sind.
- Abnehmbare Luftweiche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einem Oberteil (1) und einem Unterteil (3) aufgebaut ist, wobei Oberteil (1) und Unterteil (3) eine glatte, abgerundete, ergonomisch gestaltete Oberfläche ohne scharfe Absätze und Kanten besitzen.
- Abnehmbare Luftweiche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Konusaufnahmen (3a, 3c) in einem Unterteil (3) der Luftweiche angeordnet sind und über Öffnungen (3b, 3d) mit dem Weichendruckraum (le) in Verbindung stehen, die Richtung Weichendruckraum (le) vorzugsweise flachrandig ausgeführt sind und auf derselben Höhe liegen.
- Abnehmbare Luftweiche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß insbesondere an einem Oberteil (1) der Luftweiche ein senkrecht verlaufendes Lager (1b) für die Achse (2c) des Drehschiebers (2) vorgesehen ist, das so angeordnet ist, daß eine an der Achse (2c) befindliche Drehkulisse (2d) in den Extremstellungen ihres Schaltweges gerade eine der Öffnungen (3b, 3d) der Konusaufnahmen (3a, 3c) dicht abdeckt und die jeweils andere freigibt.
- Abnehmbare Luftweiche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaltweg des Drehschiebers (2) durch in das Gehäuse der Luftweiche und dabei zweckmäßigerweise in deren Oberteil (1) eingearbeitete Begrenzungskanten (1f), die näherungsweise ein nach außen offenes "V" bilden, in der Weise definiert ist, daß in den Extremstellungen der Drehkulisse (2d) der an der Achse (2c) angeformte Wählhebel (2a) gerade an diesen Begrenzungskanten (1f) anliegt.
- Abnehmbare Luftweiche nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Innenseite des Oberteils (1) der Luftweiche jeweils ein Stützzapfen (1c) zum Andrücken der Drehkulisse (2d) gegen die Öffnungen (3b, 3d) angeformt ist.
- Abnehmbare Luftweiche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stutzen (4, 5) in die Oberfolie (6a) der Sprudelmatte (6) eingearbeitet sind und sich über mit Durchbrüchen versehene Stege (4a, 5a) gegen die Unterfolie (6b) der Sprudelmatte (6) abstützen, so daß die Druckluft aus den Durchbrüchen ungehindert in den im Innern der Sprudelmatte (6) befindlichen Mattendruckraum (7) strömen kann.
- Abnehmbare Luftweiche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehschieber (2) zur Betätigung über einen außerhalb des Gehäuses (1, 3) liegenden Wählhebel (2a) verfügt, an dessen freiem Ende eine nach unten gezogene Griffnase (2b) angeformt sein kann, die auch den Zehen und/oder der Ferse genügend Angriffsmöglichkeit bietet.
