Claims (7)
- Barre de nivellement pour fours à coke pour le nivellement du cône de la charge de charbon qui se forme sous les bouches d'enfournement de la chambre de four pendant l'enfournement, ladite barre de nivellement étant constituée par des éléments portants se projetant sur toute la longueur de la chambre de four, étant disposés parallèlement les uns aux autres à des intervalles dépendant de la largeur de la chambre de fours ainsi que reliés entre eux caractérisée en ce que la barre de nivellement est constituée par trois éléments portants parallèles les uns aux autres se déployant sur toute la longueur de la chambre de four (11, 12) et disposés les uns par rapport pour former une construction en treillis de sorte qu'il en résulte une section triangulaire de la barre de nivellement, les deux éléments portants inférieurs (11) étant situés à une même hauteur et l'élément portant supérieur (11) étant situé en dessus au milieu.
- Barre de nivellement selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que les trois éléments portants (11, 12) forment une section équilatérale et isocèle de la barre de nivellement avec un plan de symétrie vertical.
- Barre de nivellement selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisée en ce que les trois éléments portants (11, 12) sont reliés entre eux dans le sens longitudinal du four à intervalles réguliers par des traverses horizontales inférieures (13) et/ou des traverses de jonction (14) dirigées diagonalement vers l'élément portant du haut (12).
- Barre de nivellement selon au moins une des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce que des traverses diagonales (15) sont situées respectivement entre deux traverses portantes (13, 14) entre les éléments portants inférieurs (11) et/ou l'élément portant supérieur (12).
- Barre de nivellement selon au moins une des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce que les éléments portants (11, 12) et/ou les traverses (13) à (15) présentent chacun et chacune une section fermée.
- Barre de nivellement selon la revendication 5 caractérisée en ce que les éléments portants (11, 12) et les traverses (13) à (15) présentent tous une section identique et/ou de même taille.
- Barre de nivellement selon revendication 5 ou 6 caractérisée en ce que tous les éléments portants et toutes les traverses (11) à (15) sont constitués par des tubes de qualité commerciale de section ronde ou carrée.
