Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tür zum Verschließen der Ofenmuffel eines Back- und Bratofens.
Aus der EP 0 687 867 A1 ist eine Ofenmuffeltür bekannt, die eine Frontseite aus Glas, einen Betätigungshandgriff und zwei seitliche Stützen, die an der Innenseite der Glas-Frontseite angeordnet sind, sowie eine Sichtscheibe, die an den Stützen gehaltert ist, aufweist. Die Stützen sind mittels die Glasfrontseite durchsetzenden Schraubelementen mit dem Betätigungshandgriff verspannt. Die Schraubelemente sind dabei durch in den Stützen integrierte Abstandsstücke geführt, die sich gegen die Innenseite der Glas-Frontseite abstützen. Zwischen den aus zwei Profilteilen zusammengesetzten Stützen und der Glas-Frontseite ist ein elastisches Element angeordnet, das einerseits eine Dichtfunktion hat und andererseits den Anschraubdruck auf die Glas-Frontseite herabsetzt. Der Zusammenbau dieser Tür ist aufgrund der aus zwei Profilteilen zusammengesetzten Stützen sowie der Schraubverbindung in der Montage aufwendig und zeitintensiv und damit für eine Massenfertigung, bei der die Herstellungskosten eine wesentliche Rolle spielen, wenig geeignet. Zudem ist bei dieser Tür die Sichtscheibe so an den Stützen befestigt, daß die Befestigungsmittel nach dem Verspannen der Stützen mit dem Betätigungshandgriff nicht mehr zugänglich sind. Die Sichtscheibe kann somit nur nach einem völligen Zerlegen der Tür im Bedarfsfalle ausgetauscht oder zur Reinigung entnommen werden.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Tür der in Rede stehenden Art zu schaffen, die sich bei hoher Stabilität des Türaufbaus aus wenigen und konstruktiv einfachen Bestandteilen und durch eine sehr einfache Zusammenbaumontage auszeichnen soll.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe gemäß der Erfindung ist den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 zu entnehmen. Durch das Ankleben der Trägerelemente an die Frontplatte werden auf die Frontplatte wirkende Kräfte bei der Montage gering gehalten im Gegensatz zur aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Tür, bei der die Trägerelemente an der Platte verschraubt werden.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen des Gegenstandes der Erfindung sind in den vom Anspruch 1 abhängigen Ansprüchen angegeben.
Die Ofenmuffeltür nach der Erfindung zeichnet sich durch einen materialsparenden Aufbau sowie eine kostengünstige Gesamtherstellung aus.
Ausführungsbeispiele gemäß der Erfindung sind in der Zeichnung schematisch dargestellt und werden anhand dieser nachfolgend näher beschrieben.

Die Türfrontseite der Ofenmuffeltür gemäß Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 umfaßt eine großflächige Platte (Scheibe) 1 aus Glas oder glasartigem Material, beispielsweise Glaskeramik. Die Platte 1 (im folgenden als Glasplatte bezeichnet) weist im Mittelbereich einen z. B. rechteckigen, transparenten und ein Durchsichtfenster 2 bildenden Scheibenbereich auf und ist im Randbereich 21 um das Durchsichtfenster 2 beispielsweise durch Bedrucken lichtundurchlässig ausgebildet. Auf der Innenseite (Rückseite) 3 des Randbereichs 21 der Glasplatte 1 ist seitlich je ein säulenartiges, senkrecht verlaufendes und einstückiges Profilelement 4 und 5 als Trägerelement mittels einer Klebeverbindung 6 befestigt. Die Profilelemente 4 und 5 sind im Querschnitt U-förmig ausgebildet und haben rechtwinklig abstehende Flanschränder 7, 8, mit denen die Profilelemente 4 und 5 an der Innenseite 3 der Glasplatte 1 aufliegen und die als Klebeflächen für die Klebeverbindung 6 dienen. Die Profilelemente 4 und 5 bestehen insbesondere aus vorzugsweise emaillierten Metallblech oder auch einem temperaturbeständigen Kunststoff. Als Kleber für die Klebeverbindung 6 ist beispielsweise ein temperaturfester Silikonkleber geeignet. Durch die vergleichsweise großflächige Klebeverbindung 6 werden Kräfte von den Profilelementen 4 und 5 gleichmäßig auf die Glasplatte 1 übertragen, so daß ein Zerspringen der Glasplatte 1 vermieden wird. Die Klebeverbindung 6 gewährleistet überdies eine schonende Verbindung der Profilelemente 4 und 5 mit der Glasplatte 1 bei der Herstellung.
Die beiden Profilelemente 4, 5 weisen jeweils eine über die Oberkante 9 der Glasplatte 1 hinausragende Verlängerung 10 auf, die zweckmäßig zur Befestigung eines in Fig. 1 nicht dargestellten Betätigungshandgriffes 11 dient (in Fig. 5, 7, 9a bis 11 dargestellt). Die Befestigung des Griffs 11 an den über die Frontplatte 1 überstehenden Trägerelementen 4 und 5 erleichtert die Montage und Zugänglichkeit der Türelement.
In Fig. 3 ist ein Teil einer Tür mit einem Profilelement 4, einer Glasplatte 1 und einer zusätzlichen Sichtscheibe 13, vorzugsweise aus Glas, im Querschnitt dargestellt. Die Sichtscheibe 13 ist mit freiem Luftabstand 12 zur frontseitigen Glasplatte 1 angeordnet. Zur Halterung der Sichtscheibe 3 ist an der dem nicht dargestellten, weiteren Profilelement 5 zugewandten Schenkelseite 14 des U-förmigen Profilelements 4 eine Halte- und/oder Führungsschiene 15 U-förmigen Querschnitts angebracht. Das nicht dargestellte, zweite Profilelement 5 weist eine entsprechende Halte- bzw. Führungsschiene auf. In diesen Halte- bzw. Führungsschienen 15 wird die Sichtscheibe 13 von oben her eingeführt und kann jederzeit zwecks Reinigung wieder herausgezogen werden.
Fig. 4 zeigt den unteren Bereich des Profilelements 4 mit einer aufgeschnittenen Halte- bzw. Führungsnut 15, in die die Sichtscheibe 13 eingeführt ist. Am unteren Ende der Halte- bzw. Führungsschiene 15 ist ein Umbug 16 oder sonstiger Anschlag vorgesehen, der die Schiene 15 nach unten zu abschließt und damit ein Durchrutschen der eingeführten Sichtscheibe 13 verhindert. Ferner ist eine Ausbuchtung 28 in der Halte- bzw. Führungsnut 15 vorgesehen, die als elastisches Federelement die Sichtscheibe 13 auf dem Weg nach unten abbremst. Ein entsprechender Umbug und eine entsprechende Ausbuchtung sind auch in der Halteund Führungsschiene des zweiten Profilelements 5 vorgesehen.
In Fig. 5 ist der obere Bereich einer Ofenmuffeltür in einer geschnittenen Seitenansicht veranschaulicht. An der Vorderseite des Profilelements 4 (und 5) ist die Glasplatte (Frontplatte) 1 festgeklebt. In einem Abstand 12 von der frontseitigen Glasplatte 1 ist eine an den Profilelementen 4 und 5 befestigte zusätzliche Sichtscheibe 13 angeordnet. Auf den Verlängerungen 10 der Profilelemente 4 und 5 ist ein Betätigungsgriff 11 für die Tür gelagert und vorzugsweise lösbar befestigt, beispielsweise durch eine Schnapp- oder Rastverbindung mit einem Vorsprung 32 des Profilelements 4 bzw. 5 und einer korrespondierenden Öffnung 33 im Betätigungshandgriff 11. Der Betätigungshandgriff 11 kann somit einfach von oben auf die Verlängerungen 10 der Profilelemente 4 und 5 aufgesteckt und wieder gelöst werden. Zur Fixierung des Betätigungshandgriffs 11 an den Profilelementen 4 und 5 können aber auch Schraubverbindungen verwendet werden. Ferner weist der Betätigungshandgriff 11 eine Aufnahmenut 31 auf, in die beim Aufstecken des Griffs 11 die Sichtscheibe 13 eingeschoben wird und dadurch zusätzlich fixiert wird.
Es kann statt einer Sichtscheibe 13 auch ein Sichtscheibenverbund, umfassend eine innere und eine äußere Sichtscheibe, vorgesehen sein. In dieser Ausführung sind dann entweder eine entsprechende Anzahl von Halte- bzw. Führungsschienen an jedem Profilelement 4 und 5 vorgesehen oder die Halte- bzw. Führungsschienen zur Aufnahme eines solchen Sichtscheibenverbundes entsprechend ausgebildet. Die zuletzt genannte Ausbildung kann z. B. in einer Doppel-U-Schiene bestehen.
In der Ausführungsform der Offenmuffeltür gemäß Fig. 6 ist die der Ofenmuffel zugewandte Sichtscheibe 13 auf der von der Frontseiten-Glasplatte 1 abgewandten Rückseite der Profilelemente 4 und 5 angebracht und überdeckt die rückseitigen Flachseiten der Profilelemente 4 und 5 derart, daß die Sichtscheibe 13 seitlich mit den Profilelementen fluchtet bzw. der Abschluß in einer Ebene liegt. Die Sichtscheibe 13 kann nun ebenfalls mit den Profilelementen 4 und 5 verklebt sein oder auch lösbar mit diesen verbunden sein, beispielsweise durch in Fig. 6 nicht dargestellte Spann- und Führungseinrichtungen.
Fig. 7 zeigt eine Ausführungsform der Ofenmuffeltür in einem Seitenschnitt, bei der die Sichtscheibe 13 gegenüber der türfrontseitigen Glasplatte 1 zumindest nach unten verkürzt ausgebildet ist, um Türscharniere 18 oder dgl. in Ausschnitte 29 bzw. 30 der Profilelemente 4 bzw. 5 einführen und haltern zu können. Oben ist an den Profilelementen 4 und 5 und der Sichtscheibe 13 wieder der Betätigungshandgriff 11 wie in Fig. 5 angebracht.
Die Fig. 8a und 8b zeigen eine weitere Möglichkeit zur Halterung der Sichtscheibe 13 an den Profilelementen 4 und 5 in einer Rückansicht bzw. einem Längsschnitt. An jedem Profilelement 4 und 5 ist jeweils eine im Querschnitt L-förmige Profilleiste 14 bzw. 15 vorgesehen, deren einer Schenkel 16 jeweils die Sichtscheibe 13 in deren Randbereich übergreift und deren anderer Schenkel 17 mit der Seitenwandung des jeweiligen Profilelements 14 bzw. 15 korrespondiert und mit diesem lösbar verspannt ist.
Die Fig. 9a und 9b veranschaulichen ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer Ofenmuffeltür in einer Rückansicht bzw. einem Seitenschnitt, bei dem die Sichtscheibe 13' einerseits oben im Tür-Betätigungshandgriff 11 fixiert und andererseits mittels im unteren Bereich übergreifender seitlicher Halteekken 19 und 20 an den Profilelementen 4 bzw. 5 lösbar gehalten ist. Zur Fixierung der Sichtscheibe 13' im Tür-Betätigungshandgriff 11 ist dort eine Aufnahmenut 31 oderdgl. ausgebildet. Die Befestigung der Halteecken 19 und 20 an den Profilelementen 4 bzw. 5 erfolgt durch lösbares Verspannen oder mittels Schrauben, nach deren Lösen die Halteekken 19 und 20 auf den Profilelementen 4 und 5 nach unten geschoben und die Sichtscheibe 13' zur Reinigung oder zum Austausch abgenommen werden kann.
Der Tür-Betätigungshandgriff 11 ist in der in Fig. 10 dargestellten Weiterbildung der Tür gemäß Fig. 9 zur Kühlung und/oder Wrasenabführung mit einem Belüftungsschacht 22 versehen, der den Betätigungshandgriff 11 durchsetzt.
Fig. 11 zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel, bei dem mindestens zwei Sichtscheiben 23 und 24 vorgesehen sind. Dabei ist die eine Sichtscheibe 23 die innere und die andere Sichtscheibe 24 die äußere Scheibe. Die äußere Sichtscheibe 24 ist dabei dem Garraum der Ofenmuffel unmittelbar zugewandt. Auch diese beiden Sichtscheiben 23 und 24 sind herausziehbar an den beiden säulenartigen, seitlichen Profilelementen 4 und 5 gehaltert. Der den oberen Abschluß der Tür bildende Betätigungshandgriff 11 besteht zweckmäßig aus einem Türgriffvorderteil 25 und einem Türgriffhinterteil 26. Der Türgriffhinterteil 26 ist dabei zur Entnahme der beiden Sichtscheiben 23 und 24 lösbar und damit abnehmbar gehaltert. Auch dieser Türgriff ist vorzugsweise mit einem Belüftungsschacht 27 versehen.
Die säulenartigen Profilelemente 4 und 5 dienen zweckmäßig als alleiniger Träger für den gesamten Aufbau der Ofenmuffeltür und deren Bestandteile.
Die für die kippbare Anlenkung der Ofenmuffeltür an der Ofenmuffel erforderliche Scharnieranordnung ist deshalb ebenfalls in den säulenartigen Profilelementen 4 und 5 integriert.
Bei einer Tür für einen Back- und Bratofen mit einem sog. Backwagen, wobei eine solche Tür winkelsteif an Schienenzügen im Back- und Bratofengehäuse befestigt und geführt und schubladenartig gegenüber der Ofenmuffel verschiebbar ist, ist diese Befestigung ebenfalls an den als Träger dienenden Profilelementen 4 und 5 vorgenommen. Desgleichen sind hierbei an den Profilelementen 4 und 5 Halterungen für Gargutträger und dgl. angebracht.
In einer nicht dargestellten Ausführungsform einer Ofenmuffeltür ist der Betätigungshandgriff 11 von außen (vorne) die Frontseiten-Glasplatte 1 durchgreifend an den Profilelementen 4 und 5 befestigt, vorzugsweise mittels durch Löcher in der Frontseiten-Glasplatte 1 hindurchgehender Schrauben und entsprechender Gewinde oder Gegenstücke (z. B. Muttern) in den Profilelementen 4 und 5. Der Schraubdruck auf die Glasplatte 1 kann durch Dämpfungsringe gedämpft werden. Anstelle von Schrauben können auch Rast- oder Schnappverbindungen vorgesehen sein.

Claims (20)

  1. Tür zum Verschließen der Ofenmuffel eines Back- und Bratofens, mit
    a) einem Betätigungshandgriff (11),
    b) einer die Türfrontseite bildenden Platte (1) aus Glas oder glasartigem Material und
    c) wenigstens zwei Trägerelementen (4, 5)
    wobei
    d) die Trägerelemente (4 und 5) mittels einer Klebeverbindung (6) an einer Innenseite (3) der Türfrontseiten-Platte (1) befestigt sind und
    e) der Betätigungshandgriff (11) an den Trägerelementen (4, 5) befestigt ist, wobei
    f) die Trägerelemente (4, 5) jeweils eine über eine Oberkante (9) der Türfrontseiten-Platte (1) hinausragende Verlängerung (10) aufweisen und der Betätigungshandgriff (11) an diesen Verlängerungen (10) befestigt ist.
  2. Tür nach Anspruch 1, bei der der Betätigungshandgriff (11) auf den Verlängerungen (10) der Trägerelemente (4, 5) gelagert ist.
  3. Tür nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der der Betätigungshandgriff (11) mit den Trägerelementen (4, 5) verschraubt ist.
  4. Tür nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der der Betätigungshandgriff (11) mit den Trägerelementen (4, 5) durch eine Rastoder Schnappverbindung (32, 33) verbunden ist.
  5. Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Trägerelemente (4, 5) ein im wesentlichen U-förmiges Profil aufweisen.
  6. Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Trägerelemente (4, 5) im wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufen.
  7. Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit mindestens einer Sichtscheibe (13), die an den Trägerelementen (4, 5) mit Abstand zur Türfrontseiten-Platte (1) gehaltert ist.
  8. Tür nach Anspruch 10, bei der die Trägerelemente (4 und 5) für jede Sichtscheibe (13) jeweils eine Halte- und/oder Führungsschiene (15) zum herausnehmbaren Haltern der zugehörigen Sichtscheibe (13) aufweisen.
  9. Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei der die Trägerelemente jeweils eine Halte- und/oder Führungsschiene aufweisen, die zum herausnehmbaren Haltern von wenigstens zwei Sichtscheiben ausgebildet ist.
  10. Tür nach Anspruch 8 oder Anspruch 9, bei der die Halte- bzw. Führungsschienen (15) einen das Durchrutschen der Sichtscheibe (13) verhindernden Umbug (16) oder dgl. Aufweisen.
  11. Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der wenigstens eine Sichtscheibe (13) auf der von der Türfrontseiten-Platte (1) abgewandten Rückseite der Trägerelemente (4, 5) angebracht ist.
  12. Tür nach Anspruch 11, bei der die Sichtscheibe (13) mittels mit den Trägerelementen (4, 5) verbundender Profilleisten (14, 15) gehalten ist, die im Querschnitt L-förmig ausgebildet sind, wobei der eine Schenkel (16) der L-Form die Sichtscheibe (13) in deren Randbereich übergreift und der andere Schenkel (17) der L-Form mit dem jeweiligen Trägerelement (4 bzw. 5) korrespondiert und mit diesem lösbar verspannt ist.
  13. Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, bei der wenigstens eine Sichtscheibe (13') einerseits im Betätigungshandgriff (11) fixiert und andererseits mittels übergreifender seitlicher Halteecken (19 und 20) an den Trägerelementen (4, 5) gehalten ist.
  14. Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 13, bei der die Sichtscheibe (13) in eine Aufnahmenut (31) des Betätigungshandgriffs (11) einführbar ist.
  15. Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 14, bei der die Sichtscheibe (13) gegenüber der türfrontseitigen Platte (1) verkürzt ausgebildet ist.
  16. Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der mindestens zwei Sichtscheiben (23, 24) vorgesehen sind, die herausziehbar an den Trägerelementen (4, 5) gehaltert sind und der Betätigungshandgriff (11) aus einem Türgriffvorderteil (25) und einem Türgriffhinterteil (26) gebildet ist, wobei der Türgriffhinterteil (26) zur Entnahme der beiden Sichtscheiben (23, 24) lösbar und damit abnehmbar gehaltert ist.
  17. Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der an den Trägerelementen (4 und 5) jeweils eine Scharnieranordnung (18) für die Tür angebracht ist.
  18. Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, die winkelsteif an Schienenzügen befestigt und schubladenartig gegenüber der Ofenmuffel verschiebar ist, wobei die Schienenzüge an den Trägerlementen (4, 5) befestigt sind.
  19. Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der an den Trägerelementen Halterungen für Gargutträger oder dgl. angebracht sind.
  20. Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Betätigungshandgriff (11) zur Belüftung mit einem den Betätigungshandgriff (11) durchsetzenden Belüftungsschacht (22, 27) versehen ist.
