Claims (10)
- Entwässerungsvorrichtung für Dächer, die eine wärmedämmende Dachschicht aufweisen, insbesondere Flachdächei, bestehend aus einem trichterförmigen Einlaufkörper (6), einem Aufsteckelement (15), einem Dampfsperrelement (10) und einer Dichtung (14), wobei der Einlaufkörper (6) in eine korrespondierende Öffnung (4) im Dach (1) unter Zwischenlage des Dampfsperrelement (10) einsteckbar ist, und wobei das Aufsteckelement (15) an dem Einlaufkörper (6) befestigbar ist, und wobei zwischen dem Einlaufkörper (6) und dem Dampfsperrelement (10) die Dichtung vorgesehen ist, die eine Kondensationsbildung im Wärmedämmbereich verhindert und den Einlaufkörper (6) in der Öffnung (4) des Daches (1) zentriert.
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dampfsperrelement (10) zwischen der Außenfläche des Einlaufkörpers (6) und der dieser Außenfläche zugewandten Stirnseite (9) der wärmedämmenden Dachschicht (2) angeordnet ist, und dass die Dichtung (14) zwischen der Außenfläche des Einlaufkörpers (6) und dem Dampfsperrelement (10) angeordnet ist und den Einlaufkörper (6) in der Öffnung (4) des Daches (1) gegen Austreiben aus der Öffnung (4) arretiert - Entwässerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtung (14) einen Federstahlring aufweist, der dichtend an der Außerfläche des Einlaufkörpers (6) angreift, vorzugsweise im Bereich eines oberen, weiteren, etwa hohkreiszylindrischen Abschnittes (21) des Einlaufkörpers (6). - Entwässerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Federstahlring und/oder die Dichtung (14) widerhakenförmig ausgebildet ist bzw. sind und vorzugsweise mit einer an der Außenfläche des Einlaufkörpers (6) angeordneten Verrastung zusammenwirkt bzw. zusammenwirken. - Entwässerungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dampfsperrelement (10) im Querschnitt seines Ringverlaufes im wesentlichen L-förmig ausgebildet ist. - Entwässerungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dampfsperrelement (10) mit einem in der Einbaulage nach oben gerichteten Bereich eine etwa rohrförmige Auskleidung für die Öffnung (4) im Bereich der dämmenden Dachschicht bildet und daß ein von dem unteren Rand der Auskleidung horizontal abstrebender Kragenbereich (11) an die an der Unterseite dieser Dachschicht (2) angeorndete Dampfsperrschicht (20) angeschlossen ist. - Entwässerungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dampfsperrelement (10) in seinem dem Einlaufkörper (6) zugewandten Bereich eine Ausnehmung für die Dichtung (14) hat, die vorzugsweise im Querschnitt rechteckig ausgebildet ist. - Entwässerungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Unterseite der dämmenden Dachschicht (2) eine Verstärkungseinrichtung (18), insbesondere ein Verstärkungsblech, unter Zwischenlage zumindest eines Randbereiches des Dampfsperrelementes (10) angeordnet ist. - Entwässerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dampfsperrelement (10) mit der Verstärkungseinrichtung (18) verbunden, vorzugsweise verschraubt und/oder verklebt, ist. - Entwässerungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufsteckelement (15) in Gestalt unmittelbar eines Fallrohres oder eines Zwischenrohrstückes an das untere, engere Ende (8) des trichterförmigen Einlaufkörpers (6) angesetzt, insbesondere dieses untere Ende (8) von außen umfaßend aufgeschoben ist. - Entwässerungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtung (14) an ihrer dem Einlaufkörper (6) zugewandten Seite eine Vielzahl von nach unten gerichteten Dichtungsfahnen hat.
