Definitions

  • the invention relates to a drainage device for roofs according to the preamble of attached claim 1.
  • Various dewatering devices are known from the prior art, which especially suitable for the drainage of flat roofs.
  • a water inlet for the purpose known, from an inlet body which is connected to a plastic ring and to a connection foil foamed so that the top of the terminal foil and the upper end face of the ring form a flat connection flange.
  • the inlet body is essentially designed as a cylindrical tube and has an outwardly projecting collar.
  • the extension element is in this case substantially equal to the inlet body formed, wherein the outer diameter of the Aufstockelements with the inner diameter of the inlet body, so that the Aufstockelement in the inlet body is insertable.
  • the seal between the extension element and the inlet body takes place in these prior art devices by an O-ring, which is in internal, circumferential groove is inserted into the inlet body.
  • the adaptation of this previously known dewatering device to the thickness of the roof takes place in that the Aufstockelement is more or less inserted into the inlet body.
  • a known dewatering device referred to in the preamble of claim 1 Art - DE-A-37 37 767 - teaches a Trichtergüed that with a tubular neck in far the concrete ceiling protrudes and terminates there via a seal on the vapor barrier layer, here directly on a arranged in the concrete ceiling fitting, to which the broadly arranged between the concrete floor and the insulating layer located above it Vapor barrier layer is connected.
  • the invention is the The object of the invention is to provide a generic dewatering device which is simple is designed and assembled in a reliable way prevents ascending Water vapor leads to condensation in the thermal insulation.
  • the funnel-shaped inlet body with the interposition of a below the insulating roofing layer arranged vapor barrier layer connected Vapor barrier element in a corresponding opening in the roof used.
  • the vapor barrier element separates In this case, the roof insulation from the inlet body, so that through the opening rising moisture can not penetrate into the insulating roof layer.
  • a plug-in element is connected to the inlet body within the opening, by pushing on the lower, narrower end of the funnel-shaped inlet body or by means of coupling sleeve, both together enclosing connects.
  • the Aufsteckelement can the drain pipe be yourself, but it can also be an intermediate pipe piece.
  • the inlet body and the vapor barrier element arranged with the inlet body to the vapor barrier element and thus is held on the roof.
  • the preferably annular seal ensures that a condensation formation in the thermal insulation of the Roof is prevented and the inlet body is locked in the opening.
  • the attack of the seal on the inlet body takes place in a upper, wider region, which is formed in particular approximately hollow cylindrical.
  • the lower, narrower region of the funnel-shaped inlet body for a pushing around a drainpipe enclosing this area from the outside (Downpipe) or extension piece as Aufsteckelement within the Opening in the roof accordingly freely accessible.
  • the seal may be provided with a spring steel ring which sealingly against the Inlet body, attacks.
  • This spring steel ring serves on the one hand the lock the inlet body to the vapor barrier element and on the other hand as a sealing body, which supplements or replaces the function of the seal, since it is also possible that the seal consists only of the spring steel ring. In this case it is advantageous to produce the spring steel ring made of stainless steel.
  • the spring steel ring and / or the seal is barb-shaped and are and preferably arranged with a on the outer surface of the inlet body Locking cooperates or acts.
  • This embodiment has in particular the advantage that a further locking between seal and inlet body is present.
  • it is in a barb-shaped Seal advantageous that the individual barbs as sealing lips act, so that an improved seal is present.
  • the vapor barrier element in the cross section of its circular ring course approximately L-shaped, wherein the approximately vertically extending leg region a tubular lining for at least a portion of the roof thickness forms, while the other, from the lining approximately in horizontal Level shearing leg area to the vapor barrier layer at the bottom the insulating roof layer is connected and optionally with the load-bearing Roof layer is firmly connected.
  • the vapor barrier element may be in the assembled state with its lining forming leg region up from the horizontal leg region be arranged projecting, so that the lining in the insulating roof layer penetrating opening area protrudes.
  • Another feature of the invention is the fact that the vapor barrier element in its the inlet body region facing a recess for the seal has, which is preferably rectangular in cross-section.
  • This recess has in particular the task of the seal or the spring steel ring to hold in the vapor barrier element that at the onset of Intake body in the opening a move or a Herauschieben the seal is avoided from the vapor barrier element, so that a permanent seal the dewatering device according to the invention in simplified Assembly is given.
  • an amplifying device On the lower surface of the roof layer is advantageously an amplifying device, in particular a reinforcing plate, with the interposition of a Edge region of the vapor barrier element arranged so that this in this area is connected to the roof or a supporting roof layer.
  • the Vapor barrier is also advantageously with the amplifying device connected, preferably screwed and / or glued; this is especially true for trapezoidal sheet metal ceilings as a supporting roof layer.
  • the seal or the spring steel ring attached to the vapor barrier element is, so that the inlet body relative to the vapor barrier element in the axial Direction can be moved.
  • the dewatering device according to the invention in a simple manner depending on the axial length of Inlet body can be adapted to the respective total thickness of the flat roof.
  • the reference numeral 1 denotes a section of a flat roof, wherein the supporting roof layer - ceiling - is not shown.
  • the Flat roof 1 has an insulating roof layer 2 and one on top of the Roof layer 2 arranged film 3.
  • the film 3 is on the roof layer. 2 applied.
  • an opening 4 is arranged, in which a Entskyssanssvotechnisch 5 is inserted.
  • the Entskyssanssvotechnisch 5 exists from a funnel-shaped inlet body 6, which projects radially outward Collar 7 has, which between the film 3 and the roof layer 2 in such a way is arranged so that it rests on the roof layer 2 and of the film. 3 is covered.
  • the dewatering device 5 is at its in the opening 4 protruding End 8 tapered trained.
  • a vapor barrier element 10 is arranged, which is annular and in the Cross-section is L-shaped.
  • a leg 11 of the vapor barrier 10 is located on the opposite side of the film bottom of the roof layer 2 and is connected to a vapor barrier layer 20 disposed there. The connection can be carried out for example by a gluing process.
  • a second Leg 12 of the vapor barrier element 10 forms a tubular lining and has at its free end a cross-sectionally U-shaped turn 13 in which a seal 14 is inserted, with its sealing surface on the Outer surface of the inlet body 6 rests, in an upper, approximately hollow circular cylindrical Section 21.
  • the seal 14 which preferably consists of an elastomer, has a Spring steel ring, which gives the seal 14 sufficient stability and the seal 14 during insertion of the inlet body 6 in the opening 4 in the formed by the bend 13 recess of the vapor barrier element 10th holds.
  • sealing flags are aligned downward, i.e. in the direction of the end 8 of the inlet body 6, arranged. These sealing flags act in the form of barbs, which on the outer surface of the inlet body 6 attack. There can be provided latching, which with the Dense flags interact, so that expelling the inlet body 6 from the opening 4 is avoided.
  • a slip-15 - optionally directly the upper end of a downpipe - attached, which as a cylindrical Pipe is formed and at its one end in its interior as a radially trained projection trained fastener 16 wear can, with a fastening device 17 on the outer surface of the end eighth of the inlet body 6 can act together.
  • the downpipe or slip-on element in a smooth training on the end 8 of the inlet body. 6 this pushed around the outside or by means of a two adjacent Connected edges overlapping sleeve.
  • the illustrated dewatering device 5 can be used in flat roofs 1 and Roof layers 2 are used with different thicknesses, as a relative movement of the inlet body 6 to the vapor barrier element 10 is possible, without that the essential functions of sealing between vapor barrier element 10 and inlet body 6 and the locking of these two elements to each other be affected. Decisive here is only the axially extending Part of the inlet body 6.
  • a reinforcing plate 18 is arranged, which on the leg 11 of the vapor barrier element 10 rests and a screw 19 with the vapor barrier element 10th connected is. Moreover, but it is also possible, the reinforcing plate 18th with the vapor barrier element 10, namely its legs 11, to glue. In the same way is a combination of adhesive bonding and Bolting conceivable.
