Claims (13)
- Zerkleinerungswalze für eine Zerkleinerungsmaschine, mit einem Walzengrundkörper (26), mit einer Mehrzahl in dessen Umfangsfläche vorgesehener Messeraufnahmen (30) und mit einer Mehrzahl von in den Messeraufnahmen (30) lösbar befestigten Messerkörpern (32), wobei die Hauptflächen der Messerkörper (32) die Form einer Raute haben und die Messeraufnahmen (30) V-förmige Querschnittsform haben, wobei der Öffnungswinkel der Messeraufnahmen dem Öffnungswinkel der Raute des Messerkörperquerschnittes entspricht und wobei die Messeraufnahmen (30) Gewindebohrungen (62) aufweisen und die Messerkörper (32) parallel zu ihren vorderen und hinteren Hauptflächen verlaufende Montagebohrungen (60) aufweisen, durch welche sich jeweils ein Gewindebolzen (64) erstreckt, der in eine Gewindebohrung (62) der zugeordneten Messeraufnahme (32) eingeschraubt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Montagebohrungen (60) sich längs der Diagonalen der Mittelfläche der Messerkörper (32) erstrecken und daß vom Boden der Messeraufnahmen (30) jeweils mindestens eine Gewindebohrung ausgeht.
- Zerkleinerungswalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Messerkörper (32) symmetrisch zur Montagebohrung (60) ausgebildet sind.
- Zerkleinerungswalze nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hauptflächen der Messerkörper (32) die Form eines Quadrates haben.
- Zerkleinerungswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Montagebohrungen (60) Gegenbohrungen (68) aufweisen, in denen ein Kopf (66) eines Gewindebolzens (64) jeweils vollständig Aufnahme findet.
- Zerkleinerungswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Messerkörper (32) in Längsrichtung der Messeraufnahmen (30) gesehen gleichbleibenden Querschnitt haben und die Geometrie der Messeraufnahmen (30) und der Befestigungsort der Messerkörper (32) so gewählt sind, daß die in Arbeitsdrehrichtung der Zerkleinerungswalze (24) gesehen hinteren Außenkanten der Messerkörper (32) auf einem kleineren Durchmesser aufweisenden Kreis umlaufen als die in Arbeitsdrehrichtung gesehen vorneliegenden Außenkanten der Messerkörper (32).
- Zerkleinerungswalze nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Messerkörper (32) bezüglich des Mittelpunktes der durch den Boden der Messeraufnahme (30) vorgegebenen Walzensekante außermittig angeordnet sind.
- Messerkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Boden der Messeraufnahmen (30) jeweils zwei in Längsrichtung der Messeraufnahme (30) beabstandete Gewindebohrungen (62, 62') vorgesehen sind und Messerkörper (32) entsprechend lange prismatische Teile sind und jeweils zwei gemäß dem Abstand der Gewindebohrungen (62, 62') Montagebohrungen (60, 60') aufweisen und jeweils über zwei Gewindebolzen (64, 64') mit dem Walzengrundkörper (26) verbunden sind.
- Zerkleinerungswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Boden der Messeraufnahmen (30) zwei beabstandete Gewindebohrungen (62, 62') vorgesehen sind und an der in Arbeitsdrehrichtung gesehen hinteren der beiden Gewindebohrungen ein Stützkörper (70; 78) befestigt ist, an dessen in Arbeitsdrehrichtung gesehen vorderer Stirnfläche die Rückseite eines Messerkörpers (32) anliegt, der an der in Arbeitsdrehrichtung gesehen vorneliegenden der Gewindebohrungen (62, 62') befestigt ist.
- Zerkleinerungswalze nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützkörper (70) ein Rundstab mit einer Abflachung oder ein Vierkantstab ist.
- Zerkleinerungswalze nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Stützkörper (70) ein Gewindeabschnitt (74) angeformt ist, der in die zugehörige Gewindebohrung (62') eingedreht ist.
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützkörper (78) eine radial innenliegende Begrenzungsfläche aufweist, die komplementär zur Begrenzungsfläche der Messeraufnahme (30) ist, und eine radial außenliegende Begrenzungsfläche aufweist, die eine glatte Fortsetzung der Außenfläche der Umfangsrippe (28) des Walzengrundkörpers (26) darstellt.
- Messerkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindebohrung (62) eine Gegenbohrung (80) und die Montagebohrung (60) eine Gegenbohrung (68) aufweist, wobei diese beiden Gegenbohrungen gleichen Durchmesser haben, und daß sich in beide Gegenbohrungen (68, 80) eine Stützhülse (82) spielfrei hineinerstreckt, durch welche der Gewindbolzen (64) hindurchgeführt ist.
- Zerkleinerungsmaschine mit einer Zerkleinerungswalze nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Gegenmesser (38) mit einer Vielzahl von Zähnen (40), die zwischen die von Zerkleinerungswalze (24) getragenen umlaufenden Messerkörper (32) eingreifen, so gegenüber der Achse der Zerkleinerungswalze (24) versetzt oder gegenüber einer durch die Achse der Zerkleinerungswalze (24) gehenden Ebene verkippt sind, daß die zusammenarbeitenden Hauptflächen von Messerkörpern (32) und Gegenmesser (38) beim Heranlaufen der Messerkörper (32) an das Gegenmesser (38) im wesentlichen parallel zueinander stehen.
