Claims (7)
- Schubzentrifuge mit einer in einem Zentrifugengehäuse (10) gelagerten Zentrifugentrommel (1), einem Schubboden (5), einem koaxial in die Zentrifugentrommel ragenden, mit dem Zentrifugengehäuse (10) verbundenen Füllrohr für das Schleudergut, und einem auf das Füllrohr folgenden konzentrischen Verteiler-Konus (6, 16), dessen den größeren Durchmesser aufweisendes Ende unter Freilassung eines Ringspaltes (9) mit Abstand vor dem Schubboden endet, an dem ein das dem Schubboden zugewandte Ende des Verteiler-Konus (6, 16) umgebender, konzentrischer, in die Zentrifugentrommel ragender Ring befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ring als Ringtasse (7) ausgebildet ist, die eine dem Verteiler-Konus (6; 16) zugewandte Rille mit einer radial nach innen gerichteten Überlaufkante bildet.
- Schubzentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden der Rille ein einem Polygonzug folgendes Profil hat.
- Schubzentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringtasse (7) ein einem Polygonzug folgendes Außenprofil hat.
- Schubzentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der radiale Abstand der Ringtasse (7) vom Innenmantel der Zentrifugentrommel (1) in Abhängigkeit von den vorgegebenen Konstruktions- und Betriebsdaten der Zentrifuge und der Konsistenz des Schleudergutes so gewählt ist, daß im Betrieb der Zentrifuge der sich innerhalb der Zentrifugentrommel (1) aufbauende Filterkuchen (F) außerhalb der Ringtasse (7) liegt.
- Schubzentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenradius (Ra) der Ringtasse (7) bezogen auf den Innenradius (Ri) und die nutzbare Siebbodenlänge (ls) der Zentrifugentrommel (1) im Bereich von Ra = Ri - 0,15 ls bis Ra = Ri - 0,22 ls liegt.
- Schubzentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringtasse (7) an dem Schubboden (5) befestigt ist und axial verlaufende, sich durch den Schubboden fortsetzende Sieböffnungen (14) aufweist.
- Schubzentrifuge nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die Ringtasse (7) ein radial nach außen gerichteter Schubboden-Abdichtring (15) anschließt.
