Definitions
- the present invention relates to a roller skate with a shell, a sole and an attached part that has a frame for the rollers of the Has roller skate.
- roller skates of this type are known and commercially available in many different ways Embodiments available.
- Much of the known roller skates of this type own an integral, injection molded shell, on which in the sole area of the Attachment attached, e.g. is riveted to the soleplate. If necessary, with these known roller skates, the shell and the attachment are made in one piece.
- the inner shoe of these roller skates is made separately from the shoe and in the frame of the final production inserted into the shell of the shoe.
- One disadvantage of this one-piece manufacturing technology is that the forms required for this are extremely complex. When changing a Part of the shoe, new forms must be built so that the Manufacturing the modified shoe is associated with increased costs.
- the one-piece Shoes also have the disadvantage that they both in storage and Transport consume a lot of space and therefore cause additional costs. This is especially when the parts are manufactured outside the country.
- the shoe is manufactured in several parts, e.g. two shell parts and a sole on which an attachment can be attached to sports equipment.
- Such a shoe construction is in the post-published WO 96/07340 of the applicant.
