Es werden dann auch die Schrauben 47 der Lagerstücke 46 entfernt. Man kann nunmehr die gesamte, aus Oberteil 3, Bügel 41, Saugschlauch 21 und Saugdüse 22 bestehende Einheit von der Wanne 2 abnebe und um 180° drehen, wie es mit strichpunktierten Linien in Figur 8 dargestellt ist. Vor dem Abnehmen dieser Einheit müssen noch einige elektrische Kabel, die vom Bedienungspult durch einen der hohlen Schenkel 41b des Bügels 41 und durch einen Kanal in dem einen Lagerstück 46 in das Innere der Wanne geführt sind und über Steckerverbindungen mit der Steuereinheit 15 verbunden sind, gelöst werden. Die Lagerstücke 46 werden dann an der gegenüberliegenden Schmalseite 2a der Wanne angesetzt, wo bereits entsprechende Bohrungen für die Schrauben 47 und auch für die elektrischen Kabel vorbereitet sind, die zuvor zur Befestigung eines Stoßfängers 59 dienten, der nunmehr an der Stirnwand angebracht wird, an welcher vorher die Lagerstücke 46 montiert waren. Nach dem Befestigen der Lagerstücke an der gegenüberliegenden Stirnwand 2a ist es nur noch erforderlich, die elektrischen Leitungen wieder mit der Steuereinheit 15 zu verbinden. Ferner muß noch das Abluftrohr 24 gegenüber dem Oberteil 3 in eine andere Position gebracht werden, damit es anschliessend wieder mit dem Abluftrohr 25 in der Wanne 2 fluchtet. Gegebenenfalls ist es auch noch erforderlich, den Schlepparm 53 durch einen etwas anders geformten Schlepparm 53' zu ersetzen. Nach dem Umbau der Maschine ist nunmehr die Bürsteneinheit 9 am vorderen Ende der Maschine angeordnet, d.h. vor den Rädern 5.
Claims (26)
- Bodenreinigungsmaschine, insbesondere Scheuersaugmaschine, mit einem Gehäuse (1), bestehend aus einem Unterteil (2) und einem demgegenüber aufklappbaren, haubenartigen Oberteil (3), mit mehreren an der Unterseite des Unterteiles (2) angebrachten Rädern (5), mit einer am Unterteil (2) mittels eines höhenbeweglichen Trägers (10) gelagerten Bürsteneinheit (9), die von einem am Unterteil (2) angeordneten Bürstenantriebsmotor (7) über ein Bürstengetriebe (8) antreibbar ist, mit einer leistenförmigen Saugdüse (22), die an eine Saugpumpe (20) angeschlossen ist, mit einem zwei Kammern aufweisenden Tank und mit mehreren Batterien (14) und/oder sonstige(n) Stromversorgungseinheiten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterteil (2) als eine selbsttragende, oben offene und unten im wesentlichen geschlossene Wanne (2) ausgebildet ist, deren vertikale Seitenwände (2a, 2b) sich mindestens über ein Drittel der Gesamthöhe des Gehäuses (1) erstrecken, wobei der Boden (2c) der Wanne (2) eine Ausnehmung (26) für die Passage des höhenbeweglichen Trägers (10) aufweist, und in welcher Wanne (2) zumindest der Bürstenantriebsmotor (7), das Bürstengetriebe (8), ein Hubmotor (11) für den Träger (10), wesentliche Teile desselben und die Batterien (14) und/oder sonstige Stromversorgungseinheiten angeordnet sind, und daß das Oberteil (3) den Tank (17) enthält.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wanne (2) aus Blech, insbesondere aus rostfreien Stahl, besteht.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Oberteil (3) als selbsttragender Tank ausgestaltet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Oberteil (3) aus glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff besteht.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugpumpe (20) in einem zentralen Hohlraum (19) des Oberteiles (3) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hohlraum (19) von Tankabschnitten (17a, 17b) umgeben ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Rand (3d) des Oberteiles (3) den oberen Rand (2d) der Wanne (2) von außen umfaßt.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wanne (2) und das Oberteil (3) einen im wesentlichen rechteckigen Grundriß aufweisen und daß das Oberteil (3) um eine an einer Schmalseite (2a) der Wanne (2) angeordnete horizontale Schwenkachse (B) gegenüber der Wanne (2) aufklappbar ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (B) an derselben Schmalseite (2a) angeordnet ist wie ein Führungsgriff (41).
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Träger für die Bürsteneinheit (9) eine vertikal verschiebbare Tragsäule (10) vorgesehen ist, die sich durch die Ausnehmung (26) im Boden (2c) der Wanne (2) erstreckt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Führungseinrichtung (27) für die Tragsäule (10) im Innern der Wanne (2) angeordnet und abgestützt ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bürstengetriebe (8) und der Bürstenantriebsmotor (7) mit dem oberen Ende (10a) der Tragsäule (10) verbunden und zusammen mit dieser heb- und senkbar sind, wobei im Inneren der Tragsäule (10) eine Antriebswelle (31) für die Bürsteneinheit (9) gelagert ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 10 - 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das untere Ende (10b) der Tragsäule (10) leicht lösbar mit einem Bürstengehäuse (34) der Bürsteneinheit (9) verbunden ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur lösbaren Verbindung an dem Bürstengehäuse (34) zwei an gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Tragsäule (10) angeordnete Traglaschen (36) vorgesehen sind, von denen jede eine Querbohrung (37) aufweist, die in Verbindungsstellung mit jeweils einer Querbohrung (38) in der Tragsäule (10) fluchtet und in die ein verriegelbarer Verbindungsbolzen (39) einsteckbar ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Achse (A) der Querbohrungen (37, 38) in Maschinenlängsrichtung (L-L) erstreckt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am unteren Ende der Antriebswelle (31) die eine Hälfte (32) einer Klauenkupplung oder dgl. angeordnet ist, deren andere Hälfte (33) mit einer im Bürstengehäuse gelagerten Abtriebswelle (35) verbunden und mit der einen Hälfte (32) axial zusammensteckbar ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Führungsgriff (41) ein Bedienungspult (42) mit den wesentlichen Bedienungs- und Anzeigeelementen (43, 44) angeordnet ist und daß der Führungsgriff (41) wahlweise mit der einen oder der anderen vertikalen Stirnseite (2a) der Maschine, insbesondere der Wanne (2), verbindbar ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Führungsgriff (41) als ein im wesentlichen U-förmiger Bügel ausgebildet ist, dessen beide Schenkel (41b) an Lagerstücken (46) angreifen, die mittels Schrauben (47) wahlweise mit der einen oder der anderen Schmalseite (2a) der Wanne (2) verbindbar sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerstücke (46) auch die Schwenkachse (B) des Oberteils (3) tragen.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Oberteil (3) und der Wanne (2) mindestens eine Entlastungsfeder (55) vorgesehen ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bügel (41) gegenüber den Lagerstücken (46) um eine zur Schwenkachse (B) koaxiale Achse (B) schwenkbar und gegenüber mindestens einem der Lagerstücke (46), vorzugsweise mittels einer Hirth-Verzahnung (48a, 48b) feststellbar ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 9 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein die Saugdüse (22) mit der Saugpumpe (20) verbindender Saugschlauch (21) an der dem Führungsgriff bzw. Bügel (41) zugeordneten Schmalseite (3a) des Oberteiles (3) in dieses eingeführt und entlang der Unterseite des Tankbodens (17c) zu der Saugpumpe (20) geführt ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Unterseite des Tankbodens (17c) ein Linearmotor (54) zum Anheben der Saugdüse (22) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Wanne (2) ein vertikales Abluftrohr (25) angeordnet ist, dessen unteres Ende am Boden der Wanne (2) ins Freie mündet und dessen oberes Ende (25a) bei geschlossenem Oberteil (3) mit einem Abluftrohr oder Abluftschlauch (24) der Saugpumpe (22) fluchtet und gegenüber diesem abgedichtet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bedienungspult (42) mit einer Querstrebe (45) des Bügels (41) verbunden und an drei Seiten von einem Bügelabschnitt (41a) mit Abstand umschlossen ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennebene zwischen Oberteil (3) und Wanne (2) horizontal verläuft.
