Claims (3)
- Procédé de conditionnement d'un produit pâteux susceptible d'être amené dans un état au moins semi-liquide, en particulier du fromage, en portions enveloppées de polypropylène de forme prismatique ou cylindrique, selon lequel on forme un godet par enroulement d'une feuille sur un mandrin en laissant dépasser l'enveloppe ainsi formée au-delà du mandrin, dépose un fond contre la face frontale du mandrin en retrait du bord de l'enveloppe, rabat la partie dépassante de l'enveloppe sur le fond de manière à former un godet, remplit partiellement ce godet du produit à conditionner, dépose un couvercle sur le produit, puis rabat le bord du godet sur le couvercle, et on rabat le bord de l'enveloppe et le bord du godet à chaud, sous température contrôlée.
- Installation pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant au moins un poste d'alimentation (1) comprenant une bobine de film de polypropylène (2) et des moyens de coupe (3) du film délivrant des feuillets (26), un poste (4) de dépose et de soudage de bandes de déchirement (27), de préférence en polypropylène, sur les feuillets au moins sur la plus grande partie de la longueur de ceux-ci, une machine-transfert comprenant un support mobile (5) muni de mandrins (6) dont la forme correspond à la forme du produit conditionné, un poste d'enveloppage (7) des mandrins au moyens des feuillets (26) de manière à former des enveloppes tubulaires dépassant l'extrémité libre des mandrins, un poste d'alimentation (9) en fonds (29) en polypropylène, de même forme et de mêmes dimensions que la section des mandrins, un poste de dépose (8) de ces fonds contre la face du mandrin en retrait des enveloppes, un poste de repliage à chaud, sous température contrôlée (10) de la partie dépassante des enveloppes sur les fonds (29), de manière à former des godets (35), un poste de scellage (11) du fond, un poste d'étiquetage (12) déposant et collant une étiquette (33) sur le fond et la partie repliée de l'enveloppe et un poste d'extraction (13) des godets (35) et de dépose des godets sur le fond, un poste de dosage et de remplissage partiel des godets (16), un poste d'alimentation en couvercles en polypropylène (37) de même forme et de mêmes dimensions que la section du mandrin (6), un poste (17) de dépose de ces couvercles dans les godets, sur le produit pâteux, un poste de repliage à chaud (18), sous température contrôlée, des côtés de l'enveloppe sur le couvercle et un poste de scellage (19) du couvercle.
- Installation selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le support mobile est un carrousel (5).
