- la figure 1 illustre une vue en perspective éclatée d'un convoyeur à brosses équipant une aiguilleteuse selon l'invention ;
- la figure 2 représente un exemple de montage de brosses mis en oeuvre dans une aiguilleteuse selon l'invention ;
- la figure 3 représente un exemple de rail mis en oeuvre pour le montage des brosses ;
- la figure 4 est une vue en coupe partielle d'une rangée transversale de brosses illustrant un mode particulier de fixation d'une brosse à une courroie d'entraínement dans une aiguilleteuse selon l'invention ;
- la figure 5A représente un premier mode de maintien des brosses contre une table-support, mettant en oeuvre des aimants permanents disposés dans les brosses ;
- la figure 5B représente un second mode de maintien, mettant en oeuvre des aimants permanents disposés dans le rail de liaison et des clavettes de section rectangulaire ;
- la figure 5C représente un troisième mode de maintien mettant en oeuvre des aimants disposés dans le rail de liaison et des clavettes de section circulaire ; et

Claims (14)
- Convoyeur à brosses (1), notamment pour une aiguilleteuse velours, comprenant un ensemble (2) de brosses contigues (121, 131, 141, 151, 161, 171, 181) disposées en rangées transversales (200), des moyens (15, 16, 3-6) pour entraíner cet ensemble (2) de brosses de façon à constituer sur la face supérieure du convoyeur (1) un plan de convoyage (P) avec une direction de déplacement prédéterminée (D), chaque brosse (25) comprenant un corps (34) comportant sur sa face supérieure des trous (33) prévus pour recevoir chacun une touffe de poils (32) et sur sa face inférieure, des moyens (20, 30) pour relier cette brosse (25) aux moyens d'entraínement (15, 16, 3-6), ces moyens d'entraínement comprenant plusieurs courroies ou chaínes d'entraínement (3-6) parallèles placées entre au moins deux cylindres d'entraínement (15, 16) et dont la direction d'entraínement est commune, et ce convoyeur comprenant en outre des moyens (S, 7-10) pour supporter directement les corps (51, 61) des brosses constituant le plan de convoyage (P), caractérisé en ce que ces moyens de support comprennent une table-support (S) comportant plusieurs parties de support planes (7-10) séparées par des espaces prévus pour recevoir les courroies ou chaínes d'entraínement (3-6), et en ce qu'à chaque rangée transversale (200) de brosses, est associé un rail de liaison (30) s'étendant sur toute la profondeur du convoyeur (1), disposé perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement (D) et fixé aux courroies ou chaínes d'entraínement (3-6).
- Convoyeur à brosses (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque corps (34, 51, 61, 26) de brosse comprend, au titre des moyens de liaison, un évidement (46, 56, 66) sur toute sa longueur prévu pour recevoir le rail de liaison (30, 54, 64) et des moyens de blocage de liaison (22, 23), cet évidement (46, 56, 66) et ce rail de liaison (30, 54, 64) étant agencés pour assurer un contact direct de la face inférieure du corps (34, 51, 61, 26) sur les parties de support (7-10).
- Convoyeur à brosses (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de liaison comprennent en outre, pour chaque rail (30), des moyens (20) pour fixer ce rail à chaque courroie ou chaíne d'entraínement, ces moyens étant partiellement engagés dans des évidements ('46, 56, 66) des corps (34, 132, 152, 172) des brosses (25, 130, 150, 170) situées à l'aplomb de chaque courroie ou chaíne (3-6).
- Convoyeur à brosses (1) selon l'une des revendications 2 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les rails de liaison (30) associés à chaque rangée transversale de brosses (200) présentent une structure de type profilé.
- Convoyeur à brosses (1) selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des moyens (52, 66, 67) pour maintenir les brosses (2) constituant le plan de convoyage (P) contre la table-support (S) de sorte que les faces inférieures des corps (51, 34, 61) de ces brosses sont maintenues en contact permanent avec les parties de support (7-9).
- Convoyeur à brosses (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de maintien comprennent des moyens d'attraction magnétique (52, 55), et en ce que les faces inférieures des corps (51) des brosses et la table-support (55) comprennent des parties en matériau ferromagnétique.
- Convoyeur à brosses (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'attraction magnétique comprennent des aimants permanents (52, 53, 56).
- Convoyeur à brosses (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les aimants permanents (52, 53) sont situés sur les faces inférieures des corps (51) des brosses.
- Convoyeur à brosses (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les aimants permanents sont situés sur la table-support (S).
- Convoyeur à brosses (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les aimants permanents (56) sont disposés dans le rail de liaison (30, 59).
- Convoyeur à brosses (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la table-support (65) comporte des perforations (66) et en ce que les moyens de maintien comprennent des moyens (67) pour créer une dépression à travers les perforations de la table-support (65).
- Convoyeur à brosses (1) selon l'une des revendications 5 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage de liaison comprennent des clavettes (57/1, 57/2) de section sensiblement rectangulaire, et en ce que le rail de liaison (30) et les corps de brosses (51A, 51B) sont agencés pour recevoir ces clavettes (57/1, 57/2).
- Convoyeur à brosses (1) selon l'une des revendications 5 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage de liaison comprennent des clavettes (58/1, 58/2) de section sensiblement circulaire, et en ce que le rail de liaison (59) et les corps des brosses (51C) sont agencés pour recevoir ces clavettes (58/1, 58/2).
- Aiguilleteuse velours comprenant un convoyeur à brosses selon l'une des revendications précédentes et des moyens pour aiguilleter une nappe de fibres supportée et entraínée par le convoyeur, ces moyens d'aiguilletage coopérant avec les brosses du convoyeur pour entraíner des fibres de la nappe dans les touffes de poils de ces brosses.
