Claims (14)

  1. Fördergerät mit Bürsten (1), insbesondere für eine Faserflor-Nadelmaschine, umfassend einen Satz (2) von benachbarten Bürsten (121, 131, 141, 151, 161, 171, 181), die in Querreihen (200) angeordnet sind, Mittel (15, 16, 3 - 6), um diesen Satz (2) von Bürsten so anzutreiben, daß an der Oberseite des Fördergeräts (1) eine Förderebene (P) mit einer bestimmten Bewegungsrichtung (D) gebildet wird, wobei jede Bürste (25) einen Körper (34) umfaßt, der an seiner Oberseite Löcher (33), um jeweils ein Büschel Haare (32) aufzunehmen, und an seiner Unterseite Mittel (20, 30), um diese Bürste (25) mit den Antriebsmitteln (15, 16, 3 - 6) zu verbinden, aufweist, wobei diese Antriebsmittel mehrere parallele Antriebsriemen oder -ketten (3 - 6) umfassen, die zwischen zumindest zwei Antriebswalzen (15, 16) angeordnet sind, deren Antriebsrichtung gleich ist, und wobei dieses Fördergerät darüber hinaus Mittel (S, 7 - 10) umfaßt, um die Körper (51, 61) der Bürsten, die die Förderebene (P) darstellen, direkt zu tragen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Tragemittel einen Tragetisch (S) umfassen, der mehrere ebene Tragteile (7 - 10) aufweist, die durch Räume getrennt sind, die dazu vorgesehen sind, die Antriebsriemen oder - ketten (3 - 6) aufzunehmen, und daß jeder Querreihe (200) von Bürsten eine Verbindungsschiene (30) zugeordnet ist, die sich über die gesamte Tiefe des Fördergeräts (1) erstreckt, senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung (D) angeordnet ist und an den Antriebsriemen oder -ketten (3 - 6) befestigt ist.
  2. Fördergerät mit Bürsten (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Bürstenkörper (34, 51, 61, 26) als Verbindungsmittel über seine ganze Länge eine Vertiefung (46, 56, 66) umfaßt, die dazu vorgesehen ist, die Verbindungsschiene (30, 54, 64) und Verbindungsblockierungsmittel (22, 23) aufzunehmen, wobei diese Vertiefung (46, 56, 66) und diese Verbindungsschiene (30, 54, 64) so ausgeführt sind, daß sie einen direkten Kontakt der Unterseite des Körpers (34, 51, 61, 26) mit den Trageteilen (7 - 10) gewährleisten.
  3. Fördergerät mit Bürsten (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsmittel darüber hinaus für jede Schiene (30) Mittel (20) umfassen, um diese Schiene an jedem Antriebsriemen oder jeder Antriebskette zu befestigen, wobei diese Mittel teilweise in Vertiefungen ('46, 56, 66) der Körper (34, 132, 152, 172) der Bürsten (25, 130, 150, 170) eingreifen, die lotrecht zu jedem Antriebsriemen oder jeder Antriebskette (3 - 6) angeordnet sind.
  4. Fördergerät mit Bürsten (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsschienen (30), die jeder Querreihe von Bürsten (200) zugeordnet sind, eine Struktur vom Typ eines Profils aufweisen.
  5. Fördergerät mit Bürsten (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es darüber hinaus Mittel (52, 66, 67) umfaßt, um die Bürsten (2), die die Förderebene (P) bilden, gegen den Tragetisch (S) zu halten, so daß die Unterseiten der Körper (51, 34, 61) dieser Bürsten in dauerndem Kontakt mit den Trageteilen (7 - 9) gehalten werden.
  6. Fördergerät mit Bürsten (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltemittel Mittel zur magnetischen Anziehung (52, 55) umfassen und daß die Unterseiten der Körper (51) der Bürsten und der Tragetisch (55) Teile aus ferromagnetischem Material umfassen.
  7. Fördergerät mit Bürsten (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur magnetischen Anziehung Dauermagnete (52, 53, 56) umfassen.
  8. Fördergerät mit Bürsten (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dauermagnete (52, 53) an den Unterseiten der Körper (51) der Bürsten angeordnet sind.
  9. Fördergerät mit Bürsten (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dauermagnete am Tragetisch (S) angeordnet sind.
  10. Fördergerät mit Bürsten (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dauermagnete (56) in der Verbindungsschiene (30, 59) vorgesehen sind.
  11. Fördergerät mit Bürsten (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragetisch (65) Perforierungen (66) umfaßt und daß die Haltemittel Mittel (67) umfassen, um durch die Perforierungen des Tragetisches (65) einen Unterdruck zu erzeugen.
  12. Fördergerät mit Bürsten (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsblockierungsmittel Keile (57/1, 57/2) mit annähernd rechteckigem Querschnitt umfassen, und daß die Verbindungsschiene (30) und die Bürstenkörper (51A, 51B) so ausgeführt sind, daß sie diese Keile (57/1, 57/2) aufnehmen.
  13. Fördergerät mit Bürsten (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsblockierungsmittel Keile (58/1, 58/2) mit annähernd kreisförmigem Querschnitt umfassen, und daß die Verbindungsschiene (59) und die Bürstenkörper (51C) so ausgeführt sind, daß sie diese Keile (58/1, 58/2) aufnehmen.
  14. Faserflor-Nadelmaschine, umfassend ein Fördergerät mit Bürsten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche und Mittel zum Nadeln eines Faservlieses, das durch das Fördergerät getragen und befördert wird, wobei diese Mittel zum Nadeln mit den Bürsten des Fördergeräts zusammenarbeiten; um Fasern des Vlieses in die Haarbüschel dieser Bürsten zu befördern.
