Definitions
- the invention relates to a method and an apparatus for the production and storage of a material web, in particular a corrugated cardboard sheet, cut sheets with the Features of the preamble of claim 1 and the claim 8th.
- a continuous web of material is first produced and then this by means of cutting devices in Cut sheets of the desired format. At least this is a slitter for cutting individual Partial webs from the continuously supplied web are required and at least one cross-cutting device, which the final sheets with the desired format cuts.
- Such a storage device for storing corrugated cardboard sheets usually includes per partial web a conveyor on which the individual from the relevant partial web cut sheets after cross cutting in the form of an overlapping stream of arches be filed.
- Each arc stream is thus a stacking device, a so-called Stacker, fed.
- a stacker the sheets are combined into stacks of a predetermined height, whereby after reaching the desired stack height or the desired Number of sheets per stack of stacks conveyed out of the stacker to create the next batch in it.
- a such a storage device is, for example, in EP 0 211 996 A1.
- An order is included defined by a predetermined number of sheets equal Format. An order therefore corresponds to a certain total length a partial web.
- this known method has the disadvantage on that in the event that on both partial webs very large Orders are to be processed, there is no way to get one Interpose a higher priority order on at least one partial web.
- the closest prior art to the method of claim 1 is a method with a master sub-track, whose orders are not interrupted (iBM Technical Disclosure Bulletin, Vol. 14, No. 1, Rheinli 1971, New York, pp.325-327, XP002052343).
- the closest prior art of the device according to claim 8 is one Known device with the features of the preamble of claim 8.
- the present Invention based on the object, a method and an apparatus for the production and storage of from a material web, especially a sheet of corrugated cardboard, cut sheets create, the waste, especially after a format change after completion of an order for a partial web, should be reduced compared to the known method.
- a material web especially a sheet of corrugated cardboard, cut sheets create
- the waste especially after a format change after completion of an order for a partial web
- the processing make orders flexible.
- the current order of the second at least then interrupt the at least two partial webs can, if the current order of the second partial web is not processed simultaneously with the order of the first partial web can be considered in conjunction with the features g, to j of claim 1, the advantage of an, overall, less waste or a more flexible response enabled on production specifications. Because orders are not in each can be processed in one piece, each orders to be processed in parallel can be combined more flexibly. Priority orders are also created postpone the first partial lane immediately after the order has ended and thereby reduce the waste slightly keep the current job on the second sublane interrupted and a suitable order interposed becomes. There is advantageously the possibility of interposition of orders with smaller quantities and / or higher Priority.
- this partial web or the transport device for this partial web only two Stacker must be assigned. After interrupting the current order of the second sublane is based on the respective switched to another stacker and the intermediate order completely processed. You can then return to the original Stacker switched back and the interrupted Order can be processed further.
- an order is of course interrupted several times are, preferably each intermediate order is not interrupted.
- the order of one, several or all sub-lanes also independently of a format change in the width of another Partial web done to process orders higher Allow priority. It can from the supplied material web also cut only a single partial web become.
- a partial web is used as a master partial web, the orders depending on the orders of the master sub-lane interrupted the at least one further partial web can be.
- the orders of the Master sublane cannot be interrupted. This will achieved that the master sub-lane is only a single one Stacker must be assigned.
- the master sublane must at least two stackers can be assigned.
- the device for performing the above method according to the invention comprises in a known manner a slitter, at least one cross cutter and a storage unit for stacking the sheets with at least three stackers, two stackers one which are assigned to at least two partial webs.
- the invention is implemented using a control unit, which the slitter, the cross cutter and the Switch the feeder between the two one Partial web associated stacking devices in a corresponding Way.
- the two stacking devices assigned to a partial web can in the event that none of the stacking devices is used to buffer an interrupted job, in known way to increase speed be switched over to the free stacking device when the capacity of the other stacking device is exhausted and must be emptied.
- control unit a device for shedding the material sheets of these Control the partial web so that when the capacity is exhausted the active stacking device such a gap in the scaled Arc current is generated that sufficient time for emptying of the stacking device remains.
- the device for the production and storage of a corrugated cardboard web cut sheets according to FIG. 1 essentially comprises a longitudinal cutting device 1, a cross cutting device 3 and a storage unit 5.
- the longitudinal cutting device 1 is an endless one Corrugated web 7 fed by the slitter 1 in two partial webs 7a and 7b each predetermined Width is cut.
- the corrugated cardboard web 7 additionally trimmed on the outer edges to ensure a clean Cut edge also on the outer sides of the partial webs To ensure 7a and 7b.
- the partial webs 7a, 7b are by means of a first guiding and transport device 9 of the cross cutting device 3 fed. This can, as in Fig. 1 shown to be a duplex sheeter, the the partial webs 7a and 7b each at different heights be fed.
- the guidance and transport device points for each partial web 7a, 7b an endless conveyor belt 9a, 9b, which have a corresponding Include angles.
- the cross cutter cuts the partial webs 7a, 7b fed to it transversely to the direction of conveyance in corrugated sheets of predetermined length.
- the finished cut corrugated cardboard sheets of each partial web are by means of a second guidance and transport device 11 Schuppstation 13 fed, each a group of Brushes 15a, 15b, which are assigned to the partial webs 7a and 7b are.
- the incoming brushes 15a, 15b Corrugated cardboard sheets delayed and became a scale-like Arc stream shaped.
- the flaking station 13 on the input side endless conveyor belts 17a, 17b which the Feed corrugated sheets at the same speed as that first and second guidance and transport device.
- On the output side has the scale station 13 endless conveyor belts 19a, 19b on, which with a compared to the endless conveyor belts 17a, 17b promote lower speed. Because of the different Conveyor speeds and those at the top of the Brush groups 15a, 15b attacking corrugated cardboard sheets uniform scale-like flow from each sub-lane cut corrugated cardboard sheets.
- the scale-like arc streams become the storage unit 5 fed, which for the arc stream of each partial web several Continuous conveyor belts 21 and 23 arranged one behind the other.
- the conveyor belts 21 and 23 are in the area of their ends stored by means of vertically movable supports 25. To the one above the other supports 25 engages Not shown chain of a likewise not shown Chain drive.
- the supports 25 arranged vertically one above the other are each vertically movable separately from each other.
- the too a vertically movable support 25 belonging to a track each coupled so that the desired smooth course the through the sequential endless conveyor belts generated path is reached.
- This can be done to a partial web associated support 25, for example, by means of different large sprockets to be connected to the drive chain. Because the vertical adjustment path belonging to a partial web Support 25 increases towards the exit of the storage unit 5 must the diameter of the sprockets associated with a partial web Support 25 in the direction of the downstream stackers increase.
- each support 25 to provide a separate drive, the drives accordingly should be controlled.
- the coupling of the supports 25 is each from the endless conveyor belts 21 or 23 existing partial web only schematically shown, with a separate for each support 25 Drive is required.
- the coupling of the bearing 25 from the conveyor belts 21 and 23 existing partial web by appropriate control with one control unit each 27 for the conveyor belts 21 and a control unit 29 causes for the conveyor belts 23.
- Stackers 31, 32 and 33 are provided.
- the stacking device shown in Fig. 1 31 is a so-called up-stacker.
- the sheets are art stacker on a vertically rigid support 33 formed into stacks in that the endless conveyor belts 23 slowly and steadily upwards by means of the supports 25 become.
- the speed of the upward movement corresponds essentially the speed of the height increase of the sheet stack 35 formed.
- the stacker 32 which the scaled from the partial web 7b Arc flow by means of the endless conveyor belts 21 can be supplied, is also carried out in principle. Over there of the stacker 32, however, a further guidance and transport device 37 is provided, the stacker 32, as in FIG. 1 shown, preferably designed as a so-called side chamber his. With such a stacker, initially only Formed stacks of relatively low height and each finished Stack moved laterally out of the chamber and then larger stacks formed. This technique is particularly suitable for sheet sizes of short length, because in this case from For reasons of stability, only relatively small stack heights can be achieved are. If individual stacks are then placed side by side, this means that higher stack heights can also be achieved.
- Stackers 31 and 32 are arranged another stacker 33 which is designed as a so-called down-stacker.
- this type Stacker is supplied with the shingled sheet stream with a constant vertical position of the supplier Conveyor belt of the guidance and transport device 37.
- Der relevant stack is formed by a vertical movable base plate 39 is provided which at the beginning of Stack construction essentially in the feed height of the feed Conveyor belt is controlled.
- the plate 39 is then moved vertically downwards, preferably the top of the stack is always essentially at the feed level of the arc stream or just below located below. This avoids that the supplied Bow must fall down a further distance and wedge against each other in this way and the correct one Can prevent stacking.
- a control unit is used to control the entire device 41 is provided, which both the slitter 1, the cross cutting device 3 and the flaking station 13 as also the storage unit 5 including the supports 25 and the stacker 31, 32 and 33 controls.
- the control of the supports 25 is done by supplying control signals the control units assigned to the endless conveyor belts 21 and 25 27 or 29.
- the control unit controls 41 the base plate 39 of the down stacker 33 and (not shown) Devices for clearing out the chambers of the stackers on.
- Fig. 2 shows schematically the processing of various orders, whereby two orders are processed at the same time.
- the orders are processed from right to left, since in Fig. 2, corresponding to the representation of the device in Fig. 1, a corrugated sheet 7 conveyed in the direction of the arrow shown which is dependent on the width of each orders to be processed simultaneously in partial webs 7a and 7b is cut.
- Fig. 2 it is initially assumed that an order I is first produced on the first partial web 7a, the sheets having a width B I and the total length of the order, ie the total length of all sheets being equal to L I. Simultaneously with order I, a second order II is produced, the sheets of which have the width B II .
- This order III has a width B III which is so large that the order II cannot be processed at the same time as the order III, since the total width would be greater than the width B of the corrugated cardboard web 7.
- the invention therefore provides that when the format of the first partial web 7a changes during the transition from the first order I to the third order III, the second order II, which is produced on the second partial web 7b, is interrupted and a fourth order IV instead of the second order II to be produced on the second partial web 7b, which has a width B IV , which allows the order IV to be processed simultaneously with the order III.
- a further order V is produced on the first partial web, the width B V of which is such that simultaneous processing of orders V on the first partial web 7a and order II on the second partial web 7b is possible.
- orders I and II are manufactured in such a way that the sheets of order I, which cut from the partial web 7a in stacker 31 and the sheets of order II, which are cut from the partial web 7b, in the stacker 33 be stacked.
- the control device 41 controls the Support 25 of the storage unit 5 so that the conveyor belts 23 enable up-stacking and the endless belts 21 den Arc stream of the partial web 7b of the guidance and transport device 37 feed.
- the vertically movable plate 39 of the down stacker 33 is controlled accordingly.
- the length of the order I is so large that the maximum stack height is reached one or more times in the stacker 31, so controls the control unit 41 the stacker 31 with one or more Clear commands, whereupon the finished batch is transported out of the stacker. This is it of course, required that in the arc stream Partial web 7a a gap is created. This is done in known manner by means of a suitable, not shown Device that is also controlled by the control unit 41 is controllable.
- the running time between the devices for example the longitudinal cutting device, the cross cutting device and the stackers.
- the supports 25 of the endless conveyor belts 21 are controlled in such a way as is necessary for the function of the up-stacker 32.
- the stacker 33 Since at the time of switching from order I to Order III as a rule in the stacker 33 a partial stack started is located, the stacker 33 is used during processing of the order IV in the stacker 32 as a buffer.
- the order V is then continued by means of the stacker 31 processed and the started order II further processed, and of course by means of the endless conveyor belts 21 the arc stream of order II again the guidance and transport device 37 must be supplied.
- the invention therefore uses the first partial web 7a as a master partial web, whose orders are not interrupted.
- the reason for this sublane is just a single stacker, namely the stacker 31.
- a new order can be an ongoing order for the partial web 7b are interrupted, the relevant sheets in the stacker 32 or 33 can be buffered.
- the interruption of one to be processed on the partial web 7b Order is also independent of a format change in the first partial web 7a possible. However, this presupposes that the width of the job to be put on the second Partial web 7b is such that it is simultaneously with the current order processed on the first partial web 7a can be. This enables, for example, intermediate sliding of high priority orders if on both partial lanes very long jobs are running.
