Definitions

  • Such a loading lever assembly with the features according to the The preamble of claim 1, is known from DE 39 28 125 Al known.
  • Ladehebelan kannen known with the Closure are firmly connectable when actuated, but when shot from the shutter released on the housing remain. But these Ladehebelan kannen are can only be operated with the left hand; Left-handers who need the right hand to operate, have to face great difficulties as they order to be able to grab the rifle, this oblique have to.
  • Self-loading rifles or submachine guns is often directly on the closure carrier or closure a loading lever attached, the side of the weapon housing far protrudes and the outer contour of the weapon clearly surmounted (for example, the Soviet AK 74).
  • the advantages of this Construction namely the low construction costs and the Possibility for the shooter, not only in the opening direction, but also in the closing direction of the closure carrier or Closure on these in addition to the force of Closing spring to apply another force by hand, is particularly outweighed by the disadvantage that the Loading lever laterally next to the weapon of the fierce forward and Backward movement of the closure carrier or closure follows. An entanglement of the loading lever in the cover or on The equipment of the shooter can easily lead to a stoppage to lead. There is also the danger that a shooter on Loading lever injured.
  • the estimated attachment the loading lever under the handle since the loading lever can be detected only with one finger and therefore often can not with sufficient strength can be operated. Besides, he can also be in this sheltered position to be hampered in its movement, about by camouflage material attached to the weapon or on the Weapon is laid.
  • This loading lever stands, when in the longitudinal direction Aligns barely above the contour of the gun barrel above. If he is under a handle, then he lies completely within the contour of the weapon. This situation takes the loading lever when firing the weapon and then moves along with the lock back and forth.
  • An additional one The advantage here is to see that the loading lever always in the field of vision of the shooter, who thus after possibly a shot from the position of the loading lever can immediately conclude the presence of a jamming.
  • the loading lever is in the aforementioned longitudinal position by the shooter with the finger and depending on the used Hand right or left around the pin in one position panned, in which he left or right projects at right angles and runs against a stop. Now if necessary, the loading lever with multiple fingers be seized and withdrawn.
  • a return spring ensures that the loading lever after the Letting go always returns to its longitudinal position and there remains.
  • the best measure here is to try the closure forcibly to close, because succeeds, such a Firing clamped cartridge, then the sleeve is in all rule also ejected and the weapon is located afterwards again in trouble-free condition.
  • the aim of the invention is thus to a loading lever arrangement find the more of the difficulties described above clears, as it in the described prior art so far was possible.
  • This goal is in a generic load lever arrangement achieved according to claim 1 by a Locking device for locking the loading lever in each his final positions.
  • the loading lever the in the known loading lever arrangement each of its end positions by the return spring always again was returned to its longitudinal position when he let go has been found in each of its end positions become. But this means that the loading lever like a conventional, firmly attached to the lock and laterally protruding loading lever with possibly quite high forces can be applied, such as when he with the hand edge is beaten forward.
  • the locking device holds namely the Loading lever by itself in the right or left swung out position.
  • a equipped with the loading lever arrangement according to the invention Rifle is thus so easy to use and as secure as one with the generic Rifle assembly equipped rifle, but can the Trouble shooting as well as a rifle, its closure with a rigid to the right or left protruding loading lever is firmly connected.
  • the locking device is preferably so easily solvable designed that the occurring during firing, violent Movement of the closure and thus also the longitudinal bar and of the loading lever releases the lock. Then he pivots Loading lever under the action of the return spring back in his longitudinal position back. So if a shooter with to be forced to shoot, before shooting he can lift the lock, this suspension takes place automatically.
  • the invention thus succeeds in opposing each other Prizipien "rigid loading lever - unsteady loading lever” in unexpected way to connect with each other.
  • the pivotal attachment of the loading lever to the training preferably in the form of a longitudinal bar can on many Wise ways are realized. So it is possible, for example Return spring to use a leaf spring, in turn connects the loading lever with the longitudinal bar and thus in turn forms a resiliently resetting joint.
  • the locking device as about Lock bolt be formed, which is displaceable in one position is in which he locks in the swung-off loading lever intervenes.
  • the inventive Ladehebelan extract formed with a bearing journal, the attached to the loading lever or on the longitudinal bar and after protrudes above, and a bearing bore in the longitudinal bar or in the loading lever, which is penetrated by the journal (claim 2).
  • the Bearing hole designed as a slot, which is at least then, when the loading lever in each of its end positions is located, extending in the longitudinal direction, so that the Loading lever in its end position between a locked position and a non-locked layer in its longitudinal direction and so that in the transverse direction of the weapon is displaced (claim 3).
  • This slot can transversely in the longitudinal bar or longitudinally disposed in the loading lever and forms a guide slot for the loading lever, in which this from its non-arrested position to its locked position can get.
  • the locking device can be about be realized by a sprung block, in the Slot engages when the loading lever its locked position taken by a bevel on the block or at the end of the long hole then back to its rest position can be pressed when the loading lever back in his non-locked position is moved back.
  • the locking device is particularly simple trained, but can be further simplified become that one as a counter stop the in each case unused End stop attracts (claim 5).
  • Throttle mounted tension spring can be used, too is attached centrally on the longitudinal bar and at Swiveling the CD loading lever is lengthened.
  • the projection preferably has a total circular Contour on, the only of notch-like recesses is interrupted, which form the side edges. This contour Prevents the loading lever with the counter stops or end stops if he is not straight is in an end position.
  • Invention is an education at the loading lever under the Arranged ahead. This covers this element of the Loading lever with circular contour the remaining parts of the Schenk mechanism like a dust cover off.
  • the same loading lever arrangement is shown, only in different horizontal layers and Loading lever positions.
  • the reference numerals apply in the same Way for all figures.
  • the weapons case and the closure carrier of the load lever assembly shown not having a weapon for the sake of simplicity shown.
  • the loading lever arrangement shown is located at the top of the gun case and is from above seen. The firing direction of the weapon runs in the Drawing to the left.
  • a longitudinal bar 1 is shown at the Top of the closure carrier trained or firm is attached, passes through a slot in the weapon housing and together with the closure carrier forward and can move back.
  • At the front of the longitudinal bar 1 is a vertical, with respect to the longitudinal direction of the weapon central pivot 5 appropriate.
  • Behind the bearing pin 5 is a horizontal guide, in which a slide 2 forward and is guided backwards movable.
  • the slider 2 has a rear facing spring guide bar, on the one formed as a compression coil spring return spring 3rd sitting, leaning back against the end face of the guide supported.
  • An elongate loading lever 4 is provided, which is close to his one end has a bearing bore 6.
  • the bearing bore 6 is penetrated by the bearing pin 5, that the loading lever. 4 in a horizontal plane from the one end position - the in 1, 2, 4 and 5 is shown - and in which the Loading lever at right angles to the weapon's longitudinal direction to the left extends, over its - shown in Fig. 3 and 6 - longitudinal position pivotable in an opposite end position, not shown is. In this opposite end position then extends the loading lever 4 at right angles to the right.
  • the loading lever 4 has on both sides near the bearing bore. 6 a stop on, in the respective end position against a trained on the longitudinal bar 1 end stop 8, 8 ' is applied.
  • the loading lever 4 has a saddle-like training 7 with a central recess on, while the loading lever 4 facing end face of the Slider 2 fork-like design.
  • FIGS. 4, 5 and 6, in which the locking device according to the invention is shown, with the help of the loading lever 4 in each of its end positions (Fig. 4) can be held as if it were rigid with the longitudinal bar 1 connected.
  • the bore 6 is formed as a slot, which is extends in the longitudinal direction of the loading lever 4.
  • the Loading lever 4 a circular disc-shaped extension, in the middle of which facing away from the free end of the loading lever End of the slot 6 is arranged.
  • the end of Extension is formed as a projection 10, the with respect to the longitudinal axis of the loading lever 4 symmetrically is formed and has two side edges 9, 9 ', the notched the circular contour of the extension interrupt.
