A mixing machine in the form of a mortar mixer using a small silo For example, 1.2 tons or larger is used to at each site to produce the required wet mortar. The known mortar mixer shows a funnel-shaped storage container to hold the dry mortar. To the lower one The discharge opening of the storage container can be a separate, tubular conveyor and Mixing device for discharging the dry mortar from the storage container with addition and mixed with water. - With this known mixing machine is disadvantageous that an empty storage container can only continue working is when it is exchanged for a full reservoir. But this means one Interruption of work.

In US 4 953 752 A a machine for producing mortar is the one specified at the beginning Kind of revealed. For this purpose, a funnel-shaped storage container is provided, which has a discharge of the cement into a cement mixer in the lower area. The top of the storage container has an opening with a closable lid. The reservoir can be refilled with cement through this opening. To this Purpose is a refill container in the form of a on a frame above the storage container Sackes can be arranged using loops on horizontal bars of the frame can be hung. As soon as the level indicator of the storage container a certain minimum If the level is displayed, the storage container is removed from the refill container after opening the lid refilled, which is filled with cement. For this purpose, an operator removes a cord at the bottom of the refill bag (Fig. 3) so that the cement can flow from the refill sack into the storage container. The disadvantage is that A huge dust development with cement dust arises, which the person is exposed to is.

Auch hier entweicht beim Nachfüllen des Silobehälters umweltbelastender Zementstaub.US 4 956 821 A also shows a mixing machine for producing mortar. To this Purpose is a hopper-shaped silo container, the top of which has an opening has which can be closed by means of a pivotable lid. Below the The mixing device for producing the mortar is located in silos. The silo container can thereby be refilled with cement that above the opening after opening the lid a sack is hung on loops. This sack has a tied underside Opening up. The cord of the outlet opening is used to refill the silo container solved so that the cement in the sack can flow into the silo container. Here too escapes cement dust that pollutes the environment when the silo container is refilled.

For this purpose a construction site silo is provided under the opening of which a mobile device is driven and flanged in such a way that the lower opening of the construction site silo opens into a hopper of the mobile device. In the bottom area of this hopper there is then a screw conveyor with a Water supply to make the mortar.

A similar device for the production of mortar on site as in DE 41 19 261 A1 is disclosed in FR 2 310 203 A in FIGS. 4 to 6. This is done under the frame of a silo the mixer was driven and at the lower outlet opening of the silo flanged (Fig. 4). A similar principle is disclosed in the embodiment in FIG. 6. Here, too, a storage container is flanged to a mortar mixing machine.

The invention has for its object to provide a mixer for mixing a powdery dry substance, in particular dry mortar or dry paint powder, with water of the type mentioned, with which continuous and dust-free work is possible without interrupting work.

As a technical solution , the invention proposes that a connecting line in the form of a hose or an accordion-like tube is arranged between the two openings, the connecting line being connected to the two openings and that a closure device is provided for opening the connecting line.

This is a technically simple way to easily stock up Extend dry matter to, for example, over 2 tons without the storage container must be replaced with a new one. Rather, the reservoir is direct Refillable at the construction site by placing the full refill container on the storage container is placed so that the dry substance of the Refill container can flow into the reservoir. After the refill so empty and the reservoir has been filled, the empty refill can be removed again. This means that you can work continuously without interrupting work possible. According to the invention, the openings of the storage container and the Refill container by means of a hose or an accordion-like tube with each other are connected, this enables dust-free transfer of the powdery dry substance from the refill container to the storage container. So there is no risk that the environment of the mixer when refilling the dry matter the refill container is "fogged" because of the connection line the hose or alternatively is designed to be flexible due to the accordion-like tube, can due to the assembly play realized by the connecting line without problems be flanged to the respective opening. This also applies to the fact that the The length of the connecting line is variable, so that after the refill container has been put on the connecting line to the desired position on the storage container can be pulled.

In a first alternative, the refill container is a container with fixed walls.

The refill container can preferably be placed on the frame. This represents an easy one Possibility to arrange the refill container on the storage container.

A further development suggests that the refill container has a suitable pallet capacity Cross-sectional shape as the frame has. This results in simple Transportation options.

A further development suggests that the connecting line at the opening of the refill container fixed and for flanging on the opening of the storage container is pullable down. The connecting line is thus permanently on the refill container arranged and only needs to fill the reservoir down to be drawn.

As an alternative to the refill container with the fixed walls, the refill container can also be a flexible container which can be fastened in a container above the storage container Frame can be attached. Such "big bags" for bulk goods are used as refill units or Replenishment unit used by the production site, for example, to a construction site. Of the The advantage of these flexible containers is that they weigh very little, so that they are in the folded condition only very low return transport costs for refilling cause. The useful life of such a flexible container is approximately 5 years. The flexible container is placed in a holder above the actual one Mixing machine suspended. If necessary, the outlet hose of the container can then be opened to allow the material to flow into the reservoir.

The refill container preferably has an outlet hose as a connecting line to attach to the opening of the storage container. On an additional connection device can therefore be dispensed with.

A further development of this suggests that the outlet hose of the refill container is carried out twice and on the one hand protrudes into the interior of a transition piece and on the other another is placed over the transition piece on the outside. For dust-free and waterproof Transfer from the flexible container is preferably a transition piece to the top Opening of the storage container laid. The double outlet hose of the container once protrudes into the interior of this transition piece and on the other hand it becomes over the transition piece turned inside out. Slipping is done by means of a so-called bag buckle prevented.

The frame can preferably be adapted to the length of the container by means of extendable feet will.

Another preferred development finally proposes that the machine be a frame with a uniformly rectangular cross-section over its entire height. Thereby the mixing machine can be used on pallets and in high storage. She is with a forklift accessible on all four sides and can be handled with a hand pallet truck. Of the The mixing machine can be transported with all common lifting trucks, forklifts or cranes be performed. Due to the observed Euro pallet dimensions (80 x 120 cm) optimal utilization of the truck loading areas and high-bay storage areas. Extendable feet of the are for transport on a truck or a trailer To insert the frame. This creates an additional transport lock due to a low center of gravity, superfluous.

Die Fig. 1 bis 6 zeigen die Grundversion einer Mörtelmischmaschine, während in Fig. 7 und 8 die erfindungsgemäße Erweiterungsform mit einem Nachfüllbehälter in zwei Ausführungsformen dargestellt ist.1 to 6 show the basic version of a mortar mixing machine, while in Fig. 7 and 8 the extension form according to the invention with a refill container in two embodiments is shown.

The basic version of the mortar mixing machine shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 has a cuboid shape Frame 1 in Euro pallet size (80 x 120 cm) and is stackable. This Frame 1 has feet 2 which can be pulled out to different heights and which are shown in broken lines are. This means that every standard mortar pump and other vessels can be different Height can be loaded. There is a funnel-shaped inside the frame Storage container 3, which tapers downwards, such as in particular Representations in FIGS. 2 to 4 can be seen. The two inclined walls face a different angle of inclination. The drying of the dry mortar is thus guaranteed. In addition, the storage container 3 has a level indicator. This predicate container 3 also serves as a transport container. In the floor area this storage container 3, a conveyor 4 with a screw conveyor 5 is arranged. This screw conveyor 5 is driven by an electric motor 6, which is in Axial direction of the screw conveyor 5 located below the hopper slope of the storage container 3 and in particular is located within the circumferential contour of the frame 1. This screw conveyor 5 opens into an exchangeable metering tube 7 with a metering screw 8, namely following an opening formed laterally in the storage container 3 9. Outside of the storage container 3 is at the opening 9, a mixing device 10 with a Mixer tube 11 with mixer shaft 12 located therein. The mixer tube 11 is continue to be provided with two water inlets 13. The corresponding water supply lines are not shown. The storage container 3 also has an upper side Lid 14, which has a corresponding opening 15 on the top of the storage container 3 closes.

The basic version of the mortar mixing machine designed in this way and shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 works as follows:

When the mortar mixer is not in use, the mixing device 10 is connected to the Mixer tube 11 and the mixer shaft 12 therein are removed and below the Funnel slope of the storage container 3 attached, as indicated in Fig. 3. All necessary Components are therefore in the device with e-pallet dimensions for transport or Operation housed. In particular, there are no protrusions during transport. Furthermore optimal space and weight utilization on transport vehicles is guaranteed. Due to a low center of gravity and a constant cross-section, there is no transport lock necessary. After filling the reservoir 3 with dry mortar the entire mortar mixing machine is set up at the required location, and the mixing device 10 is attached to the opening 9 of the storage container 3 by means of a closure tensioner 16, as can be seen in particular in FIG. 6. The mixer shaft 12 with the Screw conveyor 5 coupled. It also connects the water pipe to the water supply 13 connected.

The screw conveyor is operated by means of the electric motor 6 to operate the mortar mixing machine 5 rotated. In addition, the drive motor can be quick-release and a swivel joint can be removed. The dry mortar is thereby the screw conveyor 5 of the metering screw 8 is fed. The dosing screw 8 promotes one constant amount of dry mortar in the flanged mixer pipe 11 of the mixing device 10. Due to the installed water metering system, the required amount of water is added Mixer tube 11 supplied. The mixer shaft 12 located therein works the mixture Wet mortar, which is discharged through the mixer pipe opening. The water supply is controlled by means of a solenoid valve, which controls the control of the electric motor 6 is coupled. Thanks to an integrated probe control, the mortar mixing machine can work fully automatically, with a sensor / button controlling the required wet mortar, which is added to each mortar container or pump can be. Operating personnel are therefore not required. At the end of work is only disassemble the mixer pipe 11 and rinse it with water. The one in the reservoir Dry mortar can remain there or is discharged applied. If only dry mortar is required for processing, then only shut off the water supply.

The mortar mixing machine can be transported with all standard pallet trucks, stackers and Cranes are carried out. Due to the observed Euro pallet dimensions (80 x 120 cm) is the optimal utilization of the truck loading areas as well as a high rack storage capacity given. For transportation on a truck or a trailer are only to insert the extendable feet 2. The mixer is on all sides Can be transported with all industrial trucks. She is involved in in-house logistics Roller conveyor and chain conveyor can be transported for automatic filling. Conditionally Due to the low center of gravity, an additional transport lock is not necessary. For Cleaning and residual emptying are the mixed and electric drive with quick-release fasteners easily dismantled. After all, the mixer is in the rain without any additional Cover can be used.

Dieser Nachfüllbehälter 17 weist dabei eine entsprechende palettenfähige Querschnittsgestalt auf.7 shows the further development of the mortar mixing machine according to the invention. The mortar mixing machine itself does not differ from that as in FIGS. 1 to 6 and has been described accordingly. The difference is one additional refill container 17, which on the frame 1 of the actual mortar mixer can be put on, as can be seen in Fig. 7. This refill container 17 has a corresponding cross-sectional shape capable of being palletized.

The refill container 17 has an opening 18 on the underside. This is above the opening 15 of the predicate container 3 after the corresponding lid 14 has been opened is. The connection between the refill container 17 and the reservoir 3 is made via a connecting line in the form of an accordion-like tube. This is because Opening 18 of the refill container 17 is firmly arranged and is pulled downwards flanged on the opening 15 of the storage container 3 accordingly.

This embodiment of the mortar mixing machine in FIG. 7 with the extension according to the invention with a refill container 17 in a first version works as follows:

The refill container can already be placed on the frame 1 while the mortar mixer is in operation 17 are placed in the manner shown. The connection is made via the connecting line 19 to the reservoir 3. If necessary, then by opening a corresponding flap the passage of the one located in the refill container 17 Dry mortar into the reservoir 3. After the refill container 17 is empty, it is removed and, if necessary, replaced by a filled one. Thus, by the Combination of the storage container 3 with the refill container 17 the supply of dry mortar expandable to over 2 tons.

8 shows a somewhat modified embodiment of the refill container 17. In this variant, the refill container 17 is designed as a flexible container, which in a frame 20 which can be fastened above the storage container 3 can be suspended. This flexible Containers for bulk goods are usually supplied as replenishments from the production site used to the construction site, being made of a lightfast and waterproof material exists and has the great advantage that it is only slight when folded Return transport costs for refilling, the useful life is approximately 5 years. For dust-free and watertight transfer from the flexible refill container 17 in the storage container 3 is a transition piece 21 on the storage container 3rd placed. The outlet hose 22 of the flexible refill container 17 is double and once protrudes into the interior of the transition piece 21 and the other it is over the Transition piece 21 turned inside out. Slipping of the outlet hose 22 on the Transition piece 21 is prevented by means of a bag buckle 23.
