Definitions
- the bulk materials in question here are those that can be used at a workplace, e.g. B. at a construction site mortar, plaster, plaster, cement, sand, lime. But other bulk goods are also possible, such as flour for the bakery trade and other economic sectors.
- the transport container according to the invention can be used wherever, on the one hand, at a work station, such as must be mixed on site or in the bakery, but on the other hand larger quantities of bulk goods over long distances, e.g. B. must be transported on load routes or by train.
- packaging such as Paper bags or foils. This is intended to avoid disposal and waste problems, as well as the removal of residual content as special waste.
- Transport containers are known, for. B. according to US-A-3 104 035, which can accommodate large quantities of bulk material, in any case a multiple of a single sack.
- Such transport containers taper downwards, either in the form of a cone or in the form of a pyramid.
- the lower opening can be closed by a flap, and it is necessary to provide a channel below the flap that can accommodate the opened flap.
- Such transport containers can be assigned a tube that a conveying device for the bulk material, for. B. in the form of a screw and a mixing device, for. B. contains water inlet.
- a device of this type can be removed for transport, so that the transport container is relieved of it.
- Transport containers of this type have a very significant disadvantage: many bulk goods tend to clump together. This clumping occurs particularly due to the shaking movements during transport. The bulk material then no longer easily leaves the container that has been set up again after the transport. Extra measures have to be taken to make the bulk material flowable again, which is cumbersome and delays ordinary work, for example on construction.
- the present invention is initially intended to create a transport container which also has sloping walls which taper downwards and which can also work together with a conveying device, but which should, however, offer the possibility of bulk material which has become stuck, thickened and clumped during transport without additional work to make it flowable again.
- the bulk material should be able to be removed directly from the container.
- the inclined walls into a floor pan, in which a longitudinal section of a shaft provided with conveyor paddles is mounted, while a drive motor and another longitudinal section of the drive shaft are removable and need to be attached to the job.
- z. B. from DE-A-31 00 443, mixing devices, which are only to be used at one place, z. B. at a construction site.
- These have a relatively small container, usually in the form of a funnel, which is only suitable for holding small amounts, e.g. B. just to record the contents of a sack.
- a transport container is created which can accommodate larger quantities, corresponding to a larger number of bags, of bulk material and which then also serves at the destination (the place of work) for mixing and dispensing the bulk material. Packaging material is therefore completely eliminated.
- the transport container can have a capacity between 800 and 2,000 liters and the dimensions of a DIN Euro pallet. Thanks to the standardized pallet, transport by train, truck or drop-off trailer is no problem.
- a water inlet can be provided on the dispensing tube. This makes it possible to mix the dry bulk goods with water before they are dispensed.
- the drive shaft has a metering screw between its inner area, which carries the conveyor paddles, and its outer area, which carries the mixing blades, the bulk material can be dosed directly from the container without the need for any additional tools.
- a trestle can be provided to support the container at the work station, the floor plan of which also has the dimensions of a DIN Euro pallet.
- This trestle can be designed so that above its cross struts and between its corner posts there is free space which can be used to accommodate other objects to be transported when the trestle is being transported.
- the transport container designated as a whole by 1 (FIGS. 1 and 2) has vertical side walls 3 and vertical end walls 5 in its upper region. It is closed at the top by a cover plate 7 in which a filling opening 9 is provided. A pipe socket 11, which surrounds the filling opening, can be closed by a circular cover plate 13.
- the vertical side walls 3 merge into inclined walls 15 below.
- the vertical end walls 5 merge into inclined walls 17 and 18 below.
- the inclined walls 15 merge into a floor pan 20 open towards the interior of the transport container.
- the inclined wall 18 attaches to the closed end of the floor pan on the right in FIG. 1.
- the floor pan 20 is open at its left end in FIG. 1. It is continued there by an outlet pipe 22 which, like the floor pan, runs horizontally, has a circular cross section and has an outlet nozzle 24 at its left end.
- a drive shaft 26 runs inside the floor pan 20, namely in the longitudinal direction thereof and along the axis of the dispensing tube 22, and can be driven by a drive motor 28, in particular an electric motor, attached to the right, closed end of the floor pan 20.
- the drive motor 28 is removably attached. Different parts are attached to the drive shaft 26 in three different sections.
- conveyor paddles 30 are attached in the form of plates which project transversely from the drive shaft, but are inclined as if they were parts of screw surfaces.
- the conveyor paddles are arranged at mutual angular distances of 90 ° and offset in the longitudinal direction of the shaft.
- a metering screw 32 which is designed as a screw surface and has a pitch of 20 to 50 mm, in particular 35 mm, is arranged in an intermediate region 26.4 of the drive shaft which adjoins to the left.
- Mixing vanes 34 and conveyor vanes 36 are attached in an outer region 26.6 of the drive shaft. Both types of wings are arranged at mutual angular distances of 90 ° and are also offset from one another.
- the mixing blades 34 overlap.
- the mixing blades are plates that run axially and radially to the drive shaft and have a length that is approximately twice as large as their radial height.
- the conveying vanes 36 are narrow flat irons which are arranged similarly to the conveying paddles 30.
- the dispensing tube 22 has an inner section 22.2, which attaches firmly to the left end of the floor pan 20 and ends in the area between two supports 4. This is where an outer section 22.4 of the dispensing tube comes into play. At this outer section 22.4, a water inlet 50 with a lid is provided at the top, so that water can be added to the dry bulk material.
- the outer section is detachably connected to the inner section 22.2 by a plug connection. The outer section can therefore be removed for transport and later reinserted and fixed by a locking mechanism, not shown. The resulting opening on the inner section 22.2 can be closed by a cover for transport.
- the drive shaft 26 can also be divided. It also has plug connections, in particular with a spline each, so that a non-rotatable connection is made when inserted.
- the container can be made of steel, aluminum or plastic and, viewed in plan, has the dimensions of a DIN Euro pallet, namely 1200 mm x 800 mm, which makes it easier and cheaper to transport.
- a DIN Euro pallet namely 1200 mm x 800 mm
- On the four supports 4 of the container foot 38 are arranged below, which either serve as feet or serve to place the container on a support frame according to FIGS. 3 and 4.
- This trestle, which is designated 40 as a whole, has four vertical corner posts 42, the top receiving openings 43 for the foot pin 38 of the container and bottom feet 44.
- the corner posts 42 are mutually by cross struts 44, 46, 48, z. B. connected in the form of square tubes.
- the support frame according to Figures 3 and 4 can, for. B. can be used at a construction site when a larger dispensing height for the mixed products is desired, that is, a free space below the dispensing nozzle 24.
- the support frame 40 also has the outline dimensions of a DIN Euro pallet. During transport, building materials and the like can still be accommodated on the cross struts 44 and 48, so that the space required for the support frame can be used additionally. Scaffolding parts, boards, planks and auxiliary tools for the craftsmen can be transported here to supply a construction site.
- a motor-driven vibrator 54 is removably attached on the outside.
- the vibrator can also be dismantled for transport to save weight. It can be driven electrically via lines (not shown) and serves to convey the bulk material into the floor pan 20.
- the drive motor 28 can preferably be operated with 220 volts (16 A), so that it can be connected to normal sockets.
- the bulk goods transported in the transport container can e.g. B. at a construction site, in particular with the addition of water, mixed to ready mortar, plaster, concrete, plaster, the metering screw under the influence of a control device, not shown here, can ensure that a very specific amount of bulk material is conveyed per unit of time accordingly e.g. B. a very specific amount of water flowing into the water inlet 15, so that the desired consistency of the wet mix results. It can usually be due to the use of another mixing device on the spot, e.g. B. a construction site.
- z. B. for the delivery of grain or flour to a bakery. Water can also be mixed in there.
- the weight and dimensions of the transport container have been adapted to those of the DIN Euro pallets, so that there are no problems with the use of forklifts in industry, for forwarding and trading, and that craftsmen also have no loading problems.
- the transport container including the components remaining on it, namely the conveyor device inside the floor pan and the dosing screw, has an empty weight of between 90 kg and 2 tons.
Abstract
Description
The bulk materials in question here are those that can be used at a workplace, e.g. B. at a construction site mortar, plaster, plaster, cement, sand, lime. But other bulk goods are also possible, such as flour for the bakery trade and other economic sectors. The transport container according to the invention can be used wherever, on the one hand, at a work station, such as must be mixed on site or in the bakery, but on the other hand larger quantities of bulk goods over long distances, e.g. B. must be transported on load routes or by train.
By using the container, packaging, such as Paper bags or foils. This is intended to avoid disposal and waste problems, as well as the removal of residual content as special waste.
Transport containers are known, for. B. according to US-A-3 104 035, which can accommodate large quantities of bulk material, in any case a multiple of a single sack. Such transport containers taper downwards, either in the form of a cone or in the form of a pyramid. The lower opening can be closed by a flap, and it is necessary to provide a channel below the flap that can accommodate the opened flap.
Such transport containers can be assigned a tube that a conveying device for the bulk material, for. B. in the form of a screw and a mixing device, for. B. contains water inlet. A device of this type can be removed for transport, so that the transport container is relieved of it.
Transport containers of this type have a very significant disadvantage: many bulk goods tend to clump together. This clumping occurs particularly due to the shaking movements during transport. The bulk material then no longer easily leaves the container that has been set up again after the transport. Extra measures have to be taken to make the bulk material flowable again, which is cumbersome and delays ordinary work, for example on construction.
The present invention is initially intended to create a transport container which also has sloping walls which taper downwards and which can also work together with a conveying device, but which should, however, offer the possibility of bulk material which has become stuck, thickened and clumped during transport without additional work to make it flowable again. The bulk material should be able to be removed directly from the container.
This is achieved by the invention according to
In contrast to known transport containers go according to the invention, the inclined walls into a floor pan, in which a longitudinal section of a shaft provided with conveyor paddles is mounted, while a drive motor and another longitudinal section of the drive shaft are removable and need to be attached to the job.
It is accepted that the longitudinal section of the drive shaft with conveyor paddles increases the weight of the container. However, there is the considerable advantage that removal of the bulk material can begin immediately at the work site (after the drive motor and the outer area of the drive shaft have been installed). The conveyor paddles then ensure that the possibly clumped bulk material is made free-flowing again without any additional operations being required for this.
On the other hand, z. B. from DE-A-31 00 443, mixing devices, which are only to be used at one place, z. B. at a construction site. These have a relatively small container, usually in the form of a funnel, which is only suitable for holding small amounts, e.g. B. just to record the contents of a sack. According to
The transport container can have a capacity between 800 and 2,000 liters and the dimensions of a DIN Euro pallet. Thanks to the standardized pallet, transport by train, truck or drop-off trailer is no problem.
To save weight during transport, not only the drive motor, but also an outward projecting delivery tube can be removed. This also results in a lower investment outlay, since only one set of motor and dispensing tube is required for several transport containers at the work station, and therefore not also for the transport containers which are each on the way for the subsequent delivery of bulk goods.
A water inlet can be provided on the dispensing tube. This makes it possible to mix the dry bulk goods with water before they are dispensed.
Because the drive shaft has a metering screw between its inner area, which carries the conveyor paddles, and its outer area, which carries the mixing blades, the bulk material can be dosed directly from the container without the need for any additional tools.
Furthermore, a trestle can be provided to support the container at the work station, the floor plan of which also has the dimensions of a DIN Euro pallet. This trestle can be designed so that above its cross struts and between its corner posts there is free space which can be used to accommodate other objects to be transported when the trestle is being transported.

Begriffe wie "lotrecht", "waagerecht" und dgl. beziehen sich auf die normale Lage von Behälter und Bock nach den Figuren 1 bis 4.Terms such as "perpendicular", "horizontal" and the like refer to the normal position of the container and trestle according to FIGS. 1 to 4.
The transport container designated as a whole by 1 (FIGS. 1 and 2) has
The
In an inner region 26.2 of the drive shaft, conveyor paddles 30 are attached in the form of plates which project transversely from the drive shaft, but are inclined as if they were parts of screw surfaces. The conveyor paddles are arranged at mutual angular distances of 90 ° and offset in the longitudinal direction of the shaft.
The dispensing
At the two separation points, left and right in Figure 1, the
The container can be made of steel, aluminum or plastic and, viewed in plan, has the dimensions of a DIN Euro pallet, namely 1200 mm x 800 mm, which makes it easier and cheaper to transport. The support frame according to Figures 3 and 4 can, for. B. can be used at a construction site when a larger dispensing height for the mixed products is desired, that is, a free space below the dispensing
The
On the

Entsprechendes gilt z. The same applies to z. B. for the delivery of grain or flour to a bakery. Water can also be mixed in there.
The weight and dimensions of the transport container have been adapted to those of the DIN Euro pallets, so that there are no problems with the use of forklifts in industry, for forwarding and trading, and that craftsmen also have no loading problems. Depending on its size, the transport container, including the components remaining on it, namely the conveyor device inside the floor pan and the dosing screw, has an empty weight of between 90 kg and 2 tons.
