Description

The invention relates to a mortar mixing machine with a hopper-shaped storage container for dry mortar, in particular funnel-shaped, held by a frame and having a discharge, with a delivery and mixing tube arranged at the discharge opening of the storage container, having a water supply and in particular projecting horizontally, with an outlet opening for the wet mortar at the front End and optionally with a second delivery and mixing tube in connection to the outlet opening of the first delivery and mixing tube.

The particular field of application of the invention is a mixing machine for producing mortar. In the mortar mixing machine, water is added to the dry mortar and mixed with it, so that the required wet mortar is produced.

A mortar mixing machine of the type specified at the outset is known from EP-OS 0 658 409. It has a funnel-shaped storage container for the dry mortar. This reservoir is held in a gesture and has a discharge for the dry mortar in the bottom area following a conveyor. At the discharge opening of this discharge, a delivery and mixing tube is removably arranged outside the storage container. This conveying and mixing tube has a water supply at the beginning of the conveying path, so that water can be supplied to the dry mortar from the reservoir and mixed with this dry mortar, so that wet mortar then emerges at the front end through a corresponding outlet opening. Optionally, a second delivery and mixing tube can be hung vertically at the front end of the delivery and mixing tube so that the wet mortar produced is exposed to the mixing tools for a longer and more intensive exposure. The mixing intensity can thus be increased even further. Due to the vertical arrangement of this second conveying and mixing device, the storage container must have a certain minimum height above the floor.

Proceeding from this, the object of the invention is to create a mortar mixing machine with an improved arrangement of the second conveying and mixing tube.

As a technical solution , the invention proposes that the second conveying and mixing tube is returned in the opposite direction to the conveying direction of the first conveying and mixing tube, in particular horizontally.

As a result, a mortar mixing machine with two conveying and mixing sections with corresponding feed pumps is created, so that the wet mortar produced is exposed to the mixing tools essentially twice as long and therefore more intensively than only a single conveying and mixing pipe, so that an optimal mixing intensity and so that an optimal wet mortar quality is achieved. In order to achieve optimal mixing with the supplied water, the second delivery and mixing tube can be equipped with a screw pump. The wet mortar is then finally applied to the delivery line via a pressure flange at the end of the second delivery and mixing tube. The advantage of the horizontal alignment of the additional conveying and mixing tube is that the storage container can be arranged relatively low above the floor, since the height of the second conveying and mixing tube takes up little space.

Auf jeden Fall treibt ein speziell angeordneter Motor die Förder- und Mischelemente, insbesondere die Schneckenpumpe in dem zweiten Förder- und Mischrohr an.Basically, it is conceivable to design the first and the second delivery and mixing tube as a unit in the form of a lying U, but in a preferred development it is proposed that the second delivery and mixing tube be formed separately from the first delivery and mixing tube and one has its own drive for the conveying and mixing elements. This has the advantage that the two delivery and mixing tubes can be operated independently of one another. In particular, the additional delivery and mixing tube can be omitted if the conditions are appropriate. In any case, a specially arranged motor drives the conveying and mixing elements, in particular the screw pump in the second conveying and mixing tube.

A further development suggests that the second delivery and mixing tube is arranged below the first delivery and mixing tube. This creates optimal space, since there is usually enough space below the first delivery and mixing tube and thus below the storage container.

In one development, in particular, the second delivery and mixing tube has a feed hopper in the region of the outlet opening of the first delivery and mixing tube for the wet mortar leaving the outlet opening of the first delivery and mixing tube. This represents a technically extremely simple way to apply the pre-prepared wet mortar to the aftertreatment with the second delivery and mixing tube. In particular, it is not necessary to create a special connection, for example a hose connection with the outlet opening of the first delivery and mixing tube with the entrance of the second delivery and mixing tube. Rather, the prefabricated wet mortar falls into the feed hopper of the second conveying and mixing tube and is then further processed by it.

A further development of the mortar mixing machine according to the invention proposes that the two conveying and mixing tubes can be removed from their working positions for the non-use state of the machine. The basic idea and the goal of the removability of the two conveying and mixing pipes is that they do not survive the basic cross-section of the frame for the non-use state, in particular for the transport of the machine, and thus a problem-free transport, for example in euro-pallet size, is possible. The removal of the two delivery and mixing tubes is to be understood in the most general sense. This allows the pipes to be physically removed (and attached under the bottom of the hopper hopper), folded away or moved. In particular, the first conveying and mixing tube is removed from the storage container for the non-use state of the mortar mixing machine, for example by means of a closure clamp, and is fastened below the hopper slope of the storage container for transport.

A further development of this suggests that the second conveying and mixing tube, together with the drive assigned to it, can be pushed in when the machine is not in use. This represents a technically extremely simple possibility to telescopically move the second conveying and mixing tube under the storage container for transport (or if it is not required at all) in such a way that the second conveying and mixing tube does not have the basic cross section of the storage container or protrudes from the frame. As already indicated, the first delivery and mixing tube is preferably removed from the storage container and also attached to the hopper slope below the storage container.

A further development of this suggests that the second delivery and mixing tube lies in the inserted state within the circumferential contour of the machine. This brings with it the advantages already mentioned that, for example, the euro pallet size can easily be maintained for the transport of the silo. There are therefore no protrusions for transport, and the mortar mixer in its entirety, i.e. with all individual components can be transported like a normal silo in one unit. The particular advantage lies in the compactness of the mortar mixing machine and in the ease of transportation.

Finally, it is proposed in a further development of the displaceability of the second conveying and mixing device that a carriage with rollers is provided for displacing the second conveying and mixing pipe. The entire unit with the second delivery and mixing tube, including the drive, is thus mounted in a kind of drawer. At the place of use, only the drawer becomes like a drawer with all the necessary components moved out and is immediately ready for use. Of course, the unit is fixed both in the retracted and in the extended position.

An embodiment of a mortar mixing machine according to the invention is described below with reference to the drawings. In these shows:

a detailed section of the mortar mixing machine in Fig. 1 in the working position with attached first conveyor and mixing tube and extended second conveyor and mixing tube.

The mortar mixing machine has a rectangular frame 1 in Euro pallet size (80 x 120 cm) and is stackable. This frame 1 has feet 2 which can be pulled out to different heights. This means that any standard mortar pump and other vessels of different heights can be loaded. Within the frame 1 there is a funnel-shaped storage container 3, which tapers conically downwards, as can be seen in particular from the illustration in FIG. 2. The two inclined walls have different angles of inclination. The slipping of the dry mortar, which is located in the storage container 3, is thus guaranteed at all times. This storage container 3 also serves as a transport container for the dry mortar to the place of use.

A conveyor device (not shown) with a screw conveyor is arranged in the bottom region of the storage container 3. This screw conveyor is driven by an electric motor 4, which is located in the axial direction of the screw conveyor below the one hopper slope of the storage container 3 and in particular is located within the circumferential contour of the frame 1. The screw conveyor ends in a metering tube, also not shown, with a metering screw, namely after a discharge opening 5 of a discharge 6 of the storage container 3 formed laterally in the storage container 3.

On the outside of the storage container 3, a mixing device 7 with a delivery and mixing tube 8 with a mixer shaft located therein is attached to the outlet opening 5. The delivery and mixing tube 8 is further provided with two water feeds 9. The corresponding water connection lines are not shown.

Below the conveying and mixing tube 8 there is a second conveying and mixing tube 10. This is arranged below the storage container 3 and can be pulled out of the frame 1. For this purpose, the frame has guide rails 11 and the delivery and mixing tube 10 a carriage-like chassis 12 with rollers 13. A feed hopper 14 is assigned to the outer end of the feed and mixing tube 10, as well as an electric motor 15 on the side for operating the screw pump located inside the feed and mixing tube 10. The inner end of the delivery and mixing tube 10 also has a pressure flange 16 to a delivery line. As can be seen in Fig. 3, the two delivery and mixing tubes 8, 10 are each horizontal, i.e. aligned parallel to each other.

Die so ausgebildete Mörtelmischmaschine funktioniert wie folgt:The mortar mixing machine designed in this way works as follows:

When the mortar mixing machine is not in use, the mixing device 7 with the delivery and mixing tube 8 and the mixer shaft located therein is removed and fastened below the hopper slope of the storage container 3, so that this mixing device 7 with its components in the machine with Euro-pallet dimensions for transport are accommodated. This applies equally to the second delivery and mixing tube 10, which is moved with its chassis 12 below the storage container 3 and fixed there, as shown in particular in FIG. 1. Here too, all components, including the electric motor 15, are housed in the machine in euro-pallet dimensions. The two mixing units therefore have no overhangs for transport. In addition, optimal space and weight utilization on transport vehicles is guaranteed. Due to a low center of gravity, no transport lock is necessary.

After filling the storage container 3 with dry mortar, the entire mortar mixing machine is set up at the place of use after appropriate transport and the mixing devices are brought into their operating positions. Thus, the mixing device 7 with the delivery and mixing tube 8 is fastened to the discharge opening 5 of the storage container 3, for example by means of a closure clamp. As a result, the mixer shaft located in the conveying and mixing tube is also coupled to the screw conveyor in the floor area of the storage container 3. In addition, the water pipe is connected to the water supply 9. Furthermore, the second mixing unit with the delivery and mixing tube 10 is moved out of the frame 1 by means of the chassis 12 in the manner of a drawer and fixed in this operating position. This situation can be seen in Fig. 3. In this operating position, the outlet opening 17 of the upper conveying and mixing tube 8 is located above the feed funnel 14 of the lower conveying and mixing tube 10.

To operate the mortar mixing machine, the screw conveyor in the reservoir 3 is set by means of the electric motor 4 and the screw pump of the feed and mixing tube 10 is rotated by means of the electric motor 15. The dry mortar is first fed inside the storage container 3 through the screw conveyor to the metering screw. This metering screw conveys a constant amount of dry mortar to the flanged delivery and mixing tube 8 of the mixing device 7. The required amount of water is supplied to the delivery and mixing tube 8 via the water supply 9 by an installed water metering system. The mixer shaft located therein works the mixture into wet mortar, which is discharged through the outlet opening 17 at the front end. The wet mortar then falls into the feed hopper 14 of the second conveying and mixing tube 10 and is conveyed from there through the screw pump located therein, which is driven by the electric motor 15, to the pressure flange 16 and further mixed. In the second conveying and mixing tube 10, which, like the first conveying and mixing tube 8, is arranged horizontally, the wet mortar is thus conveyed with respect to the direction in the conveying and mixing tube 8 in the opposite direction. In that the delivery and mixing tube 8 is followed by a second delivery and mixing tube 10, the wet mortar produced is subjected to a longer and more intensive exposure to the mixing tools, so that the overall mixing quality of the wet mortar is improved. The second delivery and mixing tube 10 is equipped with a speed-controllable screw pump and at the same time serves to convey the finished wet mortar to its destination and to apply it in the correct amount.
