Claims (16)
- Verfahren zur Steuerung eines motorischen Vorschubantriebs für einen verfahrbaren Werkstücktisch einer ein Werkstück spanabhebend bearbeitenden Werkzeugmaschine, insbesondere einen Rollwagen einer Kreissäge, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Werkstücktisch unmittelbar manuell vorgeschoben, die vom Bedienenden in Vorschubrichtung ausgeübte Handkraft erfühlt und in einen entsprechenden Messwert umgesetzt, aus diesem ein Sollwert für die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit des Rollwagens gebildet und daraus ein Steuersignal für den Antrieb abgeleitet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich die Schnittkraft ermittelt und bei der Bildung des Sollwertes für die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit berücksichtigt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sollwert für die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit solange zu Null gesetzt wird, solange die ausgeübte Handkraft einen Schwellwert nicht überschreitet. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sollwert in Abhängigkeit von der Handkraft so gebildet wird, daß er mit zunehmender Handkraft zunimmt und mit abnehmender Handkraft abnimmt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sollwert einen oberen Grenzwert nicht überschreitet. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sollwert in Abhängigkeit von der Schnittkraft so gebildet wird, daß er mit zunehmender Schnittkraft abnimmt und mit geringer werdender Schnittkraft zunimmt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sollwert in Abhängigkeit der Schnittkraft so gebildet wird, daß er den Wert Null allein aufgrund des Schnittkrafteinflusses nicht unterschreitet. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf ein vom Bedienenden vorgegebenes Rücklaufsignal hin ein negativer Sollwert für die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit gebildet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sollwert für die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit oder ein diesem proportionaler Wert einer Geschwindigkeits- oder Drehzahlregelung für den Vorschubantrieb als Führungsgröße aufgeprägt wird. - Vorrichtung zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, mit einem mittels eines motorischen Vorschubantriebes longitudinal verschiebbaren Werkstücktisch, insbesondere einem Rollwagen einer Kreissäge,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Werkstücktisch (12) zu dessen unmittelbarer manueller Vorschubbetätigung ein Handkraftsensor (30) befestigt ist, der mit einem Steuersignalgenerator (34, 34') verbunden und Teil einer Steuereinrichtung (36) zum Bilden eines Steuersignals für die Drehzahl des Vorschubantriebs (40) ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder Handkraftsensor (30) Bestandteil einer Sensoreinheit (16) ist, welche außerdem einen Meßverstärker (32) aufweist und Bestandteil der Steuereinrichtung (36) ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinrichtung (36) weiterhin mindestens eine Einrichtung (60, 62) zum Ermitteln der jeweiligen Schnittkraft enthält und die Einrichtung (60, 62) ebenfalls mit dem Steuersignalgenerator (34') verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinrichtung (36) ein Element (26) zum Vorgeben einer negativen Vorschubgeschwindigkeit enthält. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Regeler (42) für die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit enthält, welcher mit dem Steuersignalgenerator (34, 34') verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Regeler (42) Teil der Steuereinrichtung (36) ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Regeler (42) Teil des Vorschubantriebs (40) ist.
