Claims (10)
- Stretcheinrichtung (1) zum biaxialen Stretchen einer aus einem Seitenfaltenschlauch gebildeten, aus stark dehnbarer Kunststoffolie bestehenden Stretchfolienhaube (2), für eine Verpackungsmaschine zum jeweiligen Umhüllen eines Stückgutstapels (3) mit einer Stretchfolienhaube (2), deren ungedehnter Umfang erheblich kleiner als der Stapelumfang ist, mit mehreren an einem Rahmen (5) horizontal verfahrbar angeordneten Stretcheinheiten (4), die jeweils einen in das vorgeöffnete Haubenende einfahrbaren Stretchbügel (14) aufweisen und aus ihrer einander angenäherten Einfahrstellung über eine Aufspreizstellung, in welcher die jeweils in einer Ecke der Haube (2) angeordneten Stretchbügel (14) die Haube (2) dehnungsfrei aufspannen und i.a. gerefft im wesentlichen über deren gesamte Länge aufnehmen, unter Querdehnung der Haubenseitenwände diagonal in eine voneinander entfernte Überziehstellung sowie in dieser gemeinsam relativ zu dem jeweils zu umhüllenden Stückgutstapel (3) zu verfahren sind, wobei die Stretchbügel (14) so ausgebildet sind, daß sie den Haubenseitenwänden beim Überziehen jeweils mit erheblichem Abstand zu einer Haubenecke beiderseits der betreffenden Haubeneckkante vertikale Reibungskräfte einprägen, die der Relativbewegung der Folie zum Stretchbügel (14) entgegengerichtet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stretchbügel (14) jeweils mehrere um ihre Längsachse (19) frei drehbar gelagerte, parallel zur Haubenlängsachse (17) angeordnete Stretchrollen (16.1, ..., 16.7) mit einer im wesentlichen zylindrischen Mantelfläche (16') aufweisen, die so angeordnet sind, daß sie beim Querdehnen und Überziehen der Haube (2) im wesentlichen spiegelsymmetrisch zu einer parallel zu ihren Längsachsen (19) durch die betreffende Haubenecke verlaufenden mittleren Bezugsebene (20) an der Haube (2) anliegen.
- Stretcheinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Stretchrolle (16) mit wenigstens einer zwischen ihren beiden Enden angeordneten, umlaufenden Hinterschneidung (21) versehen ist.
- Stretcheinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere/sämtliche Stretchrollen (16.1, ... 16.7) mit wenigstens einer Hinterschneidung (21) versehen sind.
- Stretcheinrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übergänge zwischen einer Hinterschneidung (21) und der Mantelfläche (16') abgerundet sind.
- Stretcheinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stretchrollen (16.1, ... 16.7) einer Stretcheinheit (4) jeweils unmittelbar benachbart zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Stretcheinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stretchrollen (16) eines Stretchbügels (14) wenigstens teilweise so angeordnet sind, daß eine an die Außenseite zweier benachbarter Stretchrollen (z.B. 16.1, 16.2) angelegte erste Tangente (T1) auf der den Stretchrollen (16) zugekehrten Seite in einer Draufsicht mit einer zweiten Tangente (T2), welche von der Außenseite einer (16.2) dieser beiden Stretchrollen (16.1, 16.2) an die Außenseite der anderen ihr benachbarten Stretchrolle (16.3) gelegt ist, einen Winkel (α) von höchstens 180° einschließt.
- Stretcheinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der. jeweils von den beiden Tangenten (T1, T2) eingeschlossene Winkel (α) kleiner als 180° ist.
- Stretcheinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsachse (19) einer weiteren Stretchrolle (16.3) in der Bezugsebene (20) angeordnet ist.
- Stretcheinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen zwei Stretchrollen (16.2, 16.4) einer Stretcheinheit (4) ein mit einer Reffrolle (24) versehener Reffbügel (23) angeordnet ist.
- Stretcheinrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Reffbügel (23) wenigstens eine weitere Stretchrolle (16.6, 16.7) angeordnet ist, die nach außen über den Reffbügel (23) vorsteht.
