Claims (9)
- Hammermühle (1) zur Zerkleinerung von Blech oder ähnlichem Material mit einem Schlagwerkzeug (5), das um eine Achse (6) drehbar ist und Öffnungen (10) aufweisenden Rosten (9) oder Vertiefungen aufweisenden Schleißplatten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (10) oder Vertiefungen Stege (23) begrenzen, deren Verlauf zumindest in Richtung der Achse (6) des Schlagwerkzeugs (5) von einer geraden Linie abweicht.
- Hammermühle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (10) versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind und im wesentlichen sechseckig sind.
- Hammermühle nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (10) in einem Randbereich fünfeckig sind und die gleiche Fläche wie in einem mittleren Bereich aufweisen.
- Hammermühle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind und rund sind.
- Hammermühle nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (10) in einem Randbereich eine gerade Seite aufweisen.
- Hammermühle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Roste quer zur Achse (6) des Schlagwerkzeugs (5) angeordnet sind.
- Hammermühle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Roste (9) in einer Richtung quer zur Achse (6) des Schlagwerkzeugs (5) Kleiner werdende Öffnungen (10) aufweisen.
- Hammermühle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Roste (9) in Rahmen angeordnet sind und parallel zur Achse (6) des Schlagwerkzeugs (5) und schräg zu einer Tangente an die Bahn des Schlagwerkzeugs (5) angeordnet sind.
- Hammermühle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Roste (9) oder Platten aus austenitischem Stahl bestehen.
