Definitions

  • the invention relates to a housing of an operating light with a closable by a cover part Housing opening, the cover part via a spring element with the housing is pivotally connected.
  • a lamp housing is known, the reflector opening through a pivotable cover is lockable.
  • the cover part provided as a light exit opening is connected to the rest of the luminaire housing via a joint provided with spring elements, whereby additional locking elements are provided for locking the cover part.
  • DE 36 33 609 A1 describes an illumination device with several light sources in a lamp holder arrangement designed as a cover part and with one of the light sources in radial distance to the first reflector surrounding the axis of symmetry of the device is known; the radiation emanating from the light sources is initially directed to a level below the Light sources arranged rotatable second reflector associated with the individual light sources different surface areas, and then to the first reflector forwarded. By rotating the second reflector, the one reflected to the first reflector is mirrored Radiation set in its intensity; it is a relatively complex Construction.
  • a lamp which is used to cover light bulbs Blackout covers with hinged hoods; for a lamp with a reflector this provided with recesses for inserting the hoods in the open state; a Hood has an opening with a cover flap so that when the hoods are closed a weak beam of light can come out.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a lamp housing for surgical lights, this is both a simple construction and easy access to the inside of the housing by means of a cover part of the housing which is loaded by a spring element - for example when changing the lamp - Enables, in the outer area as smooth as possible surfaces in order to simplify Disinfection should be sought.
  • the simple handling for example when changing the lamp, has proven to be particularly advantageous also proven by technically untrained personnel; can also be used for operating rooms strict sterility requirements of the equipment used on proportionate simple way due to smooth, closed housing surfaces.
  • the lamps can therefore be replaced without the use of tools.
  • opening the luminaire housing advantageously retain its center of gravity and mass.
  • the lid does not have to be put away nor does it hang uncontrollably on the lamp body.
  • FIG 1a shows a perspective exploded view of the lamp housing 1 in front of it Composition, the hood 2 shown removed from the lower housing part 3 is; the hood 2 consists of a paraboloid-like hollow body which is convexly curved outwards made of plastic, it is in the apex area along the longitudinal axis 4 of the lamp housing provided with an opening 6 which with a resiliently mounted cover part 5 through a press force exerted from the inside must be closed.
  • the cover 5 is a spring element 7 trained leaf spring connected to the lower housing part 3 of the lamp housing, the leaf spring at both ends in a bearing 8, 9 of the lower part so is held that together with the cover part 5 fastened thereon both for opening 4 can be pivoted towards or away from it.
  • the bearings 8, 9 are on opposite sides Inner surfaces of support elements 11, 12 of the lower part 3 in a pivot axis 10 arranged; at least one of the two support elements 11, 12 is for pivotable attachment of the lamp housing 1 on an articulated arm 16 shown here only partially Ceiling suspension provided.
  • the inner surface of the reflector 15 located on the lower housing part 3 is cylindrically symmetrical - preferably as a hollow paraboloid - formed through the opening 13 of the reflector extending cylinder axis corresponds to the longitudinal axis 4 of the hood 2; in opening 13 two spotlights arranged parallel to each other are used, of which, for example a first serves as a main lamp and a second as a reserve lamp, the switchover in the event of a failure of the main lamp by an automatic switchover located in the lamp housing 1 with a corresponding signal display for the user.
  • FIG. 1 there are only the bases 22, 23 with their lamp bulbs in the direction of the radiation exit 24 inserted lamps can be seen, the associated lamp bulbs are not recognizable.
  • Hood 2 is provided with two laterally opposite bulges 17, 18 which the Interior of the lamp housing 1 when placed on the support elements 11, 12 and the lower part 3 Seal off with a locking device to the outside.
  • Cover part 5 consists of a elliptical lid 20, which has a circumferential in its lower region Flange 21 is provided, the lower part on the spring element serving as a leaf spring 7 is positively connected.
  • hood 2 When hood 2 is placed on lower housing part 3, cover 20 of cover part occurs according to FIG 5 in the opening 6 of the hood 2, while the circumferential flange 21 against the inner edge of opening 6 is pressed so that it by friction due to the effect is closed by spring element 7; form the outer surface of hood 2 and the surface of lid 20 together practically a closed outer surface, such as it has proven itself particularly for disinfection requirements in the operating area.
  • Lower part of housing 3 has a the support elements 11, 12 as well as the reflector 15 and beam exit disc load-bearing frame 26, which with fasteners 27 for mounting Reflector 15, beam exit disc and fasteners, not shown here is provided for locking the hood 2. Furthermore, for a better overview in the Figure none of the lines required to power the lamps shown.
  • a subsequent lamp change is possible without any problems by pressing Cover part 5 along the axis 4, a deformation of the leaf spring 7 is caused, so that Cover 20 of the cover part under the edge of the opening 6 of the shell-shaped Hood pressed and along the pivoting direction of the leaf spring about axis 10 below the Edge of the opening 6 can be moved; it is therefore simple and unproblematic Possible way, by moving the cover part 5, an exchange of one of the two lamps or both lamps, the bases of which are designated 22, 23.
  • a pivoting direction of the cover part 5 is along the arrows labeled 30, 31 i.e. possible around axis 10. After proper use of the bulbs 22, 23, the cover part 5 manually returned to its original position along axis 4, so that the opening 6 is closed by cover 20 of the cover part 5.
  • FIG. 3a shows a vertical section through luminaire housing 1 along axis 10, or Lamp axis 4;
  • Reflector 15 lies with the flange-like edge 35 of its opening on the Edge of the radiation exit disc 32, which in turn the edge 33 of the opening 34 of the Lights housing 1 covers;
  • the circumferential flange 35 of the reflector 15 is together with the edge of the radiation exit disc 32 in the edge region 33 of the lamp housing locked by means of screws or bolts, the opening 34 of the lamp housing tight completed to meet the strict hygienic regulations in the operating room.
  • FIG. 3a shows between the edge area of the opening 6 of the hood 2 and the edge area the cover part 5 has a gap, as is usually the case when pressure is applied along the Axis 4 on cover part 5 is formed. It is then possible to cover part 5 about pivot axis 10 to pivot so far that a manual intervention through opening 6 of the hood is possible and simple maintenance of the lamps can be guaranteed by replacement.
  • the spring element 7 designed as a leaf spring is stored in the bearings 8 and 9 the support elements 11, 12 along the axis 10.
  • the two Incandescent lamps 28, 29 can be seen, whose bases 22, 23 have already been described with reference to FIG. 1 were.
  • FIG. 3b shows a section through luminaire housing 1 rotated by 90 ° with respect to 3a the features already explained with reference to FIG. 3a have been omitted in the further description become; it can be seen that spring element 7 about pivot axis 10 for the purpose of lamp replacement is rotatably mounted. Spring element 7 is about the pivot axis 10 within the schematic The pivot bearing 9 shown is held, the bearing element receiving the bearing 9 12 can be seen in the background. It can be seen from FIG. 3b that cover part 5 is form-fitting is firmly connected by spring pins 36 to spring element 7, with access through opening 6 the hood 2 by moving the cover part 5 laterally in one of the two pivoting directions 30, 31 takes place.
