Claims (4)
- Bogenleitvorrichtung mit einem gekühlten Bogenleitblech, welches Luftöffnungen aufweist und auf der der Bogenleitfläche gegenüberliegenden Rückseite mit die Luftöffnungen freilassenden Kühlmittelkanälen verbunden ist, die durch ein gegenüber dem Bogenleitblech abgedichtetes, mit dem Bogenleitblech durch Schweißung verbundenes und Kanäle bildende Verformungen aufweisendes Kühlwannenblech gebildet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich zwischen der Rückseite des Bogenleitbleches (1) und dem Kühlwannenblech (3) in die Luftöffnungen (7) umschließenden, in dem Kühlwannenblech (3) ausgebildeten Aufnahmerillen (9) ein Dichtungsmittel (8) befindet und daneben punktförmige Schweißzonen (10) für eine Verbindung des Bogenleitbleches (1) und des Kühlwannenbleches (3) durch Punktschweißung, Laserschweißung oder Impulsschweißung, z.B. Kondensatorentladungsschweißen, angeordnet sind. - Bogenleitvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Dichtung vorgeformte Dichtungsringe (8) in die Luftöffnungen (7) ringförmig umschließende Aufnahmerillen (9) eingebracht sind. - Bogenleitvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Schweißzonen (10) beidseitig neben einer durch Prägung hergestellten Aufnahmerille (9) für einen Dichtungsring (8) angeordnet sind. - Bogenleitvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein im Bereich der Luftöffnungen (7) des Bogenleitbleches (1) mit Ausschnitten versehenes Kühlwannenblech (3) Prägungen (9) mit einer den Ausschnitt umschließenden Rille fü die Aufnahme eines Dichtungsringes (8) und beidseitig daneben flach und bündig an dem Bogenleitblech (1) anliegende Schweißzonen (10) aufweist.
