Claims (8)
- Sprengkapsel (1) mit Anzündschnur (2), wobei die Sprengkapsel (1) eine Sprengladungen (3, 5) enthaltende Hülse (6) aus Metall und ein Gehäuse, bestehend aus einem mit einer Schutzkappe (7) verschraubten Sprengkapselhalter (8) enthält,und die Anzündschnur (2) gegenüber dem Sprengkapselhalter (8) durch eine Dichthülse (10) mit einer hydrophoben Schicht (11) gegenüber der Hülse (6) abgedichtet ist,daß die Dichthülse ein Schrumpfschlauch (10) mit einer Innenschicht aus einem thermoplastischen Kleber (11) ist,wobei der Schrumpfschlauch (10) im Sinne einer elastischen Kupplung einen öffnungsseitigen starren Abschnitt (16) der Hülse (6) und einen halterseitigen radial geringfügig beweglichen Führungsabschnitt (22) der Anzündschnur (2) in sich aufnimmt.
- Sprengkapsel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Hülse (6) an ihrer Öffnung (15) bezüglich des Abschnittes (16) einen kleineren Außendurchmesser (17) aufweist als der Außendurchmesser (14) der die Sprengladungen (3, 5) lagernde Hülse (6). - Sprengkapsel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Schrumpfschlauch (10) wenigstens sich bis zum freien Rand (20) des Sprengkapselhalters (8) erstreckt. - Sprengkapsel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der starre Abschnitt (16) des Schrumpfschlauches (10) etwa das 1,3- bis 1,7-fache des Durchmessers (12) des Schrumpfschlauches (10) beträgt. - Sprengkapsel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Führungsabschnitt (22) des Schrumpfschlauches (10) etwa das 2,5- bis 3-fache des Durchmessers (12) des Schrumpfschlauches (10) beträgt. - Sprengkapsel nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Schrumpfschlauch (10) einen gegenüber dem Rand (20) des Sprengkapselhalters (8) überstehenden Kragen (19) aufweist. - Sprengkapsel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zwischen dem starren Abschnitt (16) und der Stirnfläche (26) der Anzündschnur (2) ein Abstand (25) liegt, der mindestens das zweifache des Durchmessers (12) der Anzündschnur (2) beträgt. - Sprengkapsel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß im Führungsabschnitt (22) durch einen geringen seitlichen Spalt (24) eine radiale Bewegungsmöglichkeit für die mit dem Schrumpfschlauch (10) verbundene Anzündschnur (2) besteht.
