Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen bügellosen, seelenlosen Lockenwickler zum Aufwickeln und Festhalten menschlicher Haare, aus einem Wickelkörper aus nachgiebigem, rückstellendem Kunststoffschaum mit einer Einrichtung zum Fixieren nach dem Wickeln am Kopf. Die Anwendung derartiger Lockenwickler ist bekannt. Sie werden im privaten wie auch im gewerblichen Bereich in der bekannten Weise benutzt.
Ein Lockenwickler der eingangs beschriebenen Art ist aus der DE 37 13 280 C2 bekannt. Der Lockenwickler besitzt bzw. besteht aus einem Wickelkörper aus nachgiebigem, rückstellendem Kunststoffschaum mit rauher Oberfläche. Der Wickelkörper besitzt stabförmige Gestalt mit angenähert quadratischem Querschnitt und offenporiger Oberfläche aus dem Kunststoffschaum. Mit ihm lassen sich die Haare einer Haarsträhne in einfacher Weise aufwickeln. Der Wickelkörper besitzt auch eine Einrichtung zum Fixieren einer gekrümmten Form des Wickelkörpers nach dem Wickeln. Zu diesem Zweck ist am einen Ende des Wickelkörpers eine Öse und am anderen Ende des Wickelkörpers eine durch die Öse zu führende Spitze ausgebildet. Es ist aber auch möglich, die Fixiereinrichtung in anderer Weise zu realisieren, beispielsweise durch die Anordnung einer im Wickelkörper angebrachten biegbaren Drahtseele. Eine solche Drahtseele läßt das Verbiegen mit bleibender Formgebung für den Wickelkörper zu. Es läßt sich aber nicht ausschließen, daß insbesondere die Enden der Drahtseele bei mehrfachem Gebrauch aus dem Wickelkörper austreten und insoweit Ausgangspunkt für eine Verletzung sein können. In beiden Ausführungsformen muß der Aufwickelvorgang dadurch beendet werden, daß die Fixiereinrichtung betätigt werden muß, um dem Wickelkörper die gebogene bzw. gekrümmte Gestalt zu verleihen, so daß er am Kopf seinen vorgesehenen Sitz erhält und sich die aufgewickelte Haarsträhne nicht selbsttätig wieder aufwickeln bzw. lösen kann.
Aus der DE 41 06 439 C2 ist ein bügelloser, seelenloser, stabförmiger Lockenwickler zum Aufwickeln und Festhalten trockener oder angefeuchteter Haare bekannt, der einen Wickelkörper aus nachgiebigem, rückstellendem Kunststoffschaum aufweist. Der Wickelkörper besitzt zylinderförmige Gestalt und ist zumindest in seinem einen Endbereich mit einem im Vergleich zum Durchmesser des Wickelkörpers relativ lang ausgebildeten Schlitz versehen, so daß das andere Ende des Wickelkörpers nach dem Aufwickeln der Haarsträhne und nach der Überführung des Wickelkörpers in eine bogenförmige Gestalt in die Öse einsteckbar ist, so daß damit die Fixierung des Wickelkörpers am Kopf erfolgen kann. Dieser Lockenwickler besitzt vorteilhaft keine Drahtseele und ist sehr einfach aufgebaut. Er setzt jedoch bei seiner Handhabung voraus, daß der Wickelkörper am Ende des Aufwickelvorganges in die gekrümmte Gestalt überführt und die Fixiereinrichtung betätigt wird. Das Hindurchziehen des einen Endes durch eine Öse erfordert ein gewisses Geschick. Zudem muß beim Schließen der Fixiereinrichtung die Schließrichtung beachtet werden.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Lockenwickler der eingangs beschriebenen Art zu schaffen, der die Betätigung der Fixiereinrichtung am Ende des Aufwickelvorganges nicht mehr erfordert, sondern gleichsam automatisch durch die Beendigung des Aufwickelvorganges seinen ordnungsgemäßen und fixierten Sitz am Kopf erhält bzw. einnimmt.
Erfindungsgemäß wird dies bei einem Lockenwickler der eingangs beschriebenen Art dadurch erreicht, daß der Wickelkörper im wesentlichen H-förmige Gestalt aufweist und einen Mittelsteg zum Aufwickeln der Haare sowie vier vom Mittelsteg abstehende Schenkel zum Fixieren nach dem Wickeln am Kopf besitzt.
Für den neuen Lockenwickler ist es wichtig, daß er eine im wesentlichen H-förmige Gestalt aufweist, also einen Mittelsteg zum Aufwickeln der Haare besitzt, von dem nach beiden Seiten je zwei Schenkel abstehen. Diese insgesamt vier Schenkel bilden die Fixiereinrichtung, und zwar so, daß jeweils nur zwei der Schenkel in Wirkung treten, je nach dem, wann der Aufwickelvorgang beendet wird. Damit wird die Beendigung des Aufwickelvorganges zugleich nach jeder halben Umdrehung des Wickelkörpers bzw. Mittelsteges möglich. Dies reicht aus, um einen Sitz des Wickelkörpers am Kopf zu erreichen und je nach Absicht auch in straffer oder etwas lockerer Form zu realisieren. Da der Wickelkörper eine rauhe, offenporige Oberfläche im Kunststoffschaum aufweist, ergibt sich eine hinreichende Haftung der Haarsträhne beim Aufwickeln. Obwohl der Mittelsteg rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist, findet beim Aufwickelvorgang eine Abrundung der Kanten statt, so daß die sich aus der aufgewickelten Haarsträhne bildende Locke eine runde, ansehnliche Gestalt erhält. Vorteilhaft ist weiterhin, daß der Wickelkörper flach ausgebildet ist, nur relativ gering von der Oberfläche des Kopfes absteht und auch beim Liegen der Benutzerin, also beispielsweise über Nacht, fast überhaupt nicht spürbar ist. Der Wickelkörper bzw. Lockenwickler läßt sich sehr einfach herstellen, beispielsweise durch Ausstanzen, durch Spritzguß, auch durch Extrusion von Kunststoffschaum, wobei der Strang quer zu seiner Austrittsrichtung in die einzelnen Lockenwickler aufgetrennt wird. Durch seine relativ große, ausladende Gestalt mit den vom Mittelsteg abstehenden Schenkeln ist ein Verrutschen des Lockenwicklers oder ein Verdrehen nahezu unmöglich. Der neue Lockenwickler ist auch besonders ästhetisch ansprechend ausgebildet. In Gebrauchsstellung am Kopf ähnelt er durchaus einem aufgesetzten Schmuckknopf.
Der Lockenwickler läßt sich zwar auch in Einzelausbildung durch Spritzguß in eine Form herstellen. Auch ein Extrusionsverfahren eröffnet sinnvolle Möglichkeiten. Besonders einfach ist es jedoch, wenn der Wickelkörper in Form einer ausgestanzten oder ausgeschnittenen Platte aus dem Kunststoffschaum vorgesehen ist. Die Dicke der Platte kann ohne weiteres unter 10 mm betragen, so daß der Wickelkörper nur vergleichsweise wenig aufträgt.
Im Mittelsteg kann ein Schlitz zum Einklemmen des Anfangs einer aufzuwickelnden Haarsträhne vorgesehen sein. Ein solcher Schlitz läßt sich z. B. zusammen mit einem Ausstanzvorgang verwirklichen.
Die beiden Schenkel zum Fixieren des Wickelkörpers nach dem Wickeln am Kopf können auf beiden Seiten von dem Mittelsteg aufeinanderzustrebend gestaltet oder mit entsprechenden Fortsätzen versehen sein. Damit erhält der Lockenwickler nicht nur ein rundes, geschlossenes Gepräge, sondern die Schenkel erstrecken sich nach beiden Seiten über die aufgewickelte Haarsträhne, freilich mit Ausnahme des Spaltes zwischen den beiden Fortsätzen.
Der Mittelsteg weist in der Regel konstant durchgehende, rechteckige Gestalt auf. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, wenn der Mittelsteg bauchige Form besitzt. Damit wird die Locke durch die Form des Mittelsteges vorgebildet und erhält ebenfalls ein bauchiges, voluminöses Aussehen.
Der Wickelkörper kann abfalllos oder nahezu abfalllos aus dem plattenförmigen Kunststoffschaum erstellt sein. Dies gilt insbesondere für eine streng H-förmige Gestalt. Bei abfallloser Erzeugung können identische Lockenwickler oder auch zwei Größen von Lockenwicklern zugleich erstellt werden. Solche unterschiedlichen Größen sind sinnvoll zum Aufwickeln vergleichsweise größerer Locken mit der einen Sorte und vergleichsweise kleinerer Locken mit der anderen Sorte. Wenn die Fortsätze an den Schenkeln auf beiden Seiten des Mittelstegs einen schmalen Spalt zum Durchtritt der aufzuwickelnden Haarsträhne bilden, ergibt sich ein besonders guter ordungsgemäßer Sitz des Wickelkörpers am Ende des Aufwickelvorganges am Kopf.
Der Wickelkörper kann an allen Stellen einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweisen. Er besitzt ein geringes Gewicht und läßt sich auf kleinem Raum unterbringen, so daß auch beim Verpacken und beim Vertrieb eines derartigen Lockenwicklers entsprechende Vorteile genutzt werden können.
Die Erfindung wird anhand verschiedener Ausführungsbeispiele weiter erläutert und beschrieben. Es zeigen:

Der in Fig. 1 dargestellte Lockenwickler 1 besteht aus einem Wickelkörper 2, der aus einem plattenförmigen Kunststoffschaumkörper durch Ausschneiden bzw. Stanzen erstellt ist. Der Wickelkörper 2 besitzt einen Mittelsteg 3 und davon abstehende Schenkel 4, 5, 6, 7, so daß der Wickelkörper 2 insgesamt etwa H-förmige Gestalt bzw. einen solchen Umriß erhält. Die Schenkel stehen paarweise, von der Seite des Mittelsteges 2 aus betrachtet, nach beiden Seiten ab, so daß ein erstes Schenkelpaar aus den Schenkeln 4 und 5 und ein zweites Schenkelpaar aus den Schenkeln 6 und 7 gebildet ist. Die Schenkel 4 und 5 sind aufeinander zu gerichtet gestaltet und enden in Fortsätzen 8, die zwischen sich nur einen relativ kleinen Spalt 9 freilassen. Durch diesen Spalt tritt die Haarsträhne beim Aufwickeln hindurch. Der Mittelsteg 3 kann zweckmäßig in seiner Mitte einseitig einen Schlitz 10 besitzen, der durch einen begrenzt geführten Anschnitt erzeugt ist, so daß hier zu Beginn eines Aufwickelvorganges der Anfang der Haarsträhne einklemmbar ist. Der in Fig. 1 dargestellte Wickelkörper 2 weist an allen Stellen rechteckigen Querschnitt auf. Er ist etwa in natürlicher Größe dargestellt und besitzt eine Dicke von etwa 8 mm.
Der Lockenwickler 1 gemäß Fig. 2 besitzt noch ausgeprägter H-förmige Gestalt, so daß der Spalt zwischen jedem Schenkelpaar relativ groß bemessen ist. Dies stört aber nicht, sondern erbringt im Gegenteil eine leichte Durchbiegemöglichkeit der betreffenden Schenkel 4 und 5 oder 6 und 7 am Ende eines Wickelvorganges.
Der in Fig. 3 dargestellte Lockenwickler 1 ist wiederum runder gestaltet, wobei hier zusätzlich noch der Mittelsteg 3 eine bauchige Form erhält. Damit ist es möglich, auf die Formgebung der sich aus der aufgewickelten Haarsträhne ergebenden Locke einzuwirken. Der Spalt 9 zwischen benachbarten Fortsätzen 8 ist hier relativ weit gestaltet, wodurch der Aufwickelvorgang begünstigt wird.
Bei der Ausführungsform gemäß Fig. 4 hingegen ist der Spalt 9 relativ eng gestaltet, so daß sich je ein Schenkelpaar aus den Schenkeln 4 und 5 oder 6 und 7 am Ende des Aufwickelvorganges über die aufgewickelte Haarsträhne erstrecken. Die Haarsträhne wird dann gleichsam auch auf der anderen Seite - von dem Mittelsteg 3 aus betrachtet - abgedeckt. Dieser Lockenwickler gemäß Fig. 4 besitzt eine knopfartig gerundete Gestalt, durch die der Lockenwickler 1 auch eine dekorative, schmückende Wirkung erbringt.
In den Fig. 5 bis 8 sind Unterteilungsmöglichkeiten für plattenförmigen Schaumstoff dargestellt, um daraus die betreffenden Lockenwickler 1 zu bilden. Fig. 5 zeigt eine bis auf die Randbereiche abfalllose Herstellmöglichkeit von Lockenwicklern 1 gemäß Fig. 2. Es werden Lockenwickler 1 gleicher Größe erstellt.
Fig. 6 zeigt eine abfalllose Herstellungsmöglichkeit von Lockenwicklern 1 mit mehr gerundeter Formgebung. Fig. 7 zeigt eine Möglichkeit der Gestaltung der Lockenwickler 1, die nur einen geringen Abfall erbringt. Es sind hier kurze Schenkel 4 und 6 und etwas länger gestaltete Schenkel 5 und 7 vorgesehen, die jeweils vom Mittelsteg 3 abstehen. Fig. 8 schließlich zeigt eine Möglichkeit, bei der abfalllos zwei unterschiedliche Größen von Lockenwicklern 1 erstellt werden.

Claims (8)

  1. Bügelloser, seelenloser Lockenwickler (1) zum Aufwickeln und Festhalten menschlicher Haare, aus einem Wickelkörper (2) aus nachgiebigem, rückstellendem Kunststoffschaum mit einer Einrichtung zum Fixieren nach dem Wickeln am Kopf, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wickelkörper (2) im wesentlichen H-förmige Gestalt aufweist und einen Mittelsteg (3) zum Aufwickeln der Haare sowie vier vom Mittelsteg (3) abstehende Schenkel (4, 5, 6, 7) zum Fixieren nach dem Wickeln am Kopf besitzt.
  2. Lockenwickler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wickelkörper (2) in Form einer ausgestanzten oder ausgeschnittenen Platte aus dem Kunststoffschaum vorgesehen ist.
  3. Lockenwickler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Mittelsteg (3) ein Schlitz (10) zum Einklemmen des Anfangs einer aufzuwickelnden Haarsträhne vorgesehen ist.
  4. Lockenwickler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Schenkel (4, 5; 6, 7) zum Fixieren des Wickelkörpers (3) nach dem Wickeln am Kopf auf beiden Seiten von dem Mittelsteg (3) aufeinanderzustrebend gestaltet oder mit entsprechenden Fortsätzen (8) versehen sind.
  5. Lockenwickler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mittelsteg (3) bauchige Form besitzt.
  6. Lockenwickler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wickelkörper (2) abfalllos oder nahezu abfallos aus dem plattenförmigen Kunststoffschaum erstellt ist.
  7. Lockenwickler nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fortsätze (8) an den Schenkeln (4, 5, 6, 7) auf beiden Seiten des Mittelstegs (3) einen schmalen Spalt (9) zum Durchtritt der aufzuwickelnden Haarsträhne bilden.
  8. Lockenwickler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wickelkörper (2) an allen Stellen einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist.
