Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for cleaning milking cups accordingly the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention also relates to a cleaning element and a method for cleaning milking cups according to the preambles of claims 20 and 22.
- DE 38 31 601 A1 describes a device for cleaning the outer contours known from teat cups or teat cups, in which the teat cups for cleaning be arranged in a housing in which rotating brush heads are provided are.
- the brush heads process in particular the opened end part of the milking cup, wherein a cleaning liquid is supplied.
- This well-known Device comprises a cleaning element with a in the opening of the Milk cup insertable part with a rinsing water nozzle for cleaning of the teat cup interior. Furthermore, the cleaning element with rinse water nozzles provided, the cleaning liquid in the attached state for external cleaning Spray on the front of the milking cup. Too wide a side This is to prevent the sprayed cleaning liquid from splashing away Cleaning element with a shield covering the milking cup in a bell-like manner Mistake. Since the cleaning liquid gets into the environment, it must not contain intensive detergents.
- a device is known from AU-B-564242, which is a cleaning element with a cup-shaped part and one of Cup bottom protruding coaxially to the cup part, an annular constriction comprising pegs.
- the opening edge of the teat rubber opening is in cleaning operation into the constriction and the cup-shaped part lies forming an annular rinsing chamber all around the edge of the teat rubber end face on.
- a flushing flow emerges from the spigot near the bottom of the cup, initially flows approximately in a direction perpendicular to the end face of the teat cup liner and then approximately parallel to the end face of the teatcup liner towards the teatcup liner opening.
- This solution according to the invention can be used over a surface area to be cleaned of the teat cup, which is next to the face at the open end can also include teat cup side surfaces, an intensive cleaning flow produce.
- an intensive cleaning flow produce Through this cleaning flow, the long-term Combat formation of pathogen herds even on the side surfaces of the milking cup and thus a transmission of the pathogens from animal to animal, especially the Transmission of particularly dangerous staphylococci can be prevented.
- this is due to the elastic suction element (Teat rubber) formed interior of the Milk cups for successive flushing with the Flow chamber connected and in particular to the flow chamber open towards.
- the elastic suction element Teeat rubber
- a particular advantage of combined exterior and interior cleaning according to the invention is also that by External rinsing also means cleaning the cleaning element itself takes place, so that a pathogen transmission from the cleaning element be prevented on the animal via the teat cup can.
- the cleaning element cap or cup-shaped and under Forming a cap-shaped, by plant essentially the cup rim sealed against the milking cup flow chamber can be placed on the open end of the teat cup, and means for generating a purge flow are corresponding this form of flow chamber.
- At this embodiment is advantageously an annular, in with respect to the longitudinal axis of the milking cup Flushing flow generated. Through this flushing flow, in which the Flow initially along the side and then across the face of the milking cup radially towards the cup opening comprehensive cleaning of the opening Milk cup end reached.
- annular flushing flow the cup-shaped cleaning element double-walled with a space between the walls.
- the space between the walls has a detergent connection on, which is preferably concentric to the axis of the cleaning element or the milking cup is provided.
- the space between the walls supplied rinsing liquid can produce a annular flush flow from the wall space through an annular opening or annularly distributed openings pass into the flow chamber.
- the cleaning element with an in the attached state on the Milking cups, in particular against the teat rubber outer surface Be provided sealing lip, or the teat rubber has a sealing lip on, in the attached state of the cleaning element on the cleaning element for sealing the Flow chamber is present.
- the sealing lip can advantageously be part of an attachment of the cleaning element on the milking cup serving locking device be, with the engagement of the cleaning element a locking of the cleaning element on the Milking cup is made in such a way that through fixed wall clearances a constant volume of the flow chamber and thus one constant detergent flow rate is guaranteed.
- detergents also serve against the surface area of the milking cup to be cleaned protruding spacers connected to the cleaning element.
- the cleaning element also advantageously has an attached Condition protruding into the interior of the milking cup Part on that by appropriately narrowing the cross section of the teat cup interior in the area receiving the teats for a particularly fast and intensive rinsing flow worries.
- the cleaning element with a retaining clip that can be snapped onto the sleeve part of the milking cup connected by which the cleaning element on the Milk cup is attached and locked.
- This bracket can have a flushing line forming a flushing branch, the in the locked state of the bracket to one on the sleeve part provided air inlet valve is connected, the is connected to the milk line.
- the air intake valve including cleaning of the milking cup.
- Fig. 1 with the reference numeral 1 is a milking cup a metallic sleeve part 2 and one made of an elastic Material, here e.g. Rubber, existing teat cup 3 designated.
- the teat rubber 3 has one over the sleeve part 2 turned part 4, one adjoining part 4 Lip part 5 and one not visible in FIG. 1, itself through the sleeve part 2 extending inner part.
- the flexible one Inner part forms a pressurizable vacuum Interior part, which is formed by a lip part 5 Part 21 of the teat cup interior connects and with a milk line connection 6 is connected.
- the sleeve part 2 is provided with a connection 7, which with a Vacuum container connectable and to the through the sleeve part 2 and the space formed between the teat rubber inner part is open.
- a connection 7 which with a Vacuum container connectable and to the through the sleeve part 2 and the space formed between the teat rubber inner part is open.
- FIG. 1 is a cleaning element in FIG. 1 referred to, the double-walled with an outer wall 11 and an inner wall 12 is formed. Between the outer wall 11 and the inner wall 12 is formed a space 13, the with a connector 14 for a not shown in Fig. 1 Detergent line is connected.
- the embodiment is the connector 14 concentric to the axis of the cup-shaped cleaning element 10 provided.
- the flush line connection 14 is also concentric to the longitudinal axis of the teat cup 1 arranged.
- the inner wall 12 is angled outwards and overlaps the outer wall 11 so that the space 13 completed at the edge of the cup-shaped cleaning element is.
- annular sealing element on the rim of the cup 15 put on with a lip against the over the sleeve part 2 of the milking cup 1 part 4 of the Teat cup liner 3 rests. A seal would also be conceivable further up on the sleeve part 2.
