Abstract

1,035,004. Washing teat cups. GASCOIGNES (READING) Ltd. Feb. 14, 1963 [Nov. 15, 1961], No. 36645/64. Heading A1M. A rack for use in washing teat cups comprises spray nozzles 50 projecting from a pipeline F adapted to deliver cleaning solution through the perforations 58 of the nozzles to the interiors of the teat cup liners 56, each nozzle having associated with it an elastic cup 52 adapted to grip resiliently around the mouth of the teat cup shell 55. During washing the interior of shell 55 is connected to the pulsator vacuum system so that the liner flexes to ensure efficient cleansing.
