Description

Stand der Technik
Die Erfindung geht aus von einem einteiligen Zuschnitt für eine Faltschachtel nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, wie sie aus der US 1 686 273 A bekannt ist. Der bekannte Zuschnitt für eine Faltschachtel hat den Vorteil, daß die aus dem Zuschnitt gefertigte Faltschachtel mit wenigen Faltvorgängen herzustellen ist, so daß sämtliche Faltungen während eines Klebedurchgangs auf herkömmlichen Klebe- und Faltmaschinen durchgeführt werden können, jedoch kann die aus dem bekannten Zuschnitt hergestellte Faltschachtel in ihrem geklebten, noch nicht aufgerichteten Zustand nicht vollständig flach gelagert werden, so daß ein erhöhter Handhabungsaufwand und ein größerer Platzbedarf zum Zwischenspeichern der noch nicht aufgerichteten Faltschachteln erforderlich ist. Ferner sind die Kulissenwände in der Faltschachtel nur an einer Seite angelenkt, so daß ein automatisches Bestücken der Faltschachtel mit Gegenständen erschwert ist, wenn sich eine der Kulissenwände nicht in ihrer senkrechten Lage in bezug auf die Seitenwände befindet.
Vorteile der Erfindung
Der erfindungsgemäße einteilige Zuschnitt für eine Faltschachtel mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 hat demgegenüber den Vorteil, daß er im geklebten Zustand vollständig flachgelegt werden kann, so daß sich eine besonders einfache Handhabung der noch nicht aufgerichteten Faltschachtel sowie ein geringer Platzbedarf zum Bevorraten der Zuschnitte ergibt. Ferner ist die Lage der Kulissenwände bei einer aufgerichteten Faltschachtel zwangsläufig vorgegeben, so daß sich ein besonders einfaches und sicheres maschinelles Befüllen der Faltschachtel mit Gegnständen erzielen läßt.
Weitere Vorteile und vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen des erfindungsgemäßen einteiligen Zuschnitts für eine Faltschachtel ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und der Beschreibung.
Zeichnung
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung näher erläutert. Es zeigen Figur 1 eine aufgeklappte, nicht verschlossene Faltschachtel, Figur 2 eine Faltschachtel in aufgeklapptem Zustand, Figur 3 einen ersten Zuschnitt der Faltschachtel nach Figur 1 und 2, und die Figuren 4 bis 9 den Faltvorgang der Faltschachtel aus dem Zuschnitt nach Figur 3, wobei alle Figuren in perspektivischer Ansicht dargestellt sind.
Beschreibung des Ausführungsbeispiels
Die aus einem steifen Packstoff, vorzugsweise Karton, bestehende quaderförmige Faltschachtel (Figur 1) hat einen hülsenförmigen Rumpf 10 mit zwei zueinander parallelen Breitseitenwänden 11, 12 und zwei zueinander parallelen Schmalseitenwänden 13, 14. Die eine Schmalseitenwand 14 ist an ihrer Innenfläche mit einer an der Breitseitenwand 11 angelenkten, trapezförmigen Längsklebelasche 15 verklebt. Die boden- und deckelseitigen Stirnflächen des Rumpfes 10 sind durch an den Seitenwänden 11 bis 14 angelenkte, in die jeweiligen Stirnflächen umgefalteten und miteinander verklebten Verschlußlaschen 16 bis 23 verschließbar.
Im Folgenden wird auf die Figuren 2 und 3 Bezug genommen: Zum Aufklappen des Deckelteils 25 vom Bodenteil 26 ist die Faltschachtel mit einer Perforation 27 ausgestattet. Auf die Perforation 27 wird später noch näher eingegangen. Im Bodenteil 26 ist ein Einsatz 30 mit Durchbrüchen 31 zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme von stoßempfindlichen Gegenständen wie Ampullen, Fläschchen, Vials oder dergleichen angeordnet.
Der Einsatz 30 besteht aus zwei Kulissenwänden 32, 33, die sich parallel und in bestimmten Abständen zu den Stirnflächen des Rumpfes 10 im Bodenteil 26 erstrecken. Die Kulissenwände 32, 33, deren Breite b kleiner ist als die Breite B der Schmalseitenwände 13, 14, sind mittels eines diese verbindenden Steges 35 über die Längsklebelasche 15 mit der Breitseitenwand 11 verbunden (vgl. Figur 3).
Weiterhin ist die Breite h der Längsklebelasche 15 etwas geringer als die Breite B der Schmalseitenwände 13, 14. Dies ist deshalb erforderlich, damit die Faltschachtel im geklebten, noch nicht aufgerichteten Zustand vollständig flach gelagert werden kann. Parallel zum Steg 35 erstreckt sich eine Zwischenwand 36, die von zwei miteinander verklebten, an den jeweiligen Breitseiten der Kulissenwänden 32, 33 angelenkten Lappen 38, 39 gebildet ist. Der schmale Lappen 38, der die Breite c besitzt, hat mittig einen U-förmigen Ausschnitt 41, der auf der dem Steg 35 gegenüberliegenden Seite offen ist. Der breite Lappen 39, dessen Breite d in etwa der Summe der Breite c des schmalen Lappens 38 und der Breite e des Steges 35 entspricht, weist an seinen von der Kulissenwand 33 abgewandten Ecken jeweils einen in etwa rechteckigen Ausschnitt 42 auf. Zwischen der Zwischenwand 36 und der Breitseitenwand 11 ist ein Einschubfach 45 beispielsweise für einen Beipackzettel ausgebildet. Ergänzend wird bemerkt, daß durch eine Variation der Breite b sich die Größe der Zwischenwand 36 der Größe bsw. des Beipackzettels anpassen läßt.
Der in der Figur 3 dargestellte Zuschnitt 46 der Faltschachtel besteht wie anfangs bereits erwähnt vorzugsweise aus Karton. Der Karton ist einseitig glatt gestrichen. Die glatt gestrichene Außenseite kennzeichnet das äußere Erscheinungsbild der Faltschachtel. In der Figur 3 ist die (rauhe) Innenseite des Zuschnitts 46 sichtbar. Die glatte Außenseite liegt unten. Der Zuschnitt 46 weist auf der der Längsklebelasche 15 gegenüberliegenden Seite am Steg 35 noch einen weiteren, rechteckigen Lappen 47 auf. Dieser Lappen 47 liegt im gefalteten Zustand der Faltschachtel an der Schmalseitenwand 13 an.
Aus der Figur 3 ist weiterhin die Anordnung der Perforation 27 in den Seitenwänden 11 bis 14 und der Längsklebelasche 15 ersichtlich. Entsprechend der Figur 2 verläuft die Perforation 27 entlang der Breitseitenwände 11, 12 parallel zu den Breitseiten der Verschlußlaschen 16 bis 19. Hingegen verläuft die Perforation 27 in den Schmal seitenwänden 13, 14 schräg zu den Breitseiten der Verschlußlaschen 20 bis 23. In der Längsklebelasche 15 verläuft die Perforation 27 ebenfalls schräg, und endet nahe der schmalen Stirnseite 48 des Steges 35. Um ein Wiederverschließen des aufgeklappten Deckelteils 25 mit dem Bodenteil 26 zu ermöglichen, ist die Perforation 27 in der Breitseitenwand 12 halbkreis- oder halbelypsenförmig ausgebildet. Die so geformte Verschlußlasche 49 ist in einen entsprechenden, im Steg 35 ausgebildeten gebogenen Einschnitt 50 einsteckbar.
Die Faltschachtel läßt sich aus dem oben beschriebenen Zuschnitt 46 wie folgt herstellen (Figuren 4 bis 8): Zuerst wird die Kulissenwand 33 zusammen mit der breiten Lasche 39 um die Faltlinie 51 am Steg 35 flach umgelegt, und der breite Lappen 39 mittels zweier, am schmalen Lappen 38 beiderseits des Ausschnitts 41 angebrachter Klebepunkte 52 verbunden (Figur 4). Dabei wird der Lappen 47 mittels einer geeigneten Einrichtung der Falt- und Klebemaschine gehalten, so daß der Steg 35 beim o.g. Umlegen positioniert wird. Anschließend wird der Einsatz 30 an der Faltlinie 53 zwischen dem Steg 35 und der Längsklebelasche 15 umgelegt (Figur 5). Danach wir ein Teil des Zuschnitts 46 samt Einsatz 30 um die Faltlinie 54 zwischen der Breitseitenwand 11 und der Schmalseitenwand 13 umgelegt. Zuvor sind auf der Breitseitenwand 12 zwei Klebepunkte 55, 56 aufgebracht worden (Figur 6). Die Anordnung der Klebepunkte 55, 56 ist derart, daß nach dem Umlegen der Lappen 47 an der Schmalseitenwand 13 lose anliegt und zugleich der Steg 35 mit der Breitseitenwand 12 verbunden sind. Zuletzt werden auf die Längsklebelasche 15 drei Klebepunkte 58 aufgebracht (Figur 7), und die Schmalseitenwand 14 gegen die Längsklebelasche 15 umgelegt (Figur 8). In diesem Stadium ist die Faltschachtel vollständig gefaltet und (bis auf das Verkleben der Verschlußlaschen 16 bis 23) geklebt, und läßt sich flachgelegt bevorraten (Figur 9). Zum Befüllen der Faltschachtel mit Gegenständen und einem Beipackzettel beim Abpacker läßt sich die flachgelegte Faltschachtel mittels an sich bekannten Kartoniermaschinen weiterverarbeiten.
Die oben beschriebene Faltschachtel bzw. deren Zuschnitt 46 hat den Vorteil, daß sie mit wenigen Faltvorgängen herstellbar ist, so daß sie auf herkömmlichen Klebe- und Faltmaschinen in einem Klebedurchlauf geklebt und gefaltet werden kann. Dies wird dadurch ermöglicht, daß sich der Einsatz 30 über die schmale Stirnseite 48 des Steges 35 an die Längsklebelasche 15 anschließt, und sich die Breitseiten des Steges 35 parallel zu den Breitseiten der Breitseitenwände 11, 12 erstrecken. Durch die Ausbildung und Anordnung der Perforation 27 und das somit mögliche Aufklappen der Faltschachtel wird weiterhin eine gute Zugriffsmöglichkeit und einfache Entnahme der in der Faltschachtel angeordneten Gegenstände ermöglicht. Gleichzeitig ergibt sich eine vorteilhafte Präsentationswirkung und ein guter Überblick über die Gegenstände in der Faltschachtel, sowie durch die Verschlußlasche 49 ein einfache Wiederverschlußmöglichkeit.

Claims (5)

  1. Einteiliger Zuschnitt für eine Faltschachtel, bestehend aus einem steifen Packstoff, wie Karton, mit zwei ersten Seitenwänden (11, 12) und mit zwei diese zu verbindenden zweiten Seitenwänden (13, 14), mit an den freien Enden der Seitenwände (11 bis 14) angelenkten Verschlußlaschen (16 bis 23), mit zwei voneinander beabstandeten Kulissenwänden (32, 33), mit einem die Kulissenwände (32, 33) miteinander verbindenden Steg (35), der mittels eines Zwischenstücks (15) mit einer ersten Seitenwand (11) verbunden ist, wobei das Zwischenstück (15) auf einer einer zweiten Seitenwand (13) gegenüberliegenden Seite an der ersten Seitenwand (11) angeordnet ist, und wobei eine Schmalseite (48) des Steges (35) am Zwischenstück (15) angelenkt ist, so daß sich die Breitseiten der Kulissenwände (32, 33) parallel zu dem Steg (35) erstrecken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück (15) eine Breite (h) aufweist, die geringer ist, als die Breite (B) der zweiten Seitenwände (13, 14) und daß auf den dem Steg (35) gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Kulissenwände (32, 33) jeweils ein Lappen (38, 39) angeordnet ist.
  2. Zuschnitt nach Anspruche 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der dem Zwischenstück (15) gegenüberliegenden Seite am Steg (35) ein weiterer Lappen (47) angeordnet ist, der mit der dem Zwischenstück (15) gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seitenwand (13) verbindbar ist.
  3. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück (15) eine trapezförmige Form aufweist.
  4. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten Seitenwände als Breitseitenwände (11, 12) und die zweiten Seitenwände als Schmalseitenwände (13, 14) ausgebildet sind.
  5. Faltschachtel zum Verpacken von Gegenständen mit einem Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4.
