Claims (11)
- Einspülgerät mit einer Einrichtung zum Öffnen von Beuteln mit in einem Gehäuse (1) angeordneten spitzen Messern (3), die sich schräg zur Einführöffnung (2) des Gehäuses (1) hin erstrecken und eine gemeinsame Spitze (4) bilden, wobei das Gehäuse (1) eine Einführ- und eine Austrittsöffnung (2; 12) sowie ein unterhalb der Messer (3) angeordnetes Sieb (8) und eine unterhalb des Siebes (8) ausgebildete Einspülkammer (10) sowie eine Spritzdüse (11) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Gehäuse (1) zwischen den Messern (3) und dem Sieb (8) einen konischen Teilbereich (17) aufweist, wobei sich die im oberen Bereich des konischen Teilbereiches (17) befestigten Messer (3) vom Randbereich des Gehäuses (1) zur Mitte des Gehäuses (1) mit Lage ihrer gemeinsamen Spitze (4) auf der Mittel-Längsachse des Gehäuses (1) erstrecken und wobei das Sieb (8) in Richtung Einführöffnung (2) konvex ausgebildet und am unteren Rand des konischen Teilbereiches (17) befestigt ist und, daß unterhalb des Siebes (8) in der Einsprülkammer (10) die Spritzdüse (11), vorzugsweise mit im rechten Winkel zur Siebfläche ausgerichtetem Sprühstrahl, angeordnet ist. - Einspülgerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Messer (3) auf einem gemeinsamen Träger angeordnet sind. - Einspülgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Messer (3) unter einem Winkel von etwas 45° zur Einführöffnung (2) gerichtet sind. - Einspülgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 mit zwei Messern,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Messer (3) in einer Ebene angeordnet sind. - Einspülgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 mit wenigstens drei Messern,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der von jeweils zwei benachbarten Messern (3) eingeschlossene Winkel (beta) gleich ist. - Einspülgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die einzelnen Messer (3) in einer Einheit miteinander verbunden sind. - Einspülgerät nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Messer (3) stofflich miteinander verbunden sind. - Einspülgerät nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß vorzugsweise jedes Messer (3) unterhalb der Messerspitze (4) eine Lasche (19) aufweist, und daß die Lasche (19) mit einem benachbarten Messer verbunden ist. - Einspülgerät nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß jedes Messer (3) nur mit einer Lasche (19) eines benachbarten Messers verbunden ist. - Einspülgerät nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die in einer Einheit verbundenen Messer (3) aus mindestens zwei Teilen mit Schlitzen (22) bestehen, wobei die Teile durch Einschieben in die Schlitze (22) zu der Einheit zusammengefügt sind. - Einspülgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die oberen Ränder der gemeinsamen Spitze (4) einen kleineren Winkel als die unteren Messerränder zur Längsachse (21) der Einführöffnung bilden.
