Definitions

  • the invention relates to a ceramic sanitary part with a projecting wall part, the is suitable, when it is formed in the casting mold on two opposite sides to be framed by the same mold part.
  • the invention has for its object to the possibilities of the die casting process expand.
  • the wall part has a double-walled design with a cavity closed at the end.
  • the cavity which is not desired per se, can remain very narrow, so that the space conditions are not changed significantly compared to the previous full wall design.
  • it allows the wall of the molded part to become detached from the surface of the casting mold when the water is back-pressure or to loosen enough.
  • the cavity created will simply remain can. If necessary, you can cut away one wall. In particular, it also says a sensible use of the cavity, for example as a water channel:
  • a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention is provided on a toilet, which in a manner known per se following the water inlet connection, a central nozzle directed obliquely downwards and above it a mouth into a water distributor running around the edge of the basin, at the height of which another cavity extends to the rear edge of the toilet, and has two orifices in the basin wall arranged to the side of the nozzle.
  • the water distributor is opened on both side edges of the toilet after the further cavity mentioned and from this two water channels according to the, uniform or subdivided, cavity of a, uniform or subdivided, double-walled design arranged below and to the side of the water inlet connection of the type mentioned are unc from this cavity further to the two mouths mentioned.
  • the double-walled design of the water inlet connector blocks the place where the water channels have so far been laid on the short path from the water distributor after the two outlets mentioned.
  • a new water channel is created after the two mouths, which builds up on the dynamic pressure in the water distributor and uses the newly created cavity in the wall of the water inlet connector on a section of its path.
  • the cavity at the other end than the axial end is likewise closed by a wall which is formed by two cores which collide on the vertical central plane of the lavatory and which protrude onto the mold parts forming the two sides of the lavatory.
  • the wall or a wall section of the water inlet pipe is double-walled according to the invention be there without using the created cavity.
  • the outlet sockets like the water inlet sockets, do not require an exact inside diameter and therefore the formation with a core. You can do what you need get exact outer diameter in the hollow casting process, in which the problem solved by the invention does not occur.
  • supports in addition to the wall fastening screws, in particular wall-hung toilets, bidets or urinals.
  • These supports can, for example, each be formed using a mandrel which projects in a box-shaped corner section on a casting mold part forming the rear of the sanitary part. The support is then only available on one side next to the screw, several times around the screw. But it is strong enough to absorb only the force with which the screw presses the sanitary part against the wall.
  • FIG. 1 a mold consisting of a lower part 1 and an upper part 2 is shown with a molding 3.
  • the molding 3 has a protruding wall part 4, from which, despite a slight draft, the upper part 2 cannot be removed if it is made of plastic. It would be possible to remove the mold from the rest of the molding, since the direction of movement would be perpendicular to it and not essentially parallel to the wall part 4.
  • the wall part 4 is double-walled or hollow. In the first place, a shape that comes close to the wall part 4 and is only somewhat wider is considered. In principle, however, a certain redesign is also possible, which can be useful in other ways.
  • FIG. 2 shows something of the sort with a box shape that extends more in width.
  • the toilet body has the usual basic structure of a wall-hung toilet.
  • the rear part appearing in FIG. 5 is designed to be attached to a wall and to be fastened to it by screws 7 reaching through openings.
  • a water inlet connection 8 and an outlet connection 9 are respectively plugged or plugged onto and into a corresponding pipe end emerging from the wall and sealed.
  • a pool 10 with an indented edge extends to the front.
  • a nozzle 11 leads obliquely downwards into the basin 10 in the middle.
  • the majority of the water flows through a, also cut out after molding, mouth 12 into a water distributor 13, which pulls under the inverting 14 at the pool edge.
  • the water flows here on a floor 15, from which passages 16 lead down into the basin 10.
  • the bottom 15 is lost in the front area of the edge, but the flow continues there.
  • the two branches come together at the foremost point.
  • the basin is also flushed at the front by leakage of water under the invert 14; see arrow 17 in FIG. 4.
  • two orifices 18 are arranged in the basin wall below and to the side of the nozzle 11.
  • the two water ducts, designated 19 in FIG. 11, to these openings 18 pass through a wide variety of cavities in the lavatory body, which will be discussed in more detail below.
  • a channel 23 grows out of the cavity 20 in relation to the toilet body inwards and downwards. On the outside, it presents itself as a curved cheek 50 (see also FIGS. 4 and 5).
  • the channels 23 of the two cavities 20 open between the sections VII-VIII and IX-IX into a cavity 24, which is shown in FIG. 9.
  • the cavity 24 could also be divided in the middle instead of uniformly.
  • two channels 25 leave the cavity 24 again.
  • the channels 25 appearing in FIG. 10 lead into the openings 18.
  • the above-mentioned two water channels 19 thus extend from the water distributor 13 through the cavities 20, the channels 23, the cavity 24 and the channels 25. This is illustrated in FIGS. 7 to 11 by puncturing the spaces.
  • the cavity 24 is created by a double-walled in the lower and lateral area Formation of the water inlet pipe 8.
  • the inner wall is 26, the outer wall designated 27. You are at the entrance end of the water inlet connection 8 connected by an end wall 28. The other axial end of the cavity 24 formed by a wall 29.
  • the toilet body is made in one of two side mold parts, an upper mold part and a rear mold part existing mold.
  • Fig. 5 shows these designs in view.
  • a corresponding core forms the slightly conical interior of the water inlet connector 8.
  • the already mentioned inner wall 26 of the cavity 24 is deposited on it.
  • two wall sections 30 (FIG. 9) in the two upper lateral areas, which have been delimited on the outside by the two lateral mold parts.
  • an upper wall section 31 has been deposited in the hollow casting on the core under an intermediate space 32 which is open towards the water distributor 13 (FIG. 4).
  • the intermediate space 32 has not been set up according to the invention, but is present anyway. The problem on which the invention is based does not exist here, since the cover 33 is formed above the intermediate space 32 by the upper mold part, which is not removed to the rear but to the top.
  • the design according to the invention is the double wall 26, 27 and the cavity 24:
  • the outer wall 27 is just as wide by a on the rear mold part like the mandrel forming the interior of the water inlet connection 8 projecting forward Formed a lead. As can be seen in Fig. 4, when removing the back Mold part of the core at the top of the inner wall 26 and the projection slide along the underside of the outer wall 27.
  • the axial length of these two surfaces extends over the axial extent of the cavity 24 with its axial walls 28 and 29 in a normal area Core molding between the core and the protrusion and two on the vertical Middle level of the toilet clashing cores on the two side Project mold parts and in addition to continuations of walls 26 and 27 also form the wall 29.
  • the space 37 formed by the colliding nuclei is perpendicular to the plane of the drawing in FIG. 4 as one shown in FIG. 10 Spatial connection between the two open sides. A pretty much the same and on Space connection 38 generated in the same way exists on the other side of the nozzle 11.
  • the cores forming the spaces 37 and 38 create the wall of the nozzle 11 1 in Shape of a short pipe connection 39 (Fig. 10).
  • the nozzle 11 is after shaping cut out in the not yet dried "leather-hard" mass, likewise the mouth 12.
  • the box-shaped corner sections 21 already mentioned above are also double-walled according to the invention with a specially arranged inner wall 41 and a cavity 43 formed between this and an outer wall 42, which is closed at the end by a rear wall forming a contact surface of the toilet body on the wall of the room 44.
  • the inner wall 41 is in each case created by a core protruding from the rear mold part, the cross section of which can be recognized by the cross section of the remaining mold cavity 45 appearing in FIGS. 5 and 7.
  • the mold cavity is open at the rear and closed at the front by an end wall 46 (FIG. 3) deposited on the end face of the core. For example, it is 3 to 4 cm deep.
  • the cavity 43 is open towards the cavity 20.
  • the inventive measure is only taken for the two sections of the outer wall 42 of the box-shaped corner sections which lie within the lavatory body circumference and which are formed exclusively by the rear mold part.
  • the outer side walls of the corner sections lying on the periphery of the lavatory body are formed by the two lateral mold parts and the upper mold part, which are not removed to the rear.
  • the outer wall 42 replaces when manufactured in plaster molds on various Web 7 arranged sides of the opening.
  • the lower section of the outer wall 42 is therefore pulled obliquely downwards, together with the edge 47 of the To form the lavatory body an acute angle, which is also approximately on both sides the opening 7 is supported.
  • the openings 7 are accessible from the front in order to set the fastening screws; the two sides of the lavatory body are drawn in so far under and behind the basin 10 that the abutment of the lavatory body on the wall of the room, on the other hand, is widened to the sides and the openings 7 are arranged in the widenings designated 48.
  • the front walls of the widenings 48 can be seen from the rear in FIGS. 4 and 5.
  • the drain connector 9 is formed as a pure hollow casting in a slightly conical depression of the rear mold part.
