Claims (12)
- Pipettenspitzen-Bereitstellungs- und Entnahmevorrichtung, wobei die Pipettenspitzen (2) in Lochplatten (5) stecken, die als Lagen (3) in einem Magazin (6) platzsparend übereinandergestapelt sind, wobei
die jeweils unterste Lage (3) der mit Pipettenspitzen (2) bestückten Lochplatte (5) durch Auslösen eines Halteelements (7) freigebbar und dabei die unterste Lochplatte (5) auf einem Träger (4) positionierbar ist, wobei das Halteelement (7) mittels einer Betätigungseinrichtung (11, 27, 29) auslösbar ist, die von der Außenseite des Magazins (6) her handhabbar ist, wobei das Halteelement (7) eine aufweitbare Verengung (8) am unteren Ende des Magazins (6) ist, durch die die unterste Lochplatte (5) an ihrem äußeren Rand gehalten ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungseinrichtung (11, 27, 29) derart gegen die Oberkante (12) des Trägers (4) drückbar ist, daß sich die Verengungen (8) elastisch aufweiten und dabei die unterste Lochplatte (5) freigeben. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Anschläge (25) vorgesehen sind, durch die der Träger (4) unter dem Magazin (6) positionierbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anordnung der Anschläge (25) derart bemessen ist, daß die unterste mit Pipettenspitzen (2) bestückte Lochplatte (5) zur Aufnahme im Träger (4) um eine Höhendifferenz nach unten fällt, die maximal der Höhendifferenz (26) zwischen zwei im Magazin (1) gestapelten Lochplatten (5) mit Pipettenspitzen (2) entspricht. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am unteren Ende des Magazins (6) ein Rahmen (24) anfügbar ist, durch welchen die Magazinwandungen (10, 10') verlängert sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Halteelement (7) und die Betätigungseinrichtung (11, 27, 29) in dem Rahmen (24) untergebracht sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Anschlag (25) an dem Rahmen (24) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Betätigungseinrichtung (11) aus im Bereich der Verengungen (8) angeordneten, schräg nach außen verlaufenden Teilen der Magazinwandungen (10, 10') besteht. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verengungen (8) an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Magazins (6) angeordnet sind und die dazwischenliegenden Magazinwandungen (10, 10') dehnbare elastische Falze (13) aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Betätigungseirrichtung (7) aus mindestens zwei an gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Magazinwandungen (10, 10') angeordneten Federlaschen (27) besteht, welche derart nach innen weisende Schrägen (28) aufweisen, daß ein gegen diese Schrägen (28) gedrückter Träger (4) die vorderen Enden der Federlaschen (27), welche als Verengung (8) dienen, derart auseinander drückt, daß die unterste Lochplatte (5) freigegeben ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wippenartige Hebel (29) an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Magazinwandungen (10, 10') angeordnet sind, wobei die wippenartigen Hebel (29) zwei hakenförmige Enden aufweisen (30, 31), von denen immer eines in den Fallweg der Lochplatten (5) eingreift, derart, daß entweder das obere oder das untere Ende (30, 31) im Eingriff ist, wobei der Abstand zwischen den hakenförmigen Enden (30, 31) derart bemessen ist, daß die oberen hakenförmigen Enden (30) unter die nachrückende Lochplatte (5') greifen, wenn die unteren hakenförmigen Enden (31) die untere Lochplatte (5) freigeben. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Federelemente die unteren hakenförmigen Enden (31) in Eingriffsposition drücken und die oberen hakenförmigen Enden (30) durch einen Betätigungsmechanismus in Eingriffsposition drückbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die unteren hakenförmigen Enden (31) Federblattfortsetzungen (32) mit Schrägen (33) aufweisen, derart, daß sie durch das Hochdrücken eines Trägers (4) gegen die Schrägen (33) der Federblattfortsetzungen (32) die wippenartigen Hebel (29) schwenken und durch das Entfernen des Trägers (4) die wippenartigen Hebel (29) zurückschwenken.
