Claims (14)
- Verschluß für einen Sicherheitsgurt (19) mit einer mit dem Sicherheitsgurt verbundenen Steckzunge (11), einem Verriegelungselement (1) zum Verriegeln der in einem Führungskanal (2) gegen die Kraft einer Auswerferfeder (3) eingeschobenen Steckzunge (11) in einer Verriegelungsstellung, einem den Führungskanal (2) begrenzenden Träger (5), an welchem das Verriegelungselement (1) um eine an seinem einen Ende liegende zur Einschubebene des Führungskanals parallele Achse (17) aus einer Freigabestellung in eine Verriegelungsstellung schwenkbar gelagert ist, einer am anderen Ende des Verriegelungselementes (1) vorgesehenen sich quer zum Führungskanal (2) erstreckenden ersten Anschlagfläche (8), gegen welche die Steckzunge (11) in der Verriegelungsstellung anliegt, einem in einer zur Einschubebene des Führungskanals (2) parallelen Ebene hin- und herschiebbaren Sperrelement (4), das in der Verriegelungsstellung gegen eine zweite Anschlagfläche (9) des Verriegelungselementes (1) in einer Sperrstellung anliegt und durch eine beweglich am Träger (5) gelagerte Betätigungstaste (6) aus der Sperrstellung entgegen einer das Sperrelement (4) in seine Sperrstellung drückenden Federkraft in eine Freigabestellung überführbar ist, einer dritten am Verriegelungselement (1) vorgesehenen Anschlagfläche (10), über welche die Einschubbewegung der Steckzunge (11) zum Bewegen des Verriegelungselements (1) in seine Verriegelungsstellung einleitbar ist, und einem Auswerfer (14), welcher in der Freigabestellung des Verriegelungselementes (1) aufgrund der Wirkung der Auswerferfeder (3) die Steckzunge (11) aus dem Führungskanal (2) entfernt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die dritte Anschlagfläche (10) sich an dem Ende des Verriegelungselementes (1) befindet, an welchem die erste Anschlagfläche (8) vorgesehen ist und die Einschubbewegung der Steckzunge (11) über einen am Sperrelement (5) schwenkbar gelagerten Betätigungshebel (12) auf die dritte Anschlagfläche (10) übertragbar ist und daß die Kraft der Auswerferfeder (3) über einen zweiarmigen Hebel (7) auf das Sperrelement (4) als in Richtung seiner Sperrstellung wirkende Federkraft übertragbar ist. - Verschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (12) als Winkelhebel ausgebildet ist, auf dessen ersten Hebelarm (13) der Auswerfer (14) wirkt und dessem zweiter Hebelarm (15) bei der Einschubbewegung der Steckzunge (11) an der dritten Anschlagfläche (10) anliegt.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Bewegung in die Freigabestellung die Bewegung der Betätigungstaste (6) auf das Sperrelement (5) übertragbar ist.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrelement (4) am Träger (5) verdrehsicher geführt ist.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Bewegung des Sperrelementes (4) in die Freigabestellung über den zweiarmigen Hebel (7) die Spannung der Auswerferfeder (3) erhöht ist.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Sperrelement (4) und dem zweiarmigen Hebel (7) ein starres Bewegungsübertragungselement (16) vorgesehen ist.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übergang des Sperrelements (4) zwischen Sperrposition und Freigabeposition punktförmig ist.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraft der Auswerferfeder (4) in der Verriegelungsstellung auf das Verriegelungselement (1) ein Moment in die Freigabestellung ausübt.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Auswerferfeder (3) und dem zweiarmigen Hebel (7) eine Ausgleichsmasse (18) vorgesehen ist.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrelement (4) in seiner Sperrstellung mit Formschluß an der zweiten Anschlagfläche (9) am Verriegelungselement (1) anliegt.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrelement (4) mit Formschluß am Träger (5) geführt ist.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bereich des Sperrelementes (4), an welchem die Kraft der Auswerferfeder (3) eingeleitet wird, ein Rundprofil aufweist.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bereich des Sperrelementes (4), an welchem der Betätigungshebel (12) abgestützt ist, ein Rundprofil aufweist.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungstaste (6) federnd am Träger (5) abgestützt ist.
